Nice trails and a diversity of habitat, including some lovely old white pines. Some of the trails can be rocky and tend to flood after heavy rain or when snow melts, so be prepared with proper footwear. Deer, turkeys, and hawks are commonly spotted.

Not a real good place to hike or explore. No clear trails or marked trails. However there are signs stating dogs must be on a leash because it’s an active wildlife study area. Lots of deer tracks in the snow. I bet not a good area to be in during the summer or fall because of high brush and deer ticks. There is a small barn and parking lot at the entrance. A large field by the parking lot as well. Looks like locals take their dogs here to walk (no leash). I saw some cross country ski tracks. So someone is enjoying the snow.
