Wow. This place was filthy. There was toilet paper laying out in the hallways. The kids working there were standing around with trash on the floor all around them instead of cleaning up. The bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. The food lines had empty straw paper just laying in the floor and the counter tops. Who on the world was the manager the evening of Dec 28? I only took a few pictures on my way out. The whole place was like this.

I have an unlimited pass so Im here all the time, and I consistently find the seats comfortable and the sound levels appropriate. I like being able to choose my seat before going into the theater, too. Concessions are an arm and a leg but, hey, its a movie theater: if you cant afford popcorn that costs approximately as much as a small private island, dont get it. I do wish they played all the movies advertised in their app, but some events are location specific.

Very nice and clean theater. They have a great selection of snacks. Candy, popcorn, pizza, hot dogs etc. You can even get a glass of wine. The chairs inside the theater were comfortable and provided adequate space. The staff who helped us with our tickets and snacks were great. Like all theaters the price to go to a movie and snack isnt cheap, but comparing this one to others, was a much better and comfortable experience. If this was helpful, please hit the thumbs up like.

This is my go-to theater in Asheville. Its always clean, well-lit and well-managed, and the seats are very comfortable. I like having plenty of room without being crammed next to the people beside me, and being able to recline is a huge plus. It feels like a much more intimate movie experience.I can also easily see above the seats in front of me, as the levels were well-made; I am 54 and have a big problem with this at another local theater where the incline is too gradual and the top of the seat in front of me cuts off the bottom of the screen.

I love this movie theater for a couple of reasons: they serve local beer on draft and in cans, they have really comfortable reclining seats, they offer 3D movies (we most recently saw Avengers End Game there as a #giftfromgoogle) and the theater itself doesnt have that awful popcorn smell. Plus, you can order your ticket online and skip the actual lines which is nice. Its a fun place to see a movie.

Regal Our theater failed at the sensory friendly version of Frozen 2. It WAS NOT sensory friendly. We had to tell them in was happening. I had to show them a screenshot at the box office to buy tickets. They didnt keep the lights on. They didnt turn the sound down. Since we were trying to see this showing, we didnt get tickets ahead of time. We were in the second row right by the screen. The louder it got, the more my daughter got overwhelmed and she had a complete meltdown So we missed the end of the movie, basically because I was walking up and down the entry so my daughter could see the lights at the entrance and see half of the screen. We were assured by the staff that they would do everything to make it sensory friendly.Super disappointing. They shouldnt market something they arent going to do. I tried talking to Regal corporate about it, but they didnt do much at all. They gave a lot of excuses. They didnt try to make it right. Ill try to go to other theaters from now on.

The theater was extremely cold the four times I went there. I missed part of the movie to go and complain and they said they would turn up the heat, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. Others in the theater also complained. Even people at a nearby restaurant agreed that it was always cold there. I love the reclining seats though. I thought it was ridiculous that the line was held up due to people having to select their seats. It took forever to get through the line and it was cold, windy and rainy. When we got to our seats, we found the theater almost empty! I will try to avoid this theater unless they make the temperature warmer.Update: February 5!I was very pleasantly surprised that the theater was a very comfortable temperature today! So I am changing my review to 5 stars!Thank you!

This was the first time we took our 3 year old and 4 year old to the movies and I was a little put off by the fact we had to pick our seats and the only seats left were in the first row. When the movie started, half of the seats behind us up top were empty. Not quite sure why all the seats were empty, but it worked out ok because the girls loved the movie and the seats were very comfortable and reclined.

The sound here is awful. There was a tinny female voice talking over the movie and the movie sound was distorted. Walked out after 5 min of screech. We drove an hour to come here, wasted time and gas but fortunately they would at least give us a refund. They didnt care about the wasted trip at all. No wonder their theater was half empty. SNAPSHOT = details below - the theatrical film exhibition business has been resurrected! Great job goes to Regal for responding to seismic changes in the world of movies.Starting with the ticket booth. Now patrons choose their seats from those availble. Next, the concessions stand has evolved dramatically. 30 years ago, your choices were soda, popcorn or ca n dy. Today, local craft beers, Starbucks coffee and bottled water are just a few of the options.Take those snacks to extra wide plush recliners. Of special note here is chair does not shift when you sit up after sinking downSiskel & Ebert will be jelous!NOTE = Mens room was clean neat and modern. I always have a great experience here. But spending the money really depends on the movie. $18-$20 per ticket is a bit absurd if you want RPX/3D. Im happy as long as I can see and hear the movie and dont have someones head directly in front of me. Seating is nice and comfortable. The only issue I truly have isnt with the theater itself, but the people that come. Most people that go there always have their phones out during the movie and can be heard chatting a lot. I guess its just a generational thing. Overall 8/10 experience. I would rate higher if food/drink costs were slightly lower. Its not a fun night when it costs $50 to take my daughter to a movie and get snacks. Maybe ill start carrying a purse to store snacks from the gas station! Haha

I have seen many movies at this location, but it had been some time since I last visited. Tonight, I was excited to watch Ford vs Ferrari. I decided to get a beer for the movie. I ordered the beer, and then handed the lady a $20 bill and thee quarters since my total was $10.69. She put down in front of me a nickel and a penny; then said have a good night. I nicely said “thank you, but I believe I handed you twenty.” Instead of double checking, she got defensive and made a scene out of having to check the drawer which included the need to call for a manager. After waiting for several minutes while missing the movie, I just left. I hope the extra $10 was worth the response to my question. It wasn’t worth missing a great movie.

The ticket seller refused to sell us handicapped seating because according to him being in our 70’s and using canes ( also having our handicap plate and placard registrations with us) didn’t matter. He insisted we had to have a wheelchair to get those seats! I couldn’t make it up the steps to the seat he assigned so We sat in the first handicap seats and would have left if needed. Absolutely NO handicap seats were taken for the entire movie!!Also I had a free popcorn on my Regal card. I asked to upgrade to a medium size and my points were taken but the guy tried to charge me $7.95. Honest mistake, sure, but then management was uninterested in addressing the situation. They acted annoyed that we were bothering them (at the customer service desk), and their only suggestion to remedy the situation was that friend and I sit at opposite ends of the same row in last remaining seats...not why I came to the movie with my friend. Normally love the Regal-Biltmore Grande. Recliners are super comfy! Yesterday their problem solving/customer service was lacking. Some patrons were sitting in my assigned seats. I nicely asked them to check their tickets and they realized they were in the wrong theatre room. Should have been end of story. Many minutes into the movie a Regal employee brought the two ladies back into the “wrong” theatre room and asked to see our tickets, interrupting the movie experience for many around me and kept discussing their tickets for a several minutes. Had the Regal employee checked their tickets outside the theatre before coming in and interrupting our movie, they could have avoided disturbing many during the film. We asked for a manager after the movie. They did admit they handled the situation poorly. I hope they do not interrupt movies for other patrons without reason. It was avoidable.
