Beautiful grounds, calming place to stay. The breakfast each morning was great! I wouldn’t recommend the suites above the breakfast area however - they are not updated and the AC doesn’t get the bedroom area cool (since it’s located in the kitchenette). We thought it was odd to not have the TV in the bedroom part, and that the jacuzzi tub was surrounded by carpet next to the bed. The regular queen room was in better condition than the more expensive suite - more value for your money there.

We had a wonderful, relaxing and quite 28th Anniversary stay. Im looking forward to coming back in the Summer to see the beautiful landscaping. Lithia Springs was very careful following Covid protocol. Their Grab n Go breakfast was hot and fresh with delicious baked goods. The only suggestion would be to add handrail bars next to hot tub in room. A little slippery for us older folks.

A beautiful and relaxing stay with everything you need: garden grounds with plenty of places to picnic, lovely rooms, mineral soaking pools, salt water pool & jacuzzi, bike rentals with a creek trail nearby + daily gourmet breakfast. One of my favorite places in Ashland.

Staff and service was amazing. Room was incredible. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows very soft. Jet tub for two people and the water was amazing. Community Hot tub and pool were well taken care of. We missed tea time but made it for the wine tasting. If you dont mind spending a little bit of money the wine is well worth it! The service was great too and they were knowledge about the wines. I can not say enough to give them a glowing review. Never have I had a better experience with a overnight stay somewhere. My friend and I had a wonderful time. There was a mix up with charges but they cleared things right up right away, no time wasted. They really care about great customer service. Your money wont be wasted here!

This year for our anniversary trip, we decided to do a staycation and stayed close to home. Lithia springs resort is a beautiful property, the rooms are very nice. As stated in their brochure the water is amazing soft and makes your skin so smooth and we would have slept very well, But the bed was very firm, so firm that my back and hip hurt the next day.Almost everything was clean and tidy. However, the stairs to our unit were quite old and rickety, they felt very unsafe, and the filters in the AC unit were quite gross and the unit was making a loud hissing noise, I cleaned them and the noise was much reduced and the room finally cooled down. Those things being said we will definitely be going back often. The staff were quite welcoming and the complimentary breakfast was pretty excellent.

This is one of the most beautiful properties to have a nice retreat. In-room jacuzzi tubs, clean beautifully landscaped grounds. We got a garden view room and there were birds and squirrels, even heron and geese outside our front window to watch. They had a list of all the restaurants that were doing to go ready at check-in, and they did a beautiful rose petal and champagne turndown service for us! (It was my honeys romantic birthday getaway.) I have been in winter and spring now, and want to see this property in all seasons!

My husband and I stayed in one of the one bedroom double spa tub rooms. The room was extremely clean, and the bed, so comfortable we are trying to get info from the hotel on the brand ofMattress and pillow so we can buy them for our home. Due to Covid, we did not use any of the shared pool/spa facilities, but the did look very nice and relaxing. And the grounds were beautiful with plenty of areas to enjoy the the privacy of your group. This will clearly be our go to place in Ashland for any future trips. And highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great night sleep and a relaxing get aWay.

Very nice place. Left off a star due to several small issues -- constantly had to troubleshoot the toilet because it wouldnt stop running, no microwave, shower head is awful, noisy maintenance people early in the morning. But aside from that, the room was really nice, secluded in nature, great big tub with jets, separate bedroom, large living room with fireplace, and the spring water is very therapeutic.

A most pleasant experience. Everything exceeded my expectations. The first thing to greet me were the beautifully tended gardens, and a whole bunch of little singing birds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is tastefully appointed, with clean and relaxing colors and simple decor. I dont know if all rooms are similar but mine was excellent. It was a bungalow style cottage. Theres the hot tub with mineral water thats nice. Included was an excellent breakfast buffet. There were a variety of pastries, and hot items. I had a bit of everything along with hot Mellelos coffee. I plan on returning.

Soooo relaxing!!! I came for a solo trip and it was exactly what I needed!! Beautiful grounds, great customer service, and great food! My room was directly above the kitchen, so I was woken up at 5am to the very strong smell of bacon, like it was being cooked on my bedside table!! The next morning it was the smell of scones! The tea time is such an awesome extra treat!! And the water for the tub got extra hot! I will absolutely be back!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few nights and had the best time. The resort is small so it feels cozy and the grounds are gorgeous - they have put a lot of work into making it look great. We stayed in a bungalow and it had so much space and was so clean when we arrived. Having a large bathtub was a huge bonus, nice tv, amenities, comfy bed. The pool area was very nice and the hot tub is year round which is great. We stayed during COVID 19 precautions and they handled everything so well. It was very clean, everyone wore masks, did lots of cleaning/sanitizing, and we felt very safe staying there. We are from the Seattle area and would venture down here again! Lithia Springs and Ashland, OR are fantastic!

I was really hoping to treat myself and relax, and have been really stressed out, so this may affect my review, but here goes. The grounds are a 5 star. The rooms are just like the pictures. The hot spring jacuzzi is a 5 star. I decided to splurge with the King Bed Garden View Room and got room 4. I lounged around the grounds and there was this air of negativity with guests complaining to each other about this or that. It made me feel like I was in a motel versus a hot springs resort. People seemed to be here roadtripping, not here to relax. There was an engineer that came to fix something and there was some confusion, but he was very annoyed, and then knocked harshly on someones room to see if he could come in and take a look. I would expect the front desk to call in or something instead of disturbing the guest with a knock. The massage therapist also seemed a little on edge (kept running into her). I came up to my room, and there was a guest complaining outside my window about some life thing. I could hear the bar area and moving and bumping of glass as well as conversations from there. I could also hear the kids in the room across from mine. I didnt feel like I could completely relax in my own space and never truly felt like I got away. I wish the rooms were much more soundproof. The beds and linens are amazing.

Nice place over all. Some minor issues. Ant bait visible in room. Poor corner taping, and the padded chest at the end of the bed needed steam cleaned. Room smelt of old eggs but well thats the way the spring water smells. Water itself was wonderful, view of hillside looked over the resort area. Not a hill side view but thats the way it was described. Over all room as slightly better than a holiday inn, water was great, might have to try out the spa next time or the wine tasting.

Despite being pretty much right next to the highway, this cute little resort has the most well designed and decorated private bungalows with plenty of space, including a gigantic soaking tub that two people can very comfortably sit in, enjoying the mineral waters in the privacy of the room. There are hot tub and pool options as well, all of which were used by us during our stay (yep, pool in Feb for when the body temp got too warm). Breakfast is included and there are lots of options for things to do around the Ashland area.We loved the crown molding lighting and the ambiance it created!Only drawbacks were the fitness center not being accessible until 7:30am (thats super late in the fitness world for a stand alone center that wouldnt bother anyone if it was open earlier), there werent outlets next to the beds for easy charging, and the phone provided on the nightstand was so bright that I had to hide it under the bed to sleep at night.Would still recommend this place for a great little getaway, especially in winter!

Third visit. The rugs in the rooms were dirty each time. This time the area rug was hugely wine stained. Coffee maker did not work, half the valves on the tub did not work, water not very hot, shower water pressure nearly nothing. I had asked for a special greeting placed in the room for our arrival. It was forgotten. I paid for a room with special bathing, an afternoon tea and gourmet breakfast. What we got was a broke down water system, a baggie with one scone, tiny brownie and a tea bag and for breakfast we stood in line to be handed a half cup of orange juice, bad coffee, tiny scone and yogurt in a plastic cup. I complained and they gave me a 25% discount card to come back. This was my third time so why would I want come back? I ask for a manager to contact me since there was none on the site and they NEVER called. $200 plus dollars for this was a rip off and ruined our special event. UPDATE: I did receive call after I posted this review and they assured me things were getting fixed. They also gave me a partial refund

The room was spacious and clean and appeared to have been remodeled fairly recently and done nicely. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the property was quiet, and we had a private balcony overlooking a grassy courtyard. The front desk staff was helpful in recommending the Lark restaurant inside the Ashland Springs Hotel; dinner was excellent. Now, every hotel has its issues, and the beautiful Lithia Springs is no exception. There was a large stain on the carpet in the room, cable and electrical cords were hanging from the wall-mounted TV, and I was surprised the grounds were somewhat neglected. Bushes needed trimming, lots of milkweed in the grass, which also needed cutting, and parts of the hotels exterior needed touch-up paint. The hotel sign at the street entrance looked like they tried to save money, and the landscaping maintenance at the same area had weeds. Not a good first impression for hotel guests. We have stayed in Ashland many times on our way north and back, and I had always wanted to stay at this hotel. I was a bit surprised and disappointed about the hotels maintenance. I got the impression the hotel was trying to save money by skimping on the landscaping maintenance. We did not have time to use the spa. Breakfast was pretty good; the bacon was yummy. I would definitely stay there again. I hope my comments help both potential guests and the hotel. It really is a lovely property; it just needs more TLC and attention to detail. 1st impressions R everything.

Lithia Springs is a great place to spend a few days. The room my wife and I stayed in was very comfortable. The room has a private two person tub with the mineral water, a big shower, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. A full free hot breakfast is served each morning in the main building. The grounds are very well maintained. A selection of spa services are available to help you relax. Nearby towns have a lot of shops and restaurants to visit. The resort is near a major road, but I never noticed the sounds of traffic on my stay. All in all a great place.

She clearly loves her job and goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome.Breakfast was good, and in fact they served the best steel-cut oats Ive ever had. Im trying to get the recipe. I have stayed at this resort in the past but today, sadly I give this place one star..if I were able to give it zero stars I would have but the option was not offered. I did not enjoy my stay here whatsoever. The rooms were not very clean, jetted tubs were dirty and there were cob webs inside rooms everywhere. Also I noticed torn or cut screens in bathroom windows. That by itself made me a little nervous. Staff was rude, this included front desk employees and maid staff. Found maid staff lounging in tea room that is suppose to be for guests. Breakfast was below average. Not much was offered and the hot foods were ice cold. After the disappointment of breakfast the first day I didnt even attempt it on my second day. Pool is not maintained well at all, debris and dead insects were everywhere and during my stay it was 90 plus degrees, so sadly swimming was not an option. Be very careful because they will try to charge you for things that THEY are responsible for. For being advertised as a relaxing resort, it was anything but. When asked how my stay was at check out, I did express some of these things and staff didnt really seem to care. Clearly they were only interested in collecting my money. I would really consider thinking twice if you are considering booking some vacation time here. I was very disappointed and will never refer a friend here as a matter of fact I will suggest they dont. Too bad, it was once a nice little resort.
