Nice little mobile home park. Very quiet. Close to the corner store that has a subway!

Ok lil run down.

Don’t like the fact they keep raising the lot rent up every year and every week you have water problems before too much longer you won’t be able to even afford to live here

A lot of people are right. Some places in that park is trashy its because the tenants dont care what their home looks like at as far as management yeah they do the best they can but I believe every tenant should take pride in there home. Management are not as hard on some as they are to others. So tenants get off your butts and take care of your home and yard. One thing I can say is my neighbors around me we do watch out for each other. I do feel safe in my home.

I live in this horrible trailer park. The lot rent is always going up but of course no improvements. Management after management it just gets worse. Got permission to put up a fence now they say the meters and water shut off is within my fence and the fence needs to come down. Now it’s game on. I will get people involved to see all of there violations and improvements they need to make and I will be contacting my lawyer. Don’t move here, the worst thing I have ever done. Not even one star
