So nice to see the former landfill with new natural life! Nice play area for kids, picnic pavilion, numerous trails and catch and release fishing ponds. Something for everyone!

Very nice and clean. Small playground. If you are looking for easy to traverse, paved walking or jogging this is perfect. Enjoyed the butterflies and natural flowers and ponds. Bathrooms were clean. The only negative is they were out of hand sanitizer in bathroom. All in all very nice. Not very long trail took me 15 minutes. I am headed to another spot for more exercise.

Great place for a dog walk. Just off the highway US 30 at Hayesville US 60 exit. with lots and lots of trails and land features. This is a wonderful place to wear out your dog if you’re traveling. Somebody put this on traveling with Fido.

Nice small playground and not a very busy place. Pit toilets that were clean and stocked with hand sanitizer. A nice selection of sunny paved trails.

This is Leias favorite place. She loves herding frogs back into the mossy frog pond and than vleaning herself up in the nice clean pond. I love doing yoga on the picnic table and my sister comes here to run. It got something for everyone!

We were here on a beautiful day. We normally walk at Freer to get steps in, but decided to change it up a bit. The paths are a little confusing for first timers. It may be due to the pipeline going through it. My daughter would be having fun and then stop to hold my hand because she would get creeped out. I have to admit, that I got creeped out several times as well. Im not really sure why. But after an hour we just wanted to get out of there. I cant say that we have ever had that happen before on a nature hike. We saw a beautiful buck on the path. Maybe it is just us, but Im not looking to go back anytime soon.

Nice well maintained trails. Make sure to check your animals and yourself for ticks. They are very bad here.

Great little park close to Ashland and easy to access. Has newly paved trail and many unpaved trails. Unpaved trails tend to be muddy often but do have views of several little ponds. Bathroom facilities are minimal. It is not crowded regardless of when you go. There is paved parking lot.

I really enjoy bringing my kids here to walk the trails or to play on the small playground they have. There is a lot of open space there and I think it would be great if they opened up an area for camping!
