I lived there for about 4 months and I loved it. Very low-key and privet. The manager Penny is the best, love her! The neighbors are great, quiet, dont bother you and the owner is quite lenient. Id give them more than five stars if i could. You can bring your own or rent a tailor at a Very reasonable monthly fee. They also have hook ups for RVS and campers.

I will say it is a quiet place with a reasonable monthly price. The trailer park is currently under renovation, but its the photos taken that show more of the neighborhood then of the park that baffles me. I have lived here for 25 years now. I hope the new owner can do what the previous owner couldnt, by making it a place people can be proud of!
