Have been living here since September and we love it! Residents can fish; lighting is good and my grandson loves to play basketball at the park. We feel that it is a secure place and a wonderful community to live in!

I lived there for 7 yrs ,15 yrs back Im 34 now but I have the best memories there. It was so clean too it was like The Stedford of trailer parks . I miss it and think about moving back. Not to mention the elementary school that was across the street , thats always a nice bonus to me too and now I have 2 little ones of my own

For anderson its a great community seems to be well diverse and all in all a great place to visit and even stay.

Think all people here have been nice to me and Im a service person. Most yards and areas are good and clean.

Live here almost two years. Everything has been great. Nice and quiet. Office people are friendly and helpful. (They fix/replace stuff fast and they act like they care) the only down side is they increase way to much rent every year which is way toooo much for Anderson area.But overall, I do enjoy living here.

I just moved in a couple months ago. Inahsolutely love it here. Management is very nice and understandingThe community itself is quiet and very clean. I never hear my neighbors, and everybody keeps their lots looking nice.It has really changed my mind about trailer living. The ones here are nicer than most houses Ive seen. Really considering buying mine.

Probably the best looking most up to date trailer park in Madison county that i know of.I have visited many friends here.They all seem to like the area pretty good.Good for kids to grow up... play ground... fishing in the ponds is cool if ypu live there but only catch and release.

Rented there 3 yrs. Quiet community. No-one ever in the office when you need them. Had to fix alot of small problems ourselves. Was made to buy new skirting the 1st year even though damage was there before we moved in. We were given 30 day notice to either buy the house or move out because they were selling the house. So we moved. Never got deposit back. Moved out in May. In July I started asking about it. Finally in October Got the answer that they used it all for damages. Which is BS. I didnt expect the whole amount due to painting and a closet door replaced but that was all. We took good care of the place while living there. Never recieved an itemized receipt for repairs either.

Its very quiet and in a country setting. There is a park on the premises that offers swings and a small jungle gym with a covered area that offers picnic tables and a grill. Have only visited, never lived here so I cannot comment on the management, but it seems very cozy and quaint.

My daughter ans grandson live there. Very nice place.

Beautiful quite community. Amazing homes and cheap rentals, rent to own options. Also cute little playground and fishing.

Only rated one star so that I could mention how crappy they are. Run down, Over priced, and management sucks. I would actually rated them a -5 and would prefer to live homeless ANYWHERE before donating another dollar to these crooks.

Quiet, relaxing, nice country setting 5 ponds to fish in. Close to shopping. Love it.

Terrible bought a house from them was infested with bed bugs. was advertised with 2 car garage only had one car garage that they tried charging me additional 5000 dollars for til i threatened to sue. so then in result they pretended like they couldnt get my paperwork through in time for the special then the house went up another 2000 dollars. i tried buying first week of January was not closed on until mid February. front porch was covered with ice ice was holding up screen door it fell and broke when it melted cause it had no pins and the deck was rotted out. garage had multiple items damaged that i couldnt see cause they couldnt find the keys til two weeks after we closed. they tell you all plumbing hvac and appliances come with one year warranty thats a lie they add on insurance to your loan so you pay for it and it is hard to make a claim. they also make you take their house insurance which costs twice as much as top insurance providers. they had a special for lot rent to stay at rate for two years thats a lie they tried to raise it up after 6 months til i got corporate to reverse it then they raised it at one year which corporate would not fix. the management is horrible they try to make up rules all the time to fine you. currently looking for my own land to get away from these people i suggest you never look at a home at deer field run or any sun community properties. Update getting ready to move out thankfully. Staff is still horrible and my lot rent had went up 106 dollars a month since I moved in 4 years ago. I now pay 405 dollars a month for lot rent plus my mortgage. I can rent small apartment for the price I rent a tiny bit of land. And the only utility they pay is trash. Corporate is just as bad as park management at this point. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could go back in time and stop myself from buying a house here. It looks nice but in this case looks are deceiving. Buyer beware. Last update I successfully moved out I sold them back the house. They only paid it off I did not make anything after putting twenty percent down and paying on it for 4 and a half years on a 12 year loan. I was afraid to sell it myself because of high lot rent, unless it sold quick wouldnt of been able to make money. In the end took almost 3 months to close which they kept charging me lot rent without me living there finally after manager said it was her fault it did not close because she kept forgetting to tell me to tell mortgage company to give payoff amount to them which I did two months before but that didnt count because it went to my email and not theirs. She stated she would not charge me 3rd month that I shouldnt of even had to pay the month before but she kept forgetting to tell me from being overloaded on work. She got fired right after I closed so corporate took my deposits to pay for third month I was told I would not have to pay. In the end a total ripoff all as round stay away and it was not only me all my neighbors had problems some worse both renters and owners.

Over priced supposed to be for senior

The leasing agent is terrible. We made appointment at 3 waited for 40 min nobody ever showed up. Not so sure we would want to lease from this place

If i could give less I would.....tryed to tow my lowered bmw sports car while I was out of town on work..... i drove it on sunday snd my wife sends me a pic of the tow notice on tuesday evening,,,, not on a flat..... not broke down..... just gonna tow it!!! But nevermind that the kitchen drawers fall apart. This place is subpar at best! Very disappointed

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! We moved out a month early and were told multiple times that as long as we gave 30 days notice and our rental was in nice, clean order that we would get our full deposit back. We got nothing. We even printed out a paper stating we were giving the 30 day notice and Sherry signed it. And then screwed us, telling corporate we broke our lease. A rental that lies to their tenants its subpar at best. I would never recommend them to anyone. The new houses look nice but insulation is horrible (as our electric cost us nearly $400 in the winter months), rent is way too expensive at nearly $800 and the management blows!
