Daniel is very knowledgeable about arcade game repair and restoration, from electrical work to cabinet aesthetics. And, he even delivers games right to your home. Professional, yet friendly guy, he has a true passion for bringing the old games back to life.

Came and fixed my Street Fighter machine. Fair price, did great work. Even came back and installed my Bezel and fixed the joy stick for free. Only guys I would trust with my arcade.

My experience is that I called once and talked with a representative. Thought I was on the right track. However, I had to track down part numbers. Then I called back leaving my name and phone number. Did not receive a call back. Waited about a week and called back again leaving my name and phone number. Again, I was never called back. Finally gave up.After waiting about 1 month I tried to use their on line portal to enter my information for repair request. The portal appeared to accept my information. However, once again, I have received no response. Zero. Calling a prospective client back to say that you are too busy would have been helpful. Ignoring prospective clients does not seem to be a very good business model. Its been a couple of weeks since entering information in their website service request.

I had a problem with my Mortal Kombat II arcade. Daniel inspected it, found the problem, got the part, and replaced it. The process was so fast and dependable. He was extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Geekon!
