Great concept... Immersive Dining Experience has a bit to improve upon. Descriptions of courses and pairings would be a nice touch. The way the light show and courses correspond to one another would be interesting. The actual theme of the dinner would be helpful, as it corresponds to the ingredients of the courses.Otherwise... its definitely different than anything else in Albuquerque. Think Meow Wolf meets Vernons meets an acid trip. Totally cool and worth the night out, but still very young in the process and can use a little tweaking.

Quality for the price is. 3/5 star. Recently had the pleasure of visiting the Electric Playhouse for their grand opening and attended the interactive dinner. It was a 5 course, $55 dinner or $75 with wine pairing experience. I got the wine pairing. The main disappointments were (1) the video advertisement for the dinner was much more beautiful than it was in real life. I expected butterflies to be fluttering across the table; at most the animation would vibrate slightly when I held out my hand. (2) The food was inedible, but I may be the only person at the table who thought so as all around me guests WoWed and marveled at their dishes. The first dish was an amuse bouche with salmon and that was a flaky pastry that was at best just okay. The second course was a soggy tamale. However the green-yellow sauce that garnished the dish was delicious. Someone in that kitchen knows how to pair sauces or the tamale was so underwhelming that the sauce stole the show. Next dish was a earthy mushroom and meatballs dish. When they brought it out, it smelled amazing. Like I was in a Siberian forest picking fresh mushrooms. But the meatballs were 2 different types of meat and quite salty. Overall just okay. Then came the steak, I believe, with a biscuit on the side. I could have broken a tooth on that biscuit and the steak had enough sodium content to last me a week. Very salty. Inedible. People next to me, however, raved that it was the best food I ever had! Unbelievable! The desert was fair, it was fruity and light. Thank goodness there was all that wine to drink as I barely touched my $75 dinner. In the future, I would return once the kinks are out, and Id order the meal vegetarian to get something fresh on my plate.

I had my sons birthday party here & the staff went above and beyond! Sonia, Scott and John were absolutely amazing - from Sonia helping to plan the event from beginning to end, Scott being one of the best server/host and John overlooking the entire production to ensure everything went perfect! The games and food are excellent as well!

This place is breathtaking and just absolutely astounding! I had so much fun going there with friends and family, if youre ready to run around like an 8 year old again I highly recommend going here. The interactive light projected games are very entertaining and fun. They change the games periodically throughout the time youre there so its good to go back to areas to see if its different. I would definitely say its geared more towards children but it can be equally as fun for those who are young at heart. Also they have vegan options on their food menu, a major win for those who are restricted to plant based diets. We will be going again for sure!

Had a great time even though I wasnt quite sure what to expect... Expect to be active! The games and experiences had us running, and laughing all night. Some rooms are meditative and peaceful, but most games involve a lot of movement (walking, running, kicking, throwing). Luckily there are plenty of seats and tables to take a breather and drink some water, or something stronger. The food and drinks were amazing and affordable. No cardboard pizza here - everything from salads to sandwiches to pizza were fresh and well seasoned.Well definitely be back soon!

My family and I just moved here and we ordered in quite a bit as we got settled. Given Covid situation we haven’t visited yet, but the food is amazing. My spouse is vegan and I am not so it’s always nice to find a place that has excellent food for both of us. When i found it the place is super close to my house I bought us an annual pass because I’m pretty sure we all will LOVE it. Can’t wait for y’all to open up! Will update my review for the space when we get to go.

Definitely check this place out, one of the most unique experiences you can get in Albuquerque. The food they serve tastes great but the best part is obviously the different showcases of technology, ingenuity, and creativity. All the exhibits were fun and interactive and I was in awe of how they were able to put all this together. Really hoping they can power through covid-19 and remain a part of ABQ.

Tons of fun! Went with my work mates and had some delicious pizza (the Alfredo is on point!) and got to try out all the games. Let me tell you, this place is a work out! Half or more of the games will have you running around, and the other half jumping.Dodge ball Space Invaders is awesome, even more so when you get a pattern down. The circle following game was a blast with almost a dozen people, even if it did get a little crazy (the circles move on the floor randomly, even into others and you stay inside it)Tons of fun, Im definitely going to go back at some point!

This place is an awesome outing for family or group of friends. The concept of interactive games is somewhat unique, and this space offers plenty of options for kids and adults alike. Some of the games get pretty competitive and active - I am a fitness trainer and I appreciated being able to break a sweat on these games. They also have food and drinks for the adults to enjoy while the kids run wild.

Firstly, they offer a 10% military discount ask for it at the door. It is a digital Meow Wolf style experience with food, bar and live DJ. The space provides an interactive digital entertainment for the whole family, first date, or friends. It can be very fun but I could imagine with a lot of people it could make for a busy experience with lines or frustration attempting to use an exhibit. Most exhibits are like playing a VR game such as Beat Saber or a VR style Atari Pong while others are interactive or viewable digital art that continuously changes. A very unique experience. I did not try the food or drinks so I cannot speak to their quality or pricing but the main attraction here is the digital environment. Would definitely check out if in the Albuquerque area.If youre in the market for a Formlabs Form3 printer feel free to use my referral code for $500 dollars off (must call to place order): FORM3-8XCHYTIf youre in the market for a Tesla use my referral code to get 1,000 miles of free supercharging and a chance to win a Tesla Model Y: jovelle14884

I thought the interactive stuff was really cool. Amazing technology and it got my 12 year old little brother pretty playful. But then he got a little bored. I wish I’d read the reviews first that the games change every hour, maybe we would have stayed a little longer to check them out. Do they all change on the hour or do you have to watch for them to change? We were there about 45 minutes and revisited most of the games without seeing any of them change. Thanks for offering something new and cool on the west side, we will have to check it out again!

Awesome new attraction that hopefully gains the traction necessary to expand. There are some great games and displays. I absolutely prefer the 21+ night time events. A much more mature vibe with drinks and a fun time. I hope more people will attend this venue and that it will grow into a staple of Abq attractions. It is not another Meow Wolf at all, I would recommend checking out this exhibit.

I was enthralled by the idea of it all but there’s just not enough to do for the asking price. They have neat interactive games that amused my teenagers for about 10 minutes and my 10 and 6 year old for about 20-30 minutes. They have an affordable food menu and a bar with liquor (however I did not try anything.) Their service was superb and every employee was kind, courteous and very serviceable. Would I go back for the regular entrance fee, probably not, but I might go back for a discounted rate.

Kids and teens had fun, but everyone was expecting a little bit more to do. The best part was an interactive space invaders game where you threw balls at the monsters. This place is really fun, but when its busy its pretty intense. Lots of laughing, but also screaming. If you have sound, crowd, or light sensitivity this may not be your jam. Or try to go on off days times when theres less people. My kids love it and they get a lot of exercise from the games.

I don’t review often, but felt I should on this place. Complete waste of money. First off, the staff is rude, I got very bad vibes from them the second I stepped foot inside. Questions were met with confusion and disdain. No re-entry. The so called “exhibits” were downright pathetic. They would maybe entertain a 5 year old. Drinks were absurdly overpriced. I did not try the food but it looked disgusting. Please don’t waste your time and money and do literally anything else with your night.

This was the first time we went. We had a great time. A little pricey for a family of four (2 kids ages 4 and 10). There are a couple of bar areas and I noticed that the bartender in the back would make drinks and get the fruit with is bare hands every single time, while still handling money, credit cards, dirty glasses etc. That is a alarming and extremely disgusting. Please talk with your staff about proper food handling.

Was fun until the New Mexico United people showed up. Then Electric Playhouse decided who cares about the customers and proceeded to turn all games off and put NM United stuff up on those spots.Spent close to $100 and felt we got pushed out. Unfortunately I had high hopes for this place as an alternative to Meow Wolf since we go weekly to it, but thats not happening now. Because of that experience we wont be going back. My advice do a private showing to try and sell your product, dont do it during your business hours when customers are trying to enjoy their time.

Going in we thought that this would be really cool. But we were disappointed to find out that it was mostly projectors. The best thing there was throwing balls at robots. A review from someone that dose not know the owner. This place has five active areas. Is it for teens, well 50.00 for 10 minutes was not quite what we expected. The areas have no supervision, lots of kids 5-10 just Running around and not letting other kids play. The food was 2 star food and was not inexpensive. There could be potential for the place, unfortunately we did see most people walking out as fast as we did. I dont even know where to begin with this review other than its a waste of money I stopped by on 1/3/2020 about 7pm and I was let down from the start. Security didnt know anything, it took 5 minutes for someone to approach me and my group and where asked to pay to even get in. Even though it is a soft opening, this place is expensive and not competitively priced. No draft beers. The food and drink selection is a joke. You are better off going to Dave and Busters or Main Event. I recommend you ask to tour the facility before you drop any money into this scheme. Everything is interactive including meal ordering which makes me wonder why its $18 dollars just to get in and then you have to pay for food and drink. Save your money and go somewhere else where a cover charge isnt required for a mediocre at best experience. BEWARE.... ASK FOR A TOUR BEFORE YOU HAND OVER $18 JUST TO WATCH PROJECTION SCREENS LIGHT UP WALLS.

This is a very fun place with cutting edge technology, suitable for all ages entertainment. I hate to give it a low rating because of a very particular occurrence. In spite of all the staff present, our 4 year old was able to walk out of the main exhibition floor, go through the lobby, past the front desk and step out into the street with nobody noticing. We (5 adults) had a scary time for about 10 min. looking for him inside in all of the rooms. A manager and myself finally found him sitting alone on the sidewalk. I definitely recommend extra care with small wandering children because the place is dark and busy and this really literally happened in the blink of an eye.
