Always a great venue! The acoustics are fantastic and the seating is comfortable for a music event. Weve been to many types of shows here and I always enjoy my experience.Its very easy to get in and out and the parking is only $10 unlike the Fox which will severely gouge you with parking rates.Recently saw George Clinton on his final tour. He was a bit slow on his music tempo, but it was good to see a legend on his final stop to Atlanta.

We saw Porgy and Bess here and it was a great experience. I advice getting here at least 30 minutes to an hour early to find a good parking spot. We got there 30 minutes before rhe show and lucked and found a spot close to the entrance. Parking was $10 which i think wasnt too bad. They scanned my tickets on my phone and we went through the security check less than 3 minutes. The inside is very elegant with nice, soft carpet, big chandeliers, and nice big windows with a nice view of the city. The staff was cordial and very helpful. The usher knew exactly where our seats were which helped us a lot being it was our first time going there. The restrooms were nice and clean and fully stocked with plenty of room and facilities. I do not drink but they did have cocktails. People werent allowed to bring their drinks in the hall, but they did have cocktail tables in the for. This was a very nice elegant experience with my wife, we plan to come back very soon.

Charlie Wilson put on a great show!!!!! I definitely recommend going to see him if you never have. His back up dancers were great also.

This is a great place for performing arts and stand up comedies. The stage and sitting arrangements are incredibly well and you get to witness some marvelous performances with comfortable chairs and clear sound system. The Cobb energy is located primarily in Atlanta and it has got beautiful infrastructure. It has many gates and ample parking space. One outlet for snacks and drinks. Seating arrangements are in different levels. Entry is only through buying tickets.

This was disappointing I went on a school field trip and the place looked pleasing but we had to eat there food which was more expensive then airport food without anything except candy which was about 4$ for one pack of m&ms a bottle of water was 4$ the actors where decent and the base of the story was good-for how many people they needed more bathrooms inner missions are to short especially if you want to go to the bathroom and get a quick snack and even if you did get a snack you would not have time to eat it. And they say you can’t bring snacks in the theater I might come back but not for the expensive tickets and I would not be able to bring my own snacks because they check your bag the show was to long it was interesting but not for me to sit in a seat for 3 hours I’m quite disappointed I have school tomorrow and now I won’t get home till 12:00 pm so my mom has to get me something to eat and wanted to talked to my teachers because we where promised a dinner at the mall and only got 15 minutes to eat at the place

I must say that this theater is BEAUTIFUL and I thoroughly enjoyed watching my eldest son walk across this stage. We had great seats (which were very comfortable) and the temperature in the building was perfect. Especially since we were outside waiting for an hour and a half for them to open the doors. (That’s the only thing I didn’t like) overall I would love to come back to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center to see other shows in the near future.

I gave a 5 star a year earlier, was visiting yesterday for a performance, parked my car at multi level parking attached to the auditorium and someone stolen my car wheel cap. so beware of any valuables in your car.

A Christmas Carol was amazing! The theater is state of the art. It’s very busy but it’s orderly. Everyone was nice. I’ve been here a few times and never had an issue. They have snacks and a bar if you want an alcoholic drink or regular drink before during or after the performance!

First time visitor. Went to see the awesome stage play Black Nativity!! Very nice venue, clean restrooms. Staff I encountered was very nice and helpful. I believe every seat is a good seat. Not sure about parking because I went with a group on bus, but we were drop off and picked up at the front of the venue. I would recommend.

My experience was not the best. First we get there and have to eat and they have NO real food all they have is candy and junk food. We also do not have enough money to even buy a bottle of water that was $8.00 just for one bottle of water... Second of all the intermission was only 10 minutes long and I had to scarf down my drink because they dont allow any food or drinks in the auditorium so I had to throw away my $ 5.00 wroth of coke and go watch the rest of the show . The show on the other hand was great but they definitely need to get lower prices of food and drinks... Just a preference..

La Cenerentola was AMAZING! There was a translation screen up for those who may not speak the language that each Opera is in. The the ushers and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The theatre was comfortable and clean. I loved my experience. They have snacks and drinks for sale before the show and during intermission.

This is a great venue to see a show. We have been numerous times sitting in different sections and the view and sound are very good. Its also a beautiful building with nice decor and fairly large, clean bathrooms. My reason for only giving 3 stars is the outrageous prices patrons are expected to pay for a beer, or a very small glass of wine or a tiny pour of hard liquor. I understand this is not a drinking establishment but people spend a lot of money on tickets and should have a reasonable expectation to pay at least normal bar/pub prices for adult beverages and get a decent size glass of wine or a better pour of whiskey than a regimented 1 oz for the ridiculous price they are asking. Not everyone drives a Rolls Royce to the Cobb Energy Center.

Beautiful place with great workers! Theres even a photo booth where you can have fun with your family.

I loved my and my daughters experience here. $15 valet was worth the price. Saw a remarkable Atlanta Ballet performance, the stage was wide and spacious, lighting was breathtaking, no flaws. Seats were marked well and easy to find. There is no food allowed in the theater, and they sold have signs at the bar saying this because some friends bought food during intermission and couldnt get back in to see the show. Drinks are allowed in the show. Theres a bar with reasonably priced alcoholic beverages. Security is EVERYWHERE which is a bit unsettling. Metal detectors at the door are mandatory in this day and age, and they also search bags. Strict policy about no outside food or drinks, wouldnt let me keep my 5-year-olds juice box.

I went to See King Crimson with my dad and my uncle. The band was celebrating their 50th anniversary so I figured Id bring some people who were there when they first came onto the scene. It played all my favorites from their catalog including 21st century schizoid man, epitaph and In the court of the Crimson King. I got me a box set, a discipline ring and a commemorative t-shirt.Last time I went to the Cobb galleria performing arts center was when I was at the thespian conference about 8 years ago so I threw me for a loop when I showed up here to see a favorite band of mine. It was a killer show that I will remember for years to come.

I attend functions quite regularly at this facility. Not a bad seat in the house . Front door security has become a bit intrusive and no water bottles are allowed. Parking is still reasonably priced. Acoustics are good; seats are comfortable. Enjoy the performance!

Great venue! Well designed with the audience in mind. There isnt a bad seat in the house, multiple exits out of the parking deck so there isnt a log jam when concerts are over, and there is an extended covering so you can get to the parking deck without getting wet when its raining. Clean and comfortable, I have enjoyed every event there.

It’s a shame for me to be giving a bad review with all good reviews but I’m quit disappointed the costumer services was disturbing I saw someone pick there nose and touch seats the person selling food had a terrible attitude I would like to see better workers I’m not trying to be a hater but bad reviews are for the better growth in a business. I wish my experience was similar to all the other good reviews which I did read. Going back to my experience, the show was just kinda low the actors where tumbling around and you heard a lot of wrong notes from the people playing instruments I wish I could say good things but I honestly can’t so I just must say I won’t go back again although it is a beautiful theater I still must give it one star for the rest

After the Fox Theater, this is the best performing arts center in town in my opinion.

I had a great view and I enjoyed myself at the Charlie Wilson concert on December 28, 2019.

Such a beautiful theater! Ive been to a few performances here over the years and Im always impressed with the courtesy of the staff and the lovely, high-class feel of the whole establishment. Ive also sat in many places throughout the theater and so far have found NO bad seats!

This is a beautiful place to see an Opera. The seating is comfortable and there is an attached parking garage and plenty of parking next door. There are several nearby restaurants, bars, and shopping in there area which are within walking distance.

Amazing venue. Very class. Right off the interstate so driving and parking is an ease.

Great experience seeing Black Nativity. Great view from Balcony stadium seats. Acoustics were great as well. Love an elevator available since there are lots of stairs. Pleasantly surprised to find vendor on site.

Very well kept. The seating a very well placed you have a great view of the stage anywhere you sit. The lighting is perfect. This is an awesome venue to watch performances.

This is an excellent performance venue. There is not a bad seat in the house. We just saw the Opera Porgy and Bess. No amplification, we could hear just fine. Excellent acoustics.

I went to see the play Set it off. The play was excellent! The Cobb Energy Center is a very pleasant place. The seats were comfortable, and there were lots of bathrooms (which I personally appreciated).

A breath of fresh air compared to the Fox. The seats are comfortable and spaced out well, beautiful venue, and great acoustics. I could see well from the mezzanine and it didn’t look like there was a bad seat in the house. Ample reasonable parking and refreshment options made an amazing concert even better.

Great venue. All seats are good. Sound is good. Easy in and out. Ushers are very polite and helpful. Walking with a cane, I was able to get to the upstairs without a problem.

Took my son to see Sesame Street Live. This was my first time seeing a show at the Cobb Energy Centre. It is a beautiful venue with a similar setup to the Atlanta Fox Theatre. We sat pretty close to the top of the stage. Even that high up we had an excellent view of the stage. My son didn’t have any issue seeing his favorite characters.

Went to a nice Fashion Show there by ADFS for Atlanta DESIGNERS Fashion Show. It was easy to find and no problem getting in and out of parking garage.

So, we went to see Rickey Smiley at Cobb Energy . The parking and flow of traffic was well organized. It did not take long to enter the building. The venue was very well organized with ushers in place to direct you to your seat. The comedy show was HILARIOUS!!!! It was non stop laughing!!! I would recommend this venue and I would definitely recommend going to see Rickey Smiley and friends next year.

We went here for the Post Modern Jukebox concert. Our seats were in the Mezzanine level and were very good. In fact, I dont think there is a bad seat in the house. Acoustics are good, seats are comfortable, and the flow of people into and out of the venue is smooth. Ive attached the view from our seats.If you plan on having a drink, make sure to do so prior to arriving at the event. 2 vodka/cranberries and 1 Buffalo Trace on the rocks set me back $50 prior to tipping out.

The orchestra level is great with no bad seats. However, on a previous visit we had seats in the top tier and it was a long long way to the stage. Should have brought heavy duty binoculars. And the price at that altitude was to high for the value in my opinion.

Wonderful venue in Atlanta & Cobb County! Every seat in the house has a great view. Love all the concerts, comedy, theatre, and holiday shows. Home the Atlanta Opera and Atlanta Ballet. Easy parking. Box office staff is always helpful and friendly.

Its always a great experience at this beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. The staff and volunteers are very welcoming, seats are comfortable and acoustics are fine. Concessions are typically pricey. And after the show, prepare to be patient as everyone tries to exit the parking garage, where the fee is now $10.

I have watched several shows at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center and found it to be an enjoyable venue. It is very clean and well maintained. I also like that Cumberland Mall is nearby with plenty of restaurants to visit before the show.

Just enjoyed an excellent performance of Black Nativity. A MUST SEE in a BEAUTIFUL facility. I dont believe there is one bad seat in the room. Looking forward to returning!

The box office lost my ticket and couldnt find any record of my purchase. So, instead of watching my wife perform in the opera on my birthday I got to hang out in the car instead.Thanks for making my birthday so special!

Seats were really nice, you could see the stage pretty clearly and I was on the second level. The Atlanta Ballet did a wonderful job with their performance of Heart-beat

I had the pleasure of seeing my very first concert and the venue was perfect. Very spacious, clean and parking was extremely easy even after event was over.

This is a great venue and most of the seats have great views. We were in row A, and Ive posted a photo to show how close it is to the stage.Theres also a small bar area that has some food options (many prepackaged and all overpriced as youd expect.)Also they do allow bags but water containers need to be clear.

This is a great venue. Super clean and nicely modern. The staff has never been anything but welcoming and nice.

This venue is beautiful! There are drinks and snacks for sale that you can take into the theater, but if you want to get something at intermission, you will need to speed walk to get in line fast enough to make it back to your seat!

A very nice and well laid out venue. Was here for the Overwatch esports homestand in Atlanta and had a blast. The staff were helpful in pointing out seats and the parking was reasonable priced and had no problem finding a space. Hope to return for another event in the future.

We enjoyed the performance it was breathtaking and full of color. Because it was our first time there our sitting was good but not great but that was our fault. But we now know for next time.

I attended a concert. This location is not too large; therefore, no matter where you sit you will have a great view. The ushers were very friendly and helpful. The only con it is not very handicapped accessible. If you are in a wheelchair, I dont know where you would sit. Luckily I am able to walk short distance to get to my sit. They do not have an adequate area for your assistive device. I would return; however, I would need a companion with me for assistance.

All the shows I have seen here have been a pleasant experience. They always have enough staff to get you where you need to be. Highly recommended coming here.

LETISI was phenomenal, however some of the staff hired to help with the events have a issue with blacks or at least I felt that way. When I arrived st the door none wanted to scan my tickets for the meet and greet show that was purchased and paid for. They turned me around and I had to go back thru my emails for the front door people to let me in and when I had done that they had another lady who was of mixed race take care of me. She scanned my ticket and everything popped up. I will choose other venue spaces to attend concerts. COBB ENERGY NEEDS NEW ENERGY!!!

So easy in and out. All the seats are great. And so easy to purchase tickets on site to save the up charges for Ticket Master.

The Cobb Energy Center is always magnificent, unless you are seated in front of a woman who put on a an entire bottle of perfume before she got to the theater! I talked to the whole performance sneezed, held a tissue over my nose oh, nothing could exacerbate that horrible smell of her perfume. But the theater itself in the performance whats an A+.

Great venue with good viewing from the majority of the seating selections. If you purchase your tickets at the theater box office, you dont have to pay all those UNBELIEVABLE TICKETMASTER FEES. Excellent location away from the heavy traffic of the city plus they have onsite parking and ample restaurants in the area

Saw King Crimson here. Its located directly across the street from where we stayed, which was very nice. The architecture of the building was beautiful, inside and out. The crowd was large but not too rowdy. We sat in the Center Grand Tier and it was an amazing view. The show was truly indescribable. The seats werent too bad. We didnt try the concessions because the lines were insane. They allowed us to bring water in which was very cool! Overall great venue.

Loved Shen Yun! Such an awesome show! the only draw back we paid $204 for a ticket but couldnt see because the people that was sitting in front of us was tall during the whole show we had to lean on the side to see. so much for spending money on a good seats.

The family has seen many performances here. Parking is easy, staff is great, and there is not a bad seat in the house. Ticket prices always seem reasonable and they have a wonderful variety of entertainment flowing through year after year.

First time visiting the facility was seeing Shen Yun this year. Great performance, and I advise anyone to take a chance on watching this great company put on a show.As far as the facility itself, the views seem to be great from everywhere, but thats just my extrapolation based on where we sat. It holds a pretty good crowd, but can still be considered cozy. Nice atmosphere, nice staff, smooth entry process. Definitely will see something else there, given the opportunity.

First time at this venue. We saw Darci Lynn and we had a great time. This venue is very nice and clean. There does not seem to be a bad place to sit. Will definitely be back.

Nice venue, comfortable and good sound. But got very frustrated with ushers as they told multiple families to just sit in the wrong seats. Instead of making ticket-buyers sit in the seats they paid for, the ushers just moved people around saying it must have been oversold. That was pure laziness. Other than having to fight for a place to sit it was a good experience.

Went to see Shen Yun dancing was so nice. It was inspirational, learning experience, peaceful, calming, beautiful, Theatrical, Funny, ALL IN 1 SHOW. Step out your box & enjoy. I would go again, maybe next yr. I believe they come once a year about this time. 1st time at Cobb Energy Performing Arts, nice spot & size, not to big. I believe just about any seat you pick is a good 1. I just dont like to be too close but I had a good seat. There is no pictures or videoing allowed. MUST SEE SHOW!! Lovelife

Great venue, good acoustics, well trained staff helps you to your seats and stops people from coming in during performances, which truly helps make the experience better for everyone. They have a parking garage nearly attached to the building and despite having a full house, it was still pretty easy to get in and out. The only downside is the bathrooms, especially for females. The lines were massive and you can tell that they were not designed for the building to be at capacity and have tons of people wanting to use them all at once (such as during an intermission). Otherwise everything was pretty excellent. The box office was also very outdated. They required me to pick up my ticket because it was lost in the mail instead of just letting me download it on my phone like any other place has done since before 2010. Food and drink options were limited to the point that I couldnt buy anything (no healthy options, only low quality drinks, etc) and way overpriced, especially given the low quality.

Its always a pleasure to attend an event at this stunning place inside and out. We recently saw and thoroughly enjoyed the incredible Shen Yun performance there. Just amazing. Only downside is... be prepared for a long wait leaving the parking deck.

I’ve been to two events at this venue. The parking deck is convenient, the facilities are new, and the seating is comfy. Both times I had floor seats so I can’t share about the view from upper levels, but the view from my Seats was nice.

The show started on time and there were greeters at our entrance who pleasantlygave us brochures and assisted us with our seating location. I was pointed out by the host comedian and the lights immediately went up so that he could see me. This lets me know that the lighting person was very attentive.The parking is conveniently located in the adjacent deck or directly across the street traffic guides allowing the pedestrians to safely cross.

Very nice venue very open and clean. WE LOVED “Shen Yun” we loved the dance, colors and details and comedy and touching on real like happenings. VERY WELL put together and presented. We will be looking for next tears tour.

The actual theater is very nice. There could be more signs in the garage referencing the 2nd floor entry and the bathroom stall I had to use didnt lock.

Nice but the bathrooms and theatre are freezing cold.I cannot believe the number of people the ushers kept seating after the performance began!!!! It was so disruptive.

I have been to several events here. Never a bad seat. This is my new favorite venue for concerts and plays.
