The area is so beautiful. The view is amazing, The units are very clean. The people are great. Kind helpful and friendly. I had a great time and would go back.It would have been better if the sauna, and hot tub were working and the pool needs some help. Besides that it was 5 star.

The time share is very dated. Old furniture and appliances.Dishes from the dollar store linens thin and worn.I93 is very close the sound of the highway was extremely loud. The staff was very nice. The unit was clean

My grandpa first started coming here in the 1970’s and I’ve been coming to this resort since I was in diapers. Beautiful resort, nice and quite. They have a golf course, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym etc. Staff is friendly. Near the interstate and not too far of a drive from the White Mountains.

We absolutely loved our stay. Was attending Patents Weekend at Plymouth State University. It was so convenient and a short drive to the campus. Our unit was so spacious and clean and comfortable. We went for a swim and hot tub at the indoor facility and it was great! I wish I could have stayed longer we loved it! Will definitely be back!

Ive been coming to cold spring Resort for 20 years. The resort is quiet and simple which I love. A great place to enjoy the colors of New England and time with the family. They have a nice pool and hot tub and they have deals with local businesses for some discounted fun.

Staff are so great! They definitely make you feel at home super friendly and can tell you where to eat and what fun activities to do! We came for a wedding in Plymouth and had a great time.

Been going there for a long time. The last 10 years , no improvement..went to sister course pheasant ridge, greens were 100 % better..will not be going back

We took a trip to Boston and drove up and stayed here over 4th of July with our daughter & granddaughter. Were just looking for relaxation. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we spent most of our time at the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals and we used the grills and playground. Lots of mosquitos in the woods so hiking was out. We stopped at a nearby beach and went to a flower garden while there.

We came at the perfect time our place faces the golf course and there was a whole golf course of snow we practically had to ourselves. This is like a cabin rental., attached units.

Went by lots of resorts in center of towns yesterday and realize that this is the best place to be off the beaten path. Lots of things to do here and many of things to do in the area. Just an all-around wonderful place to be and the staff here is fantastic

Great location for visiting NH Lakes region and White Mountains. Resort is on a quiet street and only a couple of miles th an I-93 entrance in either direction. The resort has indoor and outdoor pools. The units are a bit dated but appliances are in good working order. Staff are very helpful. They host both on and off site activities including a boat tour on Squam Lake.

We were so happy with our stay and would definitely go back! The unit was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The view overlooking the distant mountains was so beautiful. Some have mentioned the beds. We found them to be very comfortable, but they are not pillow tops, which my husband was happy for his back sake.We loved this place!

This resort is very homey and pretty clean. All the facilities are really nice. This place does also have free wifi.

The resort is out of the way but easily accessible. The pools are clean and well maintained. The units have some exterior wear to them but they are clean and the interiors are well maintained and have new appliances. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Condos were well equipped but very dated. Location wasnt ideal. Surrounded by trees but theres an unsightly quarry nearby. Indoor pool is great, perfect temperature. Some staff were friendly but others werent. When we checked out and returned the keys, the staff person asked if we brought back the rule binder. We said we left it in the room, the staff said then they would get it when they cleaned the condo but her tone was that it would be an inconvenience.

This would be an excellent review due to the great customer service and beautiful room. The reason it is getting a good is because we booked an apartment with a queen bed and got a full size bed. Disappointed with the lack of sleep due to the bed being much to small for my husband and me.

The club house has two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, clay tennis courts, playground, mini arcade and more.If youre a golfer a course is literally right next door.Make Cold Spring your next timeshare exchange you wont regret it.

This place is amazing!!!! There are a ton of outdoor activities around, evenin the off season. The facilities are here are incredible, from the pool to the cabins themselves. I am blown away by the beauty and environment. I wish everyone could experience this beauty of a place.

I stayed here for the first time with my boyfriends family, who own 5 time shares here and have been coming for more than 20 years. The units are clean and comfortable. The golf course is beautiful. The location is convenient. I will say the complex could use some improvement as far as landscaping goes, and the decor is a bit dated, but its overall a beautiful community with many amenities and activities. Of course well return as they have been for years, and I would recommend staying here.

Spacious attached townhome within 100 yards of main clubhouse and beautiful clay tennis courts. Clubhouse has clean and crisp indoor and outdoor pools with towel service. There is also a nice arcade room and DVD library and ping pong table for the kids. We were up here for visiting day at my sons camp and for a lot less money we got a much better place to stay than most of the parents who chose another resort that shall remain nameless, but which was described as dated (as in 1950s dated)! Cold Spring let us check in very early and the unit had a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and everything else you would expect plus a wonderful screened in deck to go with the regular, outdoor deck gazing into a pine forest. There was not a single piece of paper to be found on the property and we just felt cozy, safe and secure here with our young children.

Love coming back year after year. So much to do and see in nh. Did the dinner/dancing cruise on the Mt. Washington cruise ship.

We stayed in the lodge (one bedroom). View was great. Layout was nice. Bed was hard and had low end quality sheeting. T.V. was way too small for living area. In general, the decor was older and less inviting than I thought. It felt old.And the rule book was a joke - empty your garbage on dumper before you leave.

The condo was clean, well appointed with everything we needed, and comfortable. The only things we found that could use improvement were the pillows were foam and uncomfortable. A minor issue was that the paper products, like tp and kleenex were very cheap, like industrial kind. Furnishings and amenities were great, though. Peaceful view over the golf course and both pools were very popular. Would definitely stay hear again. It is a great value.

Very nice area. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Cold springs is centrally located to stores, restaurants and Plymouth State University. Their location is perfect. We will be staying there again for our return visit.

We have been owners for years. The condo is exceptionally clean and cozy. Beds are very comfy, and you have washer and dryer as well as fully equip kitchen. The indoor /outdoor pools are very clean and the staff is very helpful. The location is perfect being close to great attractions like the Polar caves, Whales Tale, Loon Mountain, but yet set in its own quiet area. We love it here!

Family oriented resort, good for kids. Facilities clean and grounds well kept. Some items appeared a bit dated. Must drive off site if youre not cooking yourself. Good choices in Plymouth. Grocery store about 15 minutes. Nice location for day trips in central NH.

To be fair weve been owners since early 80s and truly look forward to, and enjoying our September week.Nice place to relax or be active; golf course walking distance away, along with many hiking trails of various skill level, are also nearby.Many great diners and restaurants within a 20 mile radius.Fully equipped townhouse style condos, nicely furnished.

Nice, quiet stay. Golf course on site. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Rooms were nice with loft bedroom. No shampoo, salt and pepper, or coffee in rooms though.

I liked how the washing machine and drying machine is in the unit. You dont need to share it with other people. Also, theres no other people except us living in that apartment, until the last day we are there. Its good and have privacy, I like that very much!

I loved the area, but finding the lodge and housing is very unorganized. There are no signs to tell you what’s where in terms of the housing units. Nor was the room what was shown when we booked the room. The tub leaked, the curtains came off the rod when you pulled them shut too far Instead of stopping at the end like they are supposed to but I fixed it. AC unit did not cool off the whole unit. Open upstairs bedroom loft was unaffected by AC. Had to use fan at night to stay cool.

People that run it are great. Three years going and I have no complaints. Clean, upkeep is great, nice location and near stores, gas, food and highway access.

Very nice area and resort. Clean, spacious and not too pricey for a full condo. My only complaint was the small master beds but they were comfortable!! As a smoker I was very grateful that each unit had an enclosed (screened in) porch where smoking was allowed and you could hang out at night without being eaten alive by mosquitoes.

Very nice place to stay. We wished we had more time to hang around. My wife loved the condo set up. We definitely planning to come again.

Cold Springs resort is a great place to get away for a week. The place has great recreational activities and its right in the heart of New Hampshire where there is alot to do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in New Hampshire.

The people are very friendly, the location is close to the White Mountains/skiing/hiking/rock climbing, and they have organized activities in case youre looking for something to do.The units are outdated though. I had such uncomfortable beds that I ended up sleeping on the floor for 3 nights - maybe bring an air mattress.

Nice place, cozy in the heart of New Hampshire. Always clean and well maintained and the staff is excellent. Real, genuine people who care. If you are looking for a nice getaway thats close to everything NH has to offer, Cold Spring Resort in Ashland is it!

Comfortable, clean and spacious. We were really pleased with our room. The pool was super fun on a cold winter day. The location is between Plymouth and Ashland with easy access to the highway. We will return.

Great family vacation spot. We look forward to coming here every year. It is not fancy, there is no spa. We use the heated indoor pool each day of our stay. The crafts offered are fun and inexpensive.

I will never not stay in this place when we come up here anymore. It was amazing! We were surprised (and grateful) by the washer/dryer combo. The rooms were perfect sizes, beds were comfy. Centrally located to all of the best spots NH has to offer. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Not impressed. The room was not even clean. When attempting to speak with someone about it, the attitude was shocking

Great potential for family fun. It needs some updating and cleaning but otherwise I would recommend it.

It feels like youre tucked away in the middle of no where but its just off the highway within a 10 min drive of Plymouth. A short drive to skiing, tubing and an outlet mall. The appliances are dated but all work well. Wood burning isnt allowed in the fireplace now but pick up some fake logs to burn at the front desk or a local store and you can still enjoy the fireplace. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We have been here one night. After checking in we had no WiFi and the 2nd tv did not work. Maintenance came right away but couldnt help until the morning. We went to the front desk and they moved us right away. Unit is dated but nice.

Cold Springs is one of my favorite places to go the staffer is amazing and its just an amazing environment

The apartments are as basic as possible, and there are no laundry machines in the small apartments, but it is a nice getaway for a few days.

Staying at the timeshare units at Cold Spring resort was fantastic. The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. I also want to say that the WiFi was some of the best Ive ever seen in a timeshare. I was able to do online gaming with no lag. Be forewarned, however, the fireplaces do not burn wood, so you have to buy the petroleum logs from the front desk.

Absolutely amazing...a hidden gem. Staff couldnt do enough for you...my stay was much too short...the cleanest accommodations...plus they offer board games,jigsaw puzzles, and an unbelievable selection of videos. Our room overlooked the golf course with mountains in the background! It truly is an affordable resort.

Great! Condo style with two spacious bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchenette and deck with one portion screened-in. Plenty of towels and t.p. provided. Indoor pool was warm and nice!
