The best part of North Mountain Park is the Pollinator Garden. But theres also Bear Creek. In the evening theres so much birdsong, frogs croaking, and deer grazing. Wonderful neighborhood park!

Some hard-working guy named Greg, continually keeps this baseball park looking and playing like the finest field in Southern Oregon The soccer fields and small nature parks adjacent to the field are dapper and a joy to look at, as well.

A group I was with arranged our lunch at this lovely place. It has a covered picnic area that you can reserve plus nature trails that are almost all accessible (I use rolling walker). Plus the place is filled with native plants, many flowers as well as some naturally wild flowers. It has a gurgling stream and a small, still pond inside the Park. It also has a building and I dont know whats inside it as we were there on Saturday and the building wasnt open. A spot to stop briefly or for several hours

Ashlands North Mountain park afforded my family a refreshing chance to escape the heat and smoke from forest fires during the summer of 2012. We have returned a number of times. The park staff is polite and professional. The park is a delightful oasis of peace near the center of a busy town.
