If you are thinking of moving to this park DONT DO IT !!! They are the worst. The water is always being shut off, they take advantage of the low income community, always looking for a reason to give you a fine. Tow truck drives around looking for anyone that may have a tire touching the grass 24/7 and keeps the community pool closed most of the year.

I have been trying to call office since Friday and not been able to even get a call in 48 hours business hour but has been 4 days. Would like corporate number now

I dont know how else to get info for this place. Ive been trying to get in touch with someone there about buying a home. They have multiple homes listed on their website that shows available in January. But when I talk to them, im told theyre no longer available. I saw a new home listed yesterday. Not even 24 hours later, they said its not available. So Im starting to think that they only sell to certain people, or listings are fake and they use it to get people to come buy so they can sell the more expensive properties. Those properties that Im told were not available in January, are still listed on their website as available. No sales pending or sold on the posting. Anyone know if theyre a scam?

I lived here for how about a year and 6 months now. The park manager Millie is really nice and tries to know your name. She is really trying to clean up the park. I would have given this place five stars but my next door neighbor as a party every week it seems like.

Went to look at it. Didnt like at all. Its cheap but not a good idea to live if your single mom or older or disabled.

I lived in an apartment that was bought out and found out I only had 30 days to move, they werent renewing anyones lease, I was very lucky to find rhp properties, especially Millie Jimenez the community manager, she was so great to work with, she was able to get a home not only ready for me to move into in only one month but made sure everything was in tip top shape, I really cant be happier with the way I was treated and the professionalism of Millie, I dont know what I would have done, probably ended up in some lousy apartment again but now Im a proud homeowner instead of renter, thank you Millie and Chalet North

A nice place just on thing in all park I have see there things to do like gym, areas to have fun like bingo, people that give conferences for health, area to interact withe other un the same place. But in this place there is nothin just a pool. I encourage the owner to try to make it better because we pay for the land the same as other park. I bought a house here becace is less price. 20k. People are nice and especially the manegers.

I would think twice before living here. I have family that lives here and they tell me how bad it is. Between the high lot rent, the crime, the strict rules (which seem to only apply to certain people/races). You will not feel safe living here.On the other hand. If you like being fined for every little thing, if you like being singled out, if you like not feeling safe in your own place, if you like to see police called into the neighborhood on a refular basis, if you like being around neighbors that randomly knock on your door at night, if you like having your vehicle towed away, then by all means look into getting a place here!This is a mobile home park with conflicting identities. They act like they are Bay Hill, but refuse to take care of the unsavory aspects of the neighborhood. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is a beautiful place surrounded by Nature for people who likes birds and nature.Clean place,speed bumps,not raggedy mobile homes,well maintained.Friendly bilingual staff

The parking issues are the most stupider ones Ive come across. And now they going to home owner only, no longer renting.. its not worth the hassle of owning a trailer there as really you cannot put anything on the grass so if you have small kids youll need permission first.

Attempted to purchase one of the homes here. the home was for sale on their site for 21,000. when i went to the office to try and purchase this home cash i was told i cant purchase the home and move it. was quite confused because if i buy the home its my home. really wanted to buy the home but do not want to live in a horrible neighborhood with horrible property management with horrible lot rent. 569$ is too high for a neighborhood with kids running around everywhere, poorly maintained lots, loud music on every corner.

So tired of not having water!! Before I moved here, I didnt even know a place could turn THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOODS water off. But now it happens every two or three days! If it was a monthly thing, Id be more understanding. But going without water all day every other day is RIDICULOUS. What are we paying for?? Certainly not good customer service!!!!

This place is trying hard to not be Apopkas armpit. The speed bumps are extremely large and will damage your vehicle.Lots of kids playing in the streets no looking for cars. Yes I understand pedestrians have the right of way in some situations but running in front of a moving vehicle and making them apply excessive force to the brakes is unnecessary.

We unfortunately purchased the trailer we started renting. We were told that it would save us a lot if we did. That may be true, but if I knew then what I know now, I gladly would have moved. They enforce rules to the NON-MEXICANS.The water is shut off more often than its on....without notice. You can be doing your housework and all of a sudden (especially on the weekends) the water will be off for hours on end.If youre considering moving into this dump, do yourself a favor and reconsider. The water is off again. This makes the 4th time this month alone. Replace the pipes already. In the 30 plus years Ive lived here I have never had the water off this much.

Most horrible place to ever live. Everyones children and pets are outside unsupervised in the middle of the street all the time. The water is always getting shut odf without notice. There are more stray cats in this place than anywhere Ive ever seen tearing up the insulation of all these homes. If you complain nothing gets done. But if your late with rent for whatever reason or your grass isnt cut on time they wont even work with you, they automatically put letters on your door trying to evict you. They are very unfair with their tenants

It is not a great place to live in especially if youre a Hispanic the managers here discriminate they will do anything they can do to get you to move out all they care about is your money & not the safetyness of the community they complain about the littlest things with the new management you cant have an A/C unit in any of the windows the experience here is terrible theirs drugs , & violence everywhere & the water is always going out ! I recommend you to not live here its not a pleasant nor safe community I wouldnt recommend it.

The process are fair and staff is kind. the rules for the pool arent great. half the year its closed and and as always in low budget neighborhoods, you get the occasional riff raff strolling the street or going kids who dont care for your personal space or property. overall it was good pace for starter home.

Its and ok place to live from what i seen and see there are good people who live here but there are a handful of loud nieghbors and bad kids who dont have no respect for you or your property but can be a decent place to live depening on your nieghbors.

The water is out almost ones a week, your car can be town in your own driveway if your tires are a little on the grass, Jehova witnesses know your door twice a week, pool is open almost never, club house not available for parties, other people knock your door weekly to sell tamales, sweet bread, flans and anway. Office wont answer the phone after they sell you a Home, this people only wants your money and they dont care about nothing else. Almost forgot!!! Lot Rent goes up every year, even when is not shown on your contract.

Wish I did my research first! The noise, kids and adults in the middle of the road EVERYDAY! Vicious dogs chasing kids. The managers are never there, the office is never open! Have to deal with insane parties. Everyone doesnt have to follow rules, especially if youre hispanic! Some are down right rude while others are just warm and people friendly! Horrible place to live. I lived here 16 yrs ago as a teenager with my family. I was jumped 4 times by several gangster want to be Mexicans. Still go here on occasion to see friends. Most residents love to buy & sale heroin & crack here. Be careful driving through might get paraded by 30 bae bae kids unsupervised throwing rocks at vehicles bullying other kids & just being typical trailer trash.

I would like for the owner to see my review. I have been living in Chalet North for the past 6yrs and once they broke into my mobile home and took my TV.. I did a report but nothing solved. To the owner,, if you dont live here you cant say we dont go by the rules and what really happens here. Once my neighbors also had a big terrible problem that there was under covers with rifles guns in my bare yard asking me if I knew anything about the inccident. My kids were super scared that they hidded under there beds in case bullets were flown every where. To the owner I invite you to live here for a yr and then we can talk. Im being neutral in that, we (my boyfriend and one year old daughter and I) were thinking about purchasing a mobile home in this community recently. Until. We went back to the neighborhood after dark. My boyfriend went back, our trailer would have been after the straight dead end, making our half point the main building. He said that there was a group of people in the whole front road when he came in (about 7) who were all yelling at him, then when he turned back around, a man threw a beer bottle towards his truck (luckily missed).We seriously about to buy this trailer (post application) but Im worried for our daughters safety above all.The woman selling us the trailer even said, that she spent 15 minutes showing someone else her trailer, and that persons car was stolen in that time.Whats management prepared to do to clean this place up????We were so excited to move in aside from all the bad reviews until we witnessed it ourselves.

I have friends that have lived here and its appalling that drug deals go down in plain view. That is one ghetto neighborhood. Murders and drive-by shootings have occurred in this neighborhood. Contact Apopka Police Department they will gladly tell you about this neighborhoods reputation. They claim to do background checks on the applicants but the park does nothing to enforce that the people that actually live in the hood actually have passed the background check and with normal gunfire shots that occur...bullets can easily penetrate an aluminum wall. Your children will be sleeping peacefully in their bed and be killed by a stray bullet. Just sayin
