I always enjoy hiking near water. The creek is lovely

A really nice place to relax, except the the gnarly amount of mosquitos.

Love this place! Water is cold, rocks to jump from, water Id deep enough (in some places) to swim yet shallow enough for kids to play safely. I try to make it here every year!

Nice to swim, not to much trouble for me to get too (im disabled) there is plenty of space to swim before you get in current and its not horribly strong there are at least 3 different spots to swim at so you wont always have others right in your lap which is wonderfull. There is sand not just rocks, shade and a place to jump from.

After the fire, the place will need some mending. I truly love this place. There are many people still taking advantage of the trails here. The river access has improved from the fires, and by spring it will be back to looking beautiful. Enjoy this place, it is great.

Amazing place to swim an relax, watch for snakes and other things. Fire danger is high from May until about October. If you pack it in please pack it out, its always better to leave the place cleaner then it was. Water is VERY cold.
