It seems like a simple thing to do, spin in circles till you laugh your way to silliness. Which you do until you try to figure out how to fit in the cups. As a tall person this not easy but it’s still fun, maybe it’s time to update the cups up some to give people more room, still fun.

Spinning around in a tea cup may seem like it would be that much fun... Until youre actually tried it. I guess this explains why this is still here after so many years.

Its a simple ride, just a spinning tea cup for three minutes. But the laughs and sensations from twirling around make this one of my favorite rides to relax at in Disneyland. And best of all, if you can, please record the funny faces your friend makes while sitting across from you with your phone, its the best!

A fun ride, good for kids. It doesnt go too fast and just spins around a lot. Fun for both older and younger riders.

Classic spinning carnival ride with fun tea party theme, as you ride in a huge tea cup. The best part about this ride is that you can control how much you spin within a certain range, adjusting the speed to your liking.

Don’t go to Disneyland without a spin at the Mad Tea Party. It’s even prettier at night, I recommend doing it then!

This ride was amazing the first time we were there and we had fun my son laughed a lot love that is spacious and that my husband , my son and me fit all together and enjoyed our time

A five only because of the amusement my kids get from watching me on the verge of regurgitation.

I recommend coming here and spinning very fast.

A magnificent light show, several bars serving fun signature cocktails with souvenir light-up ice, and a crappy cover band, who thinks they rock, this party as all the elements, which make up awesome. If you are at the park after dark, you must stop by the Mad Tea Party, even if its just to watch the stilt performers strut their stuff.

They said a 25 minute wait but I am quite sure we were on there is 5 minutes (OK maybe 6 or 7). A nice fun ride you can make as crazy as you want because you can spin the cup yourself. Also a good place to snap a selfie with the Matterhorn behind you and your loved one.

This ride is great fast spinney fun. I hope the Mad Hatter liked his tea well stirred.

Unexpected, the Mad Tea Party at Disneyland is pretty fun! My friends and I tried to make it spin as fast as possible. Theres probably a limit, but it added to the fun.

This ride is great fun for kids and adults! The line moves fairly quickly, and its bright and colourful. We had a great time. The line and the ride are both outdoors.

If you have motion sickness, this ride is not for you. It may look fun with people laughing in the spinning teacup. You spin the wheel in the center of the cup and the controls the speed of which youre spinning. I tried this ride once and didnt not enjoy and and pretty much tripped while getting out.

I love this ride! We got all the guys in my family in one tea cup and made it spin super fast!

You can control the speed you spin (to a point) by rotating the wheel in the middle of the cup.Pro tip - if youve never done it before and you (or those in your party) can get nauseous quickly, just take it easy on the spinning.

Just be careful about the speed of the ride. You might be sensitive to the spinning on the ride.

The band was really good and charismatic. The music was very upbeat and hype. Im surprised they have something like this at Disney.

I feel bad for the ride operators here. If I had to listen to that music all day like they do, my left eye would probably start to twitch and I would probably end up on the news.... It is one of the tunes that could make the best of us snap, lol. Not to mention dealing with people throwing up their corndogs, turkey legs, popcorn, churros, corn on the cob and other treats they consumed just before spinning them selves to 10 gs. Plus, if you are over 57, you might not have enough leg room. I am over 6 so my legs dont fit in the Teacups.

I love the tea cups but please move them somewhere else because they take up so much space and bottlenecks the walkway in the land please disney

This attraction is closed. Was fun while it lasted. Timing of closure right before Alice Through the Looking Glass is released is questionable, but it is what it is.

This is something I visit all the time since I have a pass. The cover band is so much fun to sing and dance to.

Another Disneyland classic, but one that I am generally willing to skip. If you are sensitive to motion sickness or being dizzy, this is not the ride for you.

Honestly just as much fun for adults as it is for kids. Not too proud to say our group of friends took some spins around sans children!

Always a good time. Live music, drinks, and disney. Definitely a go to if youre at Disneyland California Adventure. Just check if they are having it the night of your visit.

This is one classic Disneyland ride I remember riding like crazy as a child and I got to ride it as crazy again as an adult.Im glad to see that this ride hasnt changed at all and it continues to bring fun and laughter to a new generation of Disneyland visitors.

Ride music and appearance are a classic. The only thing is actually riding the teacups triggers bad motion sickness. I literally get tortured when going on the teacups! But no need to change anything since there are adults and kids alike who can create fun memories on this classic Disneyland attraction.

The band was absolutely amazing! Not just by theme park standards, but by really any standards.In fact the band is the only redeeming quality of this venue. The drinks here are severely over priced and really quite disgusting. I can drink just about anything and I had to force myself to even make it halfway through this one before I threw it away. On top of that the whole area looks like an abandoned fairground during the daytime.

Ive seen a few of its iterations; Mad Tea Party, elecTRONica and such. The production quality is always top notch and the party is always tons of fun.

Must see event the music they play is amazing the band is great the dj is awesome and the drinks are on point I recommend the diamond zombie drink..its delicious but it can sneak il on you..Lol danced by life away ..had a great time
