Havent bought anything yet..but have been VERY respected and shown a lot more than I expected! Cant wait to live here!

Great experiance. Since this was my first time buying a home I was nervous I would mess something up. But, Roger and all the employees in the office walked me through and got all set up.

My wife and I have lived here for almost two and half years and it has been bliss. Always quiet, great neighbors, and we feel safe. We lived in Indianapolis for over 30 years and we were lucky enough to survive until we retired and moved back to our hometown. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I couldnt think of being anywhere but here.

The three parks I visited were ALL top notch. I have been to lots of mobile home parks that were supposed to be showcase and they couldnt get close to the things these folks offer to residents to make them feel at home. They are spacious and clean, well cared for and attended to. We met with a gentleman at the Redbud office who could not have been more gracious, knowledgeable, and actually listened to our needs and preferences. He took us around all 3 parks, was unhurried and answered all our questions. If you have reason to visit ask for Roger E. You wont be disappointed. Hopefully , we didnt embarrass you Roger !

Great place to raise your family safe neighborhood quiet

UMH out of NJ has completely ruined the neighborhood with pointless violations on a weekly basis. Used to be a laid back neighborhood

Would not recommend living here... Rules and regulations are beyond extreme, nosey neighbors, increased lot rent over the years, nothing for children... I have not had a pleasant stay by any means, and my family has been living here for 20+ years...

I have lived in redbud for about 7yrs and still a current resident. Beautiful place to raise a family. Nice quiet place that is safe. We have monthly crime watch meeting to keep our neighborhood safe for our children.

As mobile home parks go this is very nice. Well maintained and beautifully landscaped.

Lovely place with gorgeous plentiful trees , kindly employees and friendly residence.

The south side has numerous speed bumps, the roads need repaved, and they just raised lot rent again. But, not bad for a trailer park.

Nice quite place and safe neighborhood to raise your family.

Dont listen to the dude that said all those bad things, I have lived out here since 1995 and its been great, yes we have high speed bumbs only because of people wanting to speed thru here like its a racetrack and there are too many children to be doing that so hence the speed bumbs , they do salt out here when it snows and the snow makes the speed bumbs better anyways, I have never encountered any rude workers ever and if they were prejudice then we wouldnt have all walks of life out here. And the reason we have restrictions to begin with is so it doesnt look like trailer trash out here. I loved raising my kids here and they made lots of friends and its very safe out here, like I said we have been here 20 plus years and its been wonderful. I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

New Owners are not respecting tenants rights. Be Warned.

Park manager was a complete ass. Lied to my boss about something personal. He isnt a stand up guy. Nevertheless we still took the house lol
