We spent our honeymoon there 28 years ago. Such a beautiful, rustic place. They were redoing the cabins when we were there, but ours was absolutely wonderful. The food was great, but the best part was that amazing fireplace that radiates the heat out into the room. My husband just said he would love to go back. Maybe when we reach our 30th?

I simply cant imagine a more lovely or hospitable setting for a wedding weekend. In late May, the weather was perfect, the grounds full of lush tended gardens, the forest verdant and sheltering, and the creek babble soothing. The food prepared and served by Buckhorn staff was excellent. The rustic cabins sweet and comfortable. Beautiful views in every direction. The ceremonies my son and daughter-in-love imagined and created for their wedding were deeply blessed in the pastoral quiet, as were all the participants. I am sure Buckhorn Springs would be sublime for any gathering or retreat of soulful purpose.

Buckhorn Springs is nestled in just the right spot, offering beautiful mountain views, serenity, and an escape from our busy world. Leslie, Bruce, and family have created a warm and welcoming space for all. The meals are delicious, and the company even better. A great place to plan a mini or extended vacation and retreat. It is definitely one of the most beautiful places to get married and celebrate love. Buckhorn Springs is a must. I have loved every minute I have spent here.

One of my favorite places to visit, Buckhorn Springs is a lovely and comfortable place in a beautiful area. All of the rooms and cabins are unique and full of character, there are trails and creeks to explore nearby, and the buildings and gardens are well maintained and picturesque. Run by a wonderful family that cooks excellent food and takes pride in their work.

I have visited Buckhorn twice in the past, and I look forward to visiting again in the summer of 2013. Simply put, the time I have spent at Buckhorn has been amazing. The Sargents run a beautiful operation that showcases their love for community, naturalness, family, and great food! Bruce and Leslie have worked tirelessly to restore the property. They strive to provide guests with an experience that is akin to stepping back in time with a time machine. The rustic grounds at Buckhorn serve as a perfect location for retreats, weddings, workshops, or other gatherings.

Buckhorn is such a special place for my family. My sister was married there 20 years ago, and I have spent numerous Thanksgivings in the lodge. Its the perfect place for a quiet retreat, large family gathering, or a wedding. The Sargent family has done an beautiful job restoring such a historic place and Leslies food is terrific!
