Stunningly Beautiful and fantastically creepy house The owner, Stephanie was so so friendly and awesome she gave us an amazing tour of the house, and let us use her REM pod which was super cool, too We had the whole house for the whole night... we could have had up to 10 people for the same price. (Idk where 10 people would sleep)$100 security deposit for the date of your choosing, the rest is due one week before your stay. Its $300 during the week and $400 on the weekends.

The house is beautiful. All period pieces with beautiful chandeliers. Went on my first ever ghost hunt which was fun. Im going to go and do a day tour as well.

The McInteer Villa is a MUST SEE. The recent owners have lovingly renovated this house from to bottom. You can even rent it out nightly for close to nothing! Its a beautiful house to tour to see the architecture, you can rent it for weddings or photo sessions, and what many rent it for is as a haunted attraction. I myself have stayed there numerous times, and have always had quite an incredible paranormal experience. This place is absolutely gorgeous, and a must see. The owner Stephanie is super sweet and informative too!

One of my favorite pieces of Atchison that I always plan my dog walks past whenever I visit family! So beautiful, the detail in the building of the house just makes the eyeballs happy

Such an awesome experience! My best friends family invited me along to an overnight here to do our own paranormal investigating the night before Halloween- with incredible outcomes might I add. The owners have done such a beautiful job preserving this house in its original energies. In a world of fakes, this one is a TRUE must see. Had a wonderful time!

Beuatiful Victorian house ,supposedly haunted ,owners have done an amazing job of preserving this beautiful house,and do a enjoyable tour of the history of the haunts and history of this house.

I can explain in words how amazing this experience was for me. No doubt that there are spirits amd other energies in this beautiful house. Stephanie is so helpful and knowledgeable in this house and she has restored it to its gorgeous self. I love this place and can not wait to go back.

A beautiful, historic mansion. The history of the owner is interesting and inspiring. A poor immigrant from Ireland made something of himself and built himself this mansion on a hill overlooking the town.

It was fun! Got to meet the owners (they are great), heard some stories, and had some personal experiences. Would love to do a night stay some day!

An excellent experience. Really enjoyed the tour and meeting the owner. Even for those not interested in ghosts, its worth it to see a historic property in beautiful condition.

We did the overnight paranormal investigation and it was awsome. My niece got scratched. We had a blast. The owner is great and knows alot of history on the house.
