Very clean, quiet, cozy kinda place. Friendly neighbors who arent nosey. Nothing but good things to say. Great view for sunsets.

It is a nice place. Quite and kept up fairly well. Management has not always been great and seems to change every couple of years here recently. It is under new ownership and management just of this year.

Its alright but some of the tenants are nosy and annoying. The kids in the park are racist, loud, and annoying. we have empty trailers that are either rotting, stinking, and ugly or new trailers that were trashed by the tenants. other than all that, its alright.

They have really let this place go, they raze the rent and dont fix up nothing. It is getting ready bad. They dont even fix the lights, Thats getting real lazy. And they dont care. SHAM ON THEM.

This is an absolute trash trailer park. The owner never maintains the grounds and the land all around it is a flood/swamp zone.
