Nice clean Mobile home Park. With swimming pool and exercise facility. Beautiful view of the Sacramento River with benches and picnic tables and BBQ pit.

We been here for about 6 years and we love it very nice park, the staff is great there are times I forgot to put my trash out and the guys still got my trash. Thank you you are appreciated, I have great neighbors on both sides of me.

Not A Safe Place To Live And Nebors Dont Look Out For Eachother We Have Sex Offenders Living Her Around Children Been Living Here For Over 8 Yrs And Theres Drug Dealers Right Down The Street Managers Do Nothing
