Sky zone is a amazing place for you kids to have fun and get a lot of energy out. It is clean unlike other places where it is dirty. When there is toddler time it is good for you babies to get energy out!

We had a blast here. Dj E-Go was on FIRE last Friday night. Such great music, high energy, neon everything w/black lights=So Dope! Lots of happy peeps,, nice families, teens, young adults, grandparents=fun!!

The monthly membership is well worth it. Sometimes it gets really busy but its a great way for the little ones to make new friends. They always add new obstacles to the place which is great.

Great indoor exercise for kids, but need to be careful so no one gets injured. Nice temp for the jumpers. They need to get rid of the 6 massage chairs, people use them just to sit when crowded & they beep loudly & I heard a couple people even ask staff what the noise was. Those should be replaced with practical table & chairs.

COVID-19 Update. Yes, Sky Zone is Open, but only a couple of things. My son jumped for a few minutes and then sat with me while I did work until dodge ball court and the free style jumping arena were opened back up (only three areas open in the entire place) nearly 45 minutes later. There isnt much for the kids to do here and it is a waste of time and money. We love this place, but during COVID I dont want others to think theyll be actually enjoying themselves much.

We recently went here for a day during spring break. Staff here is friendly and professional. This location is also well kept and doesnt feel dirty like other locations. They have Groupon deals that can be purchased for those who want to save some money. Also there seems to be Construction going on, some of the attractions are not available. Theres still plenty to do despite the current circumstance.

It’s fun and full of energy but my kiddos always complain that doge ball is bad because they get paired up with teenagers that hit hard. But besides that it’s awesome !!!

Hot in my ten-year-old sons birthday party there it was spectacular all I had to do was show up with cake and everything else was done for me the party planner was amazing she kept the kids entertained everything was put and decorated for me and everything was cleaned up after the party was over I highly recommend it

I love bringing my granddaughter here, Sunday is our day for toddler time, I get a bit annoyed with the fact that they dont have wheelchair or stroller ramps just one lift gate but there is never anyone available to operate it so I struggle getting my 5 month old granddaughter up the stairs stroller, diaper bag and baby its a task.. The other issue is ITS TODDLER TIME... grown a** men are acting like fools flying off the trampoline walls right into the toddlers and no one says anything.. Not acceptable..

Really like the new additions to the place. Its been about a year since we came. I have a 14 year old and a 3 year old, and they both enjoy it.

Go at the right times and the place is nearly empty. My kids and I love it. We go often.

Today i surprised my little sister and brought her here the day and it was the best decision i made. The attraction opened up at 2pm and little did i know Thursday was the most perfect day to go. Ends up every Thursday they have a deal. You get 2hrs for $15 per person when it typically cost $19-20 an hr. I purchased two tickets and it was such a deal. You do have to pay for 3 dollar socks that are mandatory to wear while jumping but you can also use the same ones when you decide to come back. Overall the games and challenges were fantastic. My little sister had such a great time! She’s already bugging me to go back.

Super cute idea for kids. They have a bunch of do. They have smaller sections for toddlers, they have areas for grown ups. They have battling areas and areas you can jump into what look like ball pits. Areas you can climb. Its actually a really interesting concept. Great way to get the energy out of your kid haha. My god son had his second birthday there and loved it!! Def worth taking your kids.

My wife and daughter took me to Skyzone for my 50th birthday and my daughter and I had a blast jumping for nearly an hour. This location seems to be very clean and well kept up. All staff were friendly and helpful!.

Yes! Always a blast. Always clean. I like the positioning of the family seating downstairs newrest bathroom and between activites and exits. As a parent that is important to me.

We came here for a birthday party. It was crowded but really fun. My kids liked the obstacle course, the climbing wall, and the giant pit in the middle the most. It was a Saturday afternoon and plenty of seats for the adults or they could join in as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff! We bought a Groupon for 90 minutes, but came only an hour before closing. We were worried that we overpaid, but they gave us vouchers for the extra 30 minutes to use another time!

Oh boy, my friends and I are truly out of shape! We chose this for one of our activities leading up to my wedding. We had a wonderful time, dont get me wrong, the place is great, but we were huffing and puffing with all the cardio. Nevertheless, it was a great choice for a bridesmaid and friends event.

Sky Zone is a great place to bring your kid(s) for the day. There are multiple areas with different uses and its kept fairly clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. But be prepared to bring your big wallet and a credit card or two. It was about $60 for me and my 4-year-old before we even got in the park. Need a locker? Theres an extra $5. How about Icee to cool down? Try 2 for $10. Must have Sky Zone socks to enter. Enjoy. We did.

We had our daughters birthday party here last weekend. The staff was very nice and everything was very organized. Their packages are very cost effective as they include everything from invites to food/drink to plates/utensils and much more. The girls had a great time and we were not stressed with trying to organize everything for the party. The two young gentleman that helped us were very polite and took care of everything. We will definitely be back to jump and another party! Thank you Skyzone!!

Fun bday party for the kids. My daughter enjoyed the rock wall. A staff member made a sarcastic comment to my kid that was over her head and hurt her feelings. He jokingly kicked her out of the dodgeball area because she accidentally through a rogue ball. I told her not to be so sensitive but the staff should be mindful of their comments to children.

Trampolines are a hoot. if youve made it to reading reviews; Go. totally worth their membership. I use this as a full body workout. itll help with everything from free running, gymnastics to skydiving. Im in my mid 40s and am now comfortable throwing front flips. it really teaches you your body, your space and how weight moves. and its risky enough to satisfy that craving. Im in love with this place. as I child I felt this way about Disneyland and now I cant stand it, the crowds. I almost left a one star and said no, it sucks! run away!. I enjoy it that much and am afraid itll soon get that busy.

Held my grandsons birthday party here at Sky Zone in Anaheim 7/13. I must say for a 9 year old with autism, this was a dream come true, to be able to jump and jump, he was in heaven. There were 8 other children their and even some of the parents jumped, everyone had an amazing time. Our party host Ella was AMAZING, she kept the kids laughing, she kept us laughing, she made sure everyone was having a good time and I am so happy with how the whole day went. We had crying kids not wanting to leave, kids running away from parents not wanting to( not mine, lol), and kids begging their parents to have their birthday party there. Thank you Sky Zone for making our first time trip there and a very special occasion wonderful for us. Even though a Sky Zone just opened up 10 minutes away from me, we will only return to Anaheim, THE best place ever.

Pretty crowded, but overall fun place. Some of the equipment was broken but most was in good condition.

This place is really fun. Love the new parkour obstacle courses. For some of them, you really need to have upper body strength to get past them.

One of the best and one of the only amusement areas in Yorba Linda. Kids love it, sometimes I just go there for the food it is better than some places. Not too expensive, and a great experience. Love the addition of the Zipline. I will always love skyzone!!

We had a party today and everything was good. The check-in was smoothly done and quick and the host was very accommodated. The place was very clean. Lots of workers around and checking on the kids, the manager was walking around the floor making sure everything go according. We very much appreciated it. Our party room was #2 and it was roomy for us. The kids had fun. If you go early, you basically get the place to yourself. Lots of new activities like obstacles courses and zip lining. They have free basketball games and mario cart that the kids can play for free while waiting for their friends. Overall its a good place for your kids to jump, have fun and burn off that extra energy. Pizzas are being catered from Dominos so its decent, about $17/large pizza. Party package comes with drinks and socks and utensils for us. Dont forget to get Groupon package! Save you some $$. Parking could be a pain at some point if its too crowded. Its a small parking.

It was announced they have pizza slices for $1.00. I go up and ask if cheese and pepperoni are $1.00 the cashier states Yes then another cashier states thats the new batch and are $4.00 a slice. It was never announced that the sale was over. How was I to know and the cashier said yes. The place is a rip off. Also, its a Saturday night and No Nachos. No Bueno.

Great place to burn of energy

Walked into the building and no air condtion when it is 100 degrees outside. I started to sweat right away. Sitting is sparse so your option is standing. I have been at this location before and it was set up better. Disappointed this time

Perfect for kids !! I really enjoyed taking my girlfriend’s siblings there ! They have nice seats ( those that massages you ). Also the food is very good !

We went here with my church for all the kids. Its great for older kids but they only had one trampoline section for kids under 5. I wish it had more stuff for the little kids.

My kids love sky zone and the Passes they offer periodically are a great deal. However, the air broke and it has been a couple of weeks and still it has not been fixed. Surely they can afford to replace these units. This is not a place that can go without air. I don’t even jump and I sweat while just sitting inside the facility. I have called and asked for updates and a timeline and they can’t provide one, hmmmm. It’s been so miserable that my kids are not interested in going!

This place smells like feet. Took my 2year old to the 6 & under section it was like hb pier (a zoo). Way too many kids, Ive already had a Stroke but just about had a Heart Attack today.

There for a birthday party,we had an hour of toddler time,my 12 month old who was crawling around was having so much fun,until an employee came to me and asked me to have the skyzone socks on,even if I wasn’t jumping just following my baby around,I went to employee in charge of our party he said I don’t have to but my baby does have to have a tag so we got her tag and he gave me socks to put on her in case their was a problem,another employee came at me and asked to have the socks on again,I let them know that I was told I didn’t have to,I went back to front desk where I was told I didn’t need them on so I go back,and AGAIN someone asked me either put the socks on or stay on the side,I stayed on the side and watched my baby crawl around as she kept looking back at me,I took her out shortly after as the anxiety of leaving my 12 month old around trampolines and other kids,wasn’t such a good idea.there was an incident where a father was playing with her daughter the daughter fell started crying and was holding her foot the dad raised his hand as their were 2 employees there,and neither looked at him or helped, the guy didn’t yell out for help but he was waving right in front of their faces,what are the employees there for? If you want to drop off kids it’s fine I mean you sign a waiver so if your kids get hurt, oh well, but def not a place for toddlers or babies..I don’t write reviews,THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST UNORGANIZED PLACES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, with the most unqualified employees I have ever encountered, THE”FAST FOOD” if you will of family fun..

They just added a new section. American Ninja warrior stuff. Different skill things for kids of all ages. (even some things for the adults)

Been here a few times. My kids are 3 and 6 and they Love this place! Use to live down the street form this place and it was super convenient. I would highly suggest filling out the waiver forms prior to coming so that that you can bypass the busy line they usually have. Try to save the socks the first go around lol but Pricing is not bad. A good place for the kids to release some energy and sit down and eat a snack/meal from the food shack they have ( plenty of places to sit) establishment is big enough to host a few party’s here simultaneously without being over crowded. The staff is supper attentive and keep a close eye for the kids safety. Strict with humor in a good way :) overall great establishment.

Just had my sons birthday party here! We ended up having five of his good friends come. They all had a blast. They even got to keep the socks!

It is rare that I give locations a five-star WILLINGLY. You can just walk up to any court, and play within 1 minute. The bathroom is decent. Even 2 hours dont feel enough. Honestly, Id give it a 100-star, if possible. Also, the arcade games are never down. And are free if you have a wristband. SO AMAZING!

The price is the only problem I have with sky zone. Very clean and always kept well staffed. Aj is my favorite staff member by far.

SKYZONE YOU OWE ME 5$.This place sucks, dont put any money on the massage chairs inside this place. I just placed 5$ and the machine never massaged me and never spit my money back it just kept asking for more money. I asked a manager and he told me to go to the front desk and ask them; the front desk told me to ask a manager, lol back and forth for 5 bucks. Once I went back to the manager he said that he would have to take my information and at the end of the month they would call me so I can come pick up my 5$. Two thumbs down for customer service.They corrected there wrong doing a few days later therefore I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars.

I wish I can give it zero stars..this place is a SCAM. They got me into 3 months membership for 4 kids to find out that the ac is broken. Can you believe your kids jumping and sweating with no AC. I am suffocated by just sitting down without doing any effort. I purchased 4 memberships and visited a couple of times but could only stay for less than 30 minutes although I paid for 2 hours with kids screaming hot hot..I called their customer service Chase is the customer service rep who was not helpful at all. He stopped the automatic payment for the coming months but wouldnt cancel and refund my membership. He was rude and horrible customer service. I asked to talk to manager who he promised that I will get a call within 24 hours and it has been more than a week with nothing. I am really disappointed and wont come to skyzone ever again..they stole my money. I made a mistake by coming here and should have gone to rocking jump. Not only did you lose a customer but definitely a bad advertising from my side.

Wait wait wait! Ive been to multiple skyzone locations and for the most part am satisfied with the experience overall. Today however was a different story. After waiting in line for over 5 minutes to pay for jump time I was told that the waivers I completed within the last 6 months at previous locations would not do. Each location is independently owned and require their own waiver. I then waited 7 minutes in the waiver line because 2 of the check-in computers were out of order. By the time it was my turn to fill out the waiver; a form similar to a life insurance application, my kids had lost their desire to jump. The sad truth is that every station here from check-in to dodge ball is an extensive wait similar to that of a doctors office. If you dont mind costly food and the wait then check this place out. For my veterans and active military ask for a discount.

They have a good new age thing that is cool for kids to get up excersizes trampoline climbing and swing something that keeps youth in step and on the right track...

Sky Zone Rocks! From the moment we walked in, Bryan G. and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic! The facility is awesome, clean, and new! My compliments to all of your team members for being so good to the kids, especially Bryan G.! He was fun, professional and had excellent customer service skills; it was obvious how much he loves his job!

Great place to take kids. I love it here it is one of the best trampoline parks in orange county and there are helpful employees with lots of things to do there. This place can get a little price if you have more than a few people.

Bad experience. Only gave it 2 stars because my kids had fun. We went on a weekend so it was crazy busy. There was some construction going on so a few of the areas were closed. When we go I like to play dodge ball with my son. As soon as we went over there they closed it down for a party. Im sorry, I just paid for 1.5 hours and youre closing it down because there is a party? That doesnt seem fair, but fine. After we finally got to play some dodge ball the refs didnt know the rules and were not paying attention. After playing a bit I was approached by an older guy that wanted to pick a fight with me because we werent playing right. I proceeded to tell him to go read the rules, which I had just done. He said he doesnt care about the written rules and thats not the way they play. Not sure who they are, but I was playing by the written rules and not his. In addition, some older teens were getting out of control and almost knocking people over and the employees were too busy talking to each other to notice. The staff needs some training, needs to know the rules and needs to pay more attention to the goings on than to what their friend did last night at a party.

Very fun but really strict. If you take your kids, you cant help them, cant help them with the rock wall, cant hold their hands and bounce in the same square, so my daughter didnt enjoy it a lot. But overall its nice, the rules keep everyone safe. large snack bar and staff is really nice

Had my girlfriends sons birthday party here and the kids had a great time, our coordinator was good even though she seemed a little rushed, only thing we were not pleased with was the fact that they quoted us one price when we booked our party a week before then was told not a problem to order extra pizza for our guests and we get there check in and we are told not able to order any extra food due to their 3rd party catering place saying they were to busy even then not allowed to bring in extra food for our guests. Party finished way before time was up and still not able to give the kids extra time to jump till time was paid for..
