Nice and clean indoor playground! Unlimited play time. 1 adult and one child no more than $16. Food little pricey for what you get.

Great place for the kids to run and play indoors, but a bit pricey. I paid $16 for my 3 yr old, and $4 for myself. My 6 month old was free. Plus $6 for parking in the parking structure. We stayed for about an hour and a half. The play area was as clean as youd expect for a kids play place. There was an employee cleaning as we were playing, which is always good to see. Theres lots of tubes to climb in and slides. Theres a soft play area for littler ones - great for my early crawler. And a mini town for pretend play - a grocery store, school, restaurant, etc. They have a snack bar and chairs/tables, but no outside food/drink is allowed. They have a few kid sized tables outside of the front doors, where we sat to eat our picnic lunch. One thing to note was that the bathroom sinks sprayed water everywhere because of a fast flow rate, and there were no paper towels. Or lower sinks/step stools for kids to wash hands. That being said, there were hand sanitizer dispensers placed throughout. If youre willing to pay for it, its a great place to bring kids to play.

Its not as good as it used to be, but it will keep the kids happy for hours, and thats worth a fair amount! it is a big place, so a little hard if youre tryng to keep track of more than one child, but i believe the old one was even worse for that. so, the kids love it, im happy:)

Cool place for the kids. Lot to do for them. Prices are reasonable.Recommendation:- Turn down the volume of the music. So we could hear our kids better- Restrooms could be a bit cleaner. Specially because we are with our socks in the restrooms.- Put a couple of nice cosy couches for the parents in a corner.The you get 5 out of 5

This is our second time coming here. I give it 3 stars, you have employees literally running from end to end trying to dodge you to get to where the need. They have a pretend city type place that’s was pretty empty and a solid mess. They allowed BIG kids to run sporadically with no repercussions, which could have caused a hazard to the other younger kids playing. They have staff standing watching children but there is no sense of authority. All I heard was “ we only go down the slides” and that’s about it... nothing else about the running that could cause a huge liability. Most the parents with their noses on their phones not watching their kids. If you really want to come here I would say come early so you could enjoy it for yourselves. And be on the look out for your kids. My children got squished by big kids about four times... and you bet I yelled and told them to watch out! Good luck!

Great place for kids to play and parents to sit back and relax. They have plenty of slides. They have an area for small kids to play and a area for kids to climb, play, go through obstacles, and then go down a slide. Overall kids had a blast.

Fun place for kids and safe. 25.00 buck for 2 parents and a child. Plus parking. First 2 hours is free with validation so bring the parking pass you get at the parking garage.

Fun place for all ages. Only complaint was no supervision of kids by parents so my baby got pushed by an older kid. Also the pretend city area was trashed but hard to keep clean with all the kids running through. Would also like if parents didnt get charged to enter. Cost $50 for family of 5. We hung out for 2.5 hrs.

What a grrreat park. Bring a piece of cardboard for each kid that they can use to slide down the giant concrete slide. Otherwise their britches will get frayed and dirty. But never mind, they had a ball!

Very awesome place my son and his friend loved it...Im glad we came on a off day...I can tell its get to be overwhelming with so many kids running in these tunnels. Theres a pretend area...smaller kids area...snack stand and more!

Went on a rainy Saturday, so it was crowded. Theres a little toddler area that resembles Pretend City, but it is very dirty and the toys are mostly missing or broken.Went with 4 kids, ages 3, 6 and 8. One 3-year-old was completely overwhelmed with the size of the place and too scared to climb through the playground (though shes been to smaller indoor playgrounds and loved it). The other 3 year old had a blast on all the equipment, but also cried because he couldnt find me. The place is very large for little ones. The 6 and 8 year old loved everything, especially the little sports court area in the back.You are not required to buy their socks. You can wear any socks, and socks are only required if you are going to play on the equipment. Otherwise, you can keep your shoes on. I did. But thats probably why the main floor areas are filthy.The place loses stars because it just looks tired, worn down, and dirty. For the price, they should keep it up better and have employees enforcing the height requirements for the toddler areas.

This place is great for kids ages 3-12. There is a separate play area for smaller children as well as a snack bar serving pizza, icees, chips, ice cream, etc. There are enclosed rooms available to rent for parties/fieldtrips. Adults can play, too

Great place to bring your kids and family. they also provide 1hr free parking validation so you end up with 2 hours free. this place can get fully packed on weekends.

Place is way overpriced , I feel charming an adult is ridiculous. Food and drinks are over priced , we were not checked out to make sure the kids were ours. It was a nice place though .

We were forced as a group to buy socks for everyone in our party, yet another party came in wearing socks from anywhere they wanted. We were given so much back talk for having to buy socks and to see a group of 20+ people running around wearing what ever they like is mind boggling! If you have a rule make everyone comply not just who you think you can get a quick buck out of.The kids could play on most everything better to wear leggings and a slipper fabric if you want to actually slide down the slides. Otherwise you have to scoot down most of them. (Jeans kind sucked on the slides).

This place is amazing!! Weve been to many kids indoor playgrounds, but this ranks right on top. So spacious and so much to do! Great for kids of all ages! I also enjoyed climbing and going down slides with my kids! My kids that I brought ranged from 2 up to 12. My 12 year old would not have had fun just with his peers, but he enjoyed taking the younger ones around on all of the slides. We stayed for about 3 hours, but could have stayed longer had time permitted.I also want to mention that we were there while there was a party going on and it totally was not a problem. There was still enough space for everyone to play.

I was very shocked to see that this place has trash, old files in boxes, old broken furniture and other junk hidding under the slide areas, and the food service very unorganized. We waited 30 min for a slice of pizza. I dont know if I would go back or even recommend people to go here.

What a great place for the kiddos to burn all their energy. Pretty clean and well staffed. There was a lack of accessories in the little city and the seating area needed a cleaning. But overall met our needs.

The first time we came it was nice and honeycomb village was an actual village.. I think staff needs to be more strict on telling the parents to please make sure the kids dont take the toys out or take them home.. nothing was in the little store or the doctors office.. a lot was missing

This is my first time here and let’s say I was less than impressed. This is an indoor kids play ground with 6-8 slides, punching bags, foam blocks, circular hamsters tubes, and different playrooms. The playrooms is scantily decorated and not enough to evoke the feelings or what they are trying to brjng alive. For example, the classroom only has a few chairs, no books, and very bare. The farm room, have a few food, and no farm animals. I think the price is fair for kids at 16$ is fair, but how can you charge the same for 12 months old? 12-24 months old, can barely walk, so they really aren’t fully utilizing the area. I don’t mind paying that price for my 4 years old nephew, but my daughter and niece practically stayed in the foam room the whole time, and I thought it was quite unfair to pay the same amount. Adult is 4$ and 6$ for the second adult, which is reasonable. Though it would be better for it to be free because we are really there to babysit and we aren’t using the facility. In addition, we are require by the facility to be there to watch our own kid. The front cashier is really nice and the facility looks clean. FYI, the foam mats aren’t connected in some parts, so I hope the fix it soon.

So disappointed on the conditions of the place this past Sunday I went...In the toddlers play area the place was dirty with hot dorito chips all over, dust particles all over, hairs, etc. Was scarry to let my daughter crawl around 80% of the time.In the air ball guns section of the place, the machines have no power to even shoot the ball out of the cannons. Center air piece can barely blow out balls out of the center tube. (No fun)Sitting area has tables dirty and rarely anyone walks around cleaning them. In the 2 hrs I was here some young kid was half as* sweeping up.During my visit with the traffic they have, they need to have someone cleaning different areas at all times. Plus the whole place could probably use a deep clean.Doubt I would be coming back and will look into cleaner facilities.

Its a Cute place for the kids. But the people who work there are so rude. So mean with the kids. Not the clean up kids the older ones. A girl cashiering and the Manager were not polite at all. The restrooms are dirty. But the kids had fun.

Good kid place, fairly clean. Tons of kids, its not place for you to be a millennial parent, you have to climb, jump and look after your kids. Id like to see staff regulating the kids that werent taught social norms. Theres a snack bar, typical kid food and drinks. Staff allowed outside food in.

For the price that we still pay . I dont think is ok you guys cant buy new and good toys for the village place no toys for the kids to play , i bring 7 childrens every time we come. The other thing was we bought food no chips no napkins the soda storage empty not happy at all sorry not this time

I love this place for my kids and they have a total blast here. This place use to be warm and inviting with friendly employees with great customer services for a kids club. This is the first time completely harass by the woman manager with the glasses. I wish they hadnt change employees, the environment is completely unpleasant.

Brought the whole family. 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11. The kids had fun until they were in an altercation with children their same age. Didnt like paying for parking. Only one cashier for check in and I personally thought it was overpriced. The food was bland. Pretzel was okay but Id hardly call that nachos a bag of chips with two little cups of cheese. The pizza didnt look great so we didnt even try it. They had plenty of seating but was super uncomfortable to be in. The disappointment was the filthy bathroom. I didnt see any staff walking around supervising their facilities. Not a playplace where I can ask my mom friends to meet me with their children.

I really like that my children can play independently and have lots of fun. They have many slides and different arenas for all my childrens age groups. The only downside is the parking structure price.

We love coming here from time to time. Their play area is huge with different levels on slides. There is also a pretend play area which is located next to the toddler play area.It is clean, staff are nice and patient. I do see staff members cleaning and spraying down while we were there.Theres a deli cafe inside. The pizzas were not bad and we would recommend for you to order the combo as it is the best bang for your buck.It can get a little pricey and i would recommend purchasing the 10 pack play.

Great place for kids. Only one way in and out, which is always watched so that is great. The reason for only 3 stars? They only had one register open. The guy and his kid along with me and my son had to wait awhile in line because the family of 4 in front of us turned into a fam of 15 as people just kept showing up and since they knew the others and there was no clearly defined lines, we ended up having to wait 10-20mins to get to the counter.

Great place for kids and adults to have fun together on an indoor playground. The slides and obsticles are all linked together. The slides are really fun for all ages. Went for a birthday party, the only thing that was a little odd was the workers were telling everyone from the party to leave the room until the room time of the party even though the set up was finished. Obviously they needed to set up, but the parents bought refreshments for the guests and they were tod not to go in because they were setting up. It was nice having the employee do all the work from setting up to serving food and cake to a clean up crew at the end.

Really fun place for toddler. You have to bring or borrow socks. There are variety slides and place to play like kitchen, hospital, market and etc. We got 10 package and now only one left. My 4 years daughter and 2 years son love here. And me too. I love to take slide with kids! So fun.

Dont ever book your kids birthday party at this place ever! If you want to come play for 1 to 2 hours I recommend it. But please dont make the mistake of having a party with them. You will be sorry and angry the whole time you are there. No customer service. People there have no communication with each other. The manager is the worst. Your kids and everyone at your party will be hungry and tired waiting for this place . I give it ZERO stars for party. But take your family for a fun time . But for today one star.

Its a fun places for kids but their was this weird white guy as worker i literally feel like he was followingg me everywhere just looking to see if we were doing something wrong so uncomfortable also the other lady worker said we can go eat and get 1 hour validation where ever we eat and that we can also get a 1 hr validation from billy beez was told from a lady worker at billy beez before i stepped and was told i would get my validation when i return from eating.so when i came back to billy beez from eating and my daughter played for a little more and we decided to leave that same white guy was at the exit and when we asked for the validation the guy said i couldnt get it because i got one from the restauraunt and i told him his collide said we can get a validation from both and he said no because he couldnt stack even after being followed from.his weird self still didnt give me my validation when the 2 lady workers said i could. that guy gave me a weird disapointing exeperience.overall fun place for kidss but that guy was weird we go to have fun with our daughter not to be stalked by workers i could of careless of the validation but is just he was following us n then also refused to give validation after the other workers said we could of got 2 validation as long as it was from.2 places

Its not too bad but I really didnt feel the place has enough fun activites for that price. I love how they checked my wristband and my daughter wristband on the way out to make sure we together. Its great to know they keep an eye out for the children.

In order to beat the heat our family decided to go to Billy beez. My wife, daughter, son and I had a blast. It is reasonable priced. We made lots of friends. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves being active.

We came about about two hours after they opened, but today I found that the floors were dirty. Looks like they have not mopped the floors yet. Saw many shoe tracks and sticky spots. I would think that mgmt would at least require that the floors be mopped before the place opens. I also saw several spots where the toddlers play, that there was no foam mat covering on the floor and and some of the nets had holes in them. Saw that the Staff office was dark, guess mgmt was not in yet. That looks very bad. Other than that my kid still had fun playing. We still like coming here to play, but just need to be careful at some spots.

Whatever you do, don’t book for a birthday party here. I just went to a birthday party disaster. My friends booked their child’s birthday party for a 2:30-5:00 slot. They were told they could arrive an hour early (1:30) to set up, so they did. My family and I get to Billy Beez around 2:30 for the party to find the birthday parents STILL WAITING for their room to open up because the party prior to theirs was still going on. Time passes, the kids are playing and the parents are all waiting. It wasn’t until 4:00 that the room finally opens up for the party. This was so disorganized and a complete disaster. By 4:00, the kids are hungry. The party parents had ordered food when they booked for the party. The only thing sitting in the room was one pizza with 10 slices and 18 hungry kids. I used to take my kids to Billy Beez a few years ago and it was fun! This place has definitely changed for the worse. We will never come back!!

We had a great time with our toddler.He had a blast, lots of stuff for climbing, sliding and playing with.I didnt give 5 stars due to cleanliness and upkeep. Staff (young girls)were more concerned with dusting the top outside of the play structure than making sure the childer had a safe place to play, mainly the the padded floor in the toddler play area. The puzzle pieces of foam floor padding had been dislodged and even missing in more than one area.I spent 15 minutes trying to piece it all back together for them, for the safety of my own child. Through a window in a door to an employee only room I saw a female employee on a computer scrolling through an online shopping website. Lack of management. There must have been at least 8-10 employees who definitely needed a worklist or some direction. Other than that its a great place to play with the kids. Id go back again.

A clean and fun place for kids of all ages to blow off some steam. Plenty of room for parents to relax. Free wifi available. Restrooms are clean. Avoid the cafe unless you need a quick snack to calm your kiddo. Reasonable prices given the quality of the space. Slippery floors with sock feet can mean trouble for new walkers.

Huge indoor playground for kids with slides, climbing, a ball pit, ball shooters, pretend city area. There are tables and a café in the front and party rooms in the back. Socks are required and available for purchase. Bring your own socks to save money. Underground parking structure.

Would be higher if they didnt charge for adults even though your just going to be sitting down and not going in the play structures.

Most shops closed, getting out of the structure leaves you in an inconvenient side of the street

I absolutely love this place! I recommend it to every one of my friends that has kids of babysits and needs places to go. The facility itself is pretty cool. Th employees are very friendly and seem to be happy at work. The kids have a ton of fun and, not going to lie so do we.

My daughter loved it here! I loved the pretend city area and that the price covered the whole day with in and out priviledges. We did have a couple of issues, however: first was that the floors were so slippery and since you have to wear socks, my daughter ended up slipping and falling and got a huge bruise! I would recommend wearing no-slip socks. I also wish there had been more attendants, especially at the toddler area. It looked so nice when they were first opening but there were kids running around totally unsupervised (and not toddlers) and the place was totally trashed after we came back from having lunch. Plus, the door to the toddler area was not as secure as it looked and my daughter got away from me which made for a scary few minutes!Edit: We went back and it seems like theyre making more of an effort. I actually saw multiple workers going around cleaning. I did have to ask someone to open the village area, which has much fewer toys than it used to, and I wondered why they chose to clean the windows while we were sitting right by them instead of before they opened. The lady working at the desk was lovely, but one of the cleaners threw a toy right by a childs head and didnt acknowledge us at all. Overall theyre improving but not 5 stars.

Avoid this placeIm there today with my 3.6 years old kid i noticed since i got in that the internal door is left opened cuz he pushed it and got in while we were paying but i thought well maybe someone was leaving and he caught it.But later he wandered off from me and i was watching him from a distance and i was shocked that he pushed open the door and was on his way out without the staff member standing on the counter even seeing himI am shocked of the security level which is below zero to say the least.My son could have easily gotten out all the way without anyone even noticing him.So i wonder what s the use of thee gate they might as well remove it.And what s the use of the cards all the staff member are wearing claming the they are used to unlock the already opened gate.When i talked to the assistant manager she didnt deny that the gate can be simply pushed opened and said that my son could have never gotten all the way out cuz of the heavy external doors as if this should make me feel secured.Bottom line im never coming back here ever again.

Horrible staf attitude!!!!We are for vacations here, and the experience was absolutely not good. The place is big, clean and my daughter loves it.But the 70% of the staff is HORRIBLE!!!As we never been there I didnt know how it works, so we asked for something were not allowed, but instead of explaining, the front supervisor instead of explain she lied in our faces.As soon as we enter we definitely understood the rules and how it works, it would be easy if they explain to you instead of lie, Remember it is located in a Disney tourist area.So, we were cool with everything at the end. Then when we were leaving my hubs and me said good night and thank you to the the girl who processed the payment and other one that were in the entrance, they dont even look at us, so I went direct next to them and repeat good night and thank you very much they dont even look at me, they keep staring themself they stop talking, looking each other but never at me or give me a response ***It was the rudest situation in my life***

Great place for kids under 5. During the week is best because its not crowded and your kids are easy to keep track of. If you follow them on Facebook you get a free entry for an adult. I like that they give everyone a wristband that matches parent to child & they take the parents photo. I also enjoyed many of the slides myself since all areas are accessible for adults too. Things to keep in mind:1. Bring your own socks or you have to purchase there2. No outside food is allowed.During the week I just brought snacks for before & after. When we went on the weekend we checked in let the kids play for a couple hours then had dinner in the garden walk then check backed in so the kids could play until close which is around 9pm.Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because with parking, price of adult & child plus, purchasing snacks there, it can end up being a pretty pricey play date.

Clean fun room for my child. He manages about an hour. It is always busy, which is a big plus since there are so many other children to choose to play with. We have been here 3 times now. The staff are wonderful, helpful and cheerful in front of people and when they think no one is looking. The mini cafe or food place is clean and stocked, not very busy but the attendant is ready and cheerful to supply us parents with whatever we need that is on the menu.

We really enjoy the place is nice for the kids but staff dont enforce their own rules parents must watch kids at all times there is a lot of moms on their cellphones being careless , and staff dont care , my 3 year old was bite on the toddler area on the leg , another kid unsupervised did it. I always follow my daughter, but each parent has to control their own kid, staff was unable to even get me the name of the parents of the attacking kid.

Was here for all of about 5 minutes. IT WAS SOOO DIRTY!! The toddler area was disgusting and the padded floor was coming up, revealing the concrete. Also gum on the floor.If your looking for an awesome play area dont go here. Go check out We Play Loud!!!

I came with my group one morning and she seemed to be the manager, showed up in flip flops short pajama shorts and a spaghetti top. UNPROFFESIONAL and UNORGANIZED management. Would not reccomend this place, its poorly maintained needs new everything.

My 3 year old and 8 year old LOVED this place. The location is perfect for 3 to 8 year old. It is an intricate maze of slides, tunnels and ladders. It is much bigger than you expect. They also have a pretend area with grocery store, hospital, house, school etc. In addition, there is a ball area with vacuum holes and a fountain in the middle with air guns on the 2nd level. For the toddlers, there is a specialized area for them.We attended a birthday party and in the room they served pizza, chicken tenders and fruit. All good quality.My only complaints are:1. In the Pretend City area, all the accessories were missing... nothing in the grocery store, hospital only had a broken stethoscope etc. All the kids in the center must have grabbed the stuff and taken it somewhere else in the facility.2. Ball area did not have enough balls.

My son loves this place. Its very clean and safe which is two of the main things I look for when taking him places. You can have a great family day especially since you can climb and slide as well.

Amazing place for youngsters. My little 1.5 yr old and 3 yr old love it. Its a great place to have safe indoor fun with all the slides, pretend little city, toddler area, ball areas, etc. So happy we found it and have brought all our friends and their kids for play dates!!!

The absolutely wost place do not bring your kids here!!! This place is extremely hazardous. Seems Like the manager wants nothing to do with issues and just lets his customers in danger. Fire exits are blocked water leaks from the ceiling the whole place is just trashed and to top it all off when we try to ask for the manager he isnt there or he is but choses to talk. The birthday party are a joke seems like theres no effort from the staff and I feel that falls on the leadership which there is none at that place. Dont get me wrong its fun for my daughter but really bad hygiene, restrooms are filthy and urine is all over the floor and everyone walks in the restroom and walks back in to the games like nothing, ( they dont have any restrictions over that )
