55 plus community. Most ppl are nice but management thought they owned place n had to many rules and not much amenities for price of HOA.. Lived there 2 yrs n wouldnt again.. Nice pool

Nice park it was 5 buck for 3 of us to get in. The river is beautiful and Crystal clear great to float down in a tube. Nice little playground for the kids to play on. Nice are with picnic tables and grills. We didnt stay at the campground to be able to rate it.

A great 55+ community. The people that live there always watch out for each other in times of need. The community is always clean and well taken care of.

Its Beautiful!!!! ... It Looks very nice... I would Reccomend this place to all my friends.. .. The Homes are very well kept up.... I would half to say... You need a good quiet place to live and enjoying your life being Happy ... This is the Place to be ...The Valley Where Happiness never Ends.... And the good feeling of Living here will only just Begin

Nice family neighbor hood

My grandma lives here and regrets buying a home in this park. I highly suggest if u consider living here make sure u enjoy living day by day in everyone else business. If u dont enjoy being nosey and miseriable please dont look here!! These ppl are not nice and dont even like to see ppl have family over with kids to visit. If u dont like ur family or anyone else for that matter then by all means live here lol. The people in the office are a joke. They have no clue how to run a park or an office for that matter!! Oh and by the way the pictures look nothing like the actual park lol its all staged! The pool area isnt that clean either :)

It used to be a nice place but now with new management Connie Lewis it seems worse it has a lot of stray cats and people arent as friendly, Management seems confused and dont enforce any rules they give out as they dont even follow there rules anyway, tons of stray cats are taking over, there are more and more rough/shady looking people( they let anyone in now) then ever before lack of management caring I think even though they live here too they dont care, I believe it comes down to poor management and lack of caring by management in the valley itself its a shame
