It wasnt a bad experience at all and it certainly wasnt the cheapest experience I have ever had. Its a little on the pricey side, depending on the level of fun you are going for. Was definitely worth it though.

Such an amazing place to bring the kiddos to play and of course eat. This place puts such care into their food from presentation to your table. Staff is super friendly also.On this visit we were taken care of by Terrance and Cynthia. This food is nothing shorter then 5 stars.I ordered my steak medium and it was spot on....I cant name a steak house that does it this good.In the pictures is the Fire-grilled Steak with Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp & Lobster Sauce followed by their Cheesecake...️️️Great job guys.....see you very soon.

I liked it. The food was good, and the drink specials were awesome. Luckily, we came during the week and it wasnt crowded. We could enjoy ourselves and try games without a wait. Every single employee was pleasant except our waiter Josh: he was exceptional!

Still pricey but the games are fun and the food wasnt bad. Went for a work lunch and it was not bad for the money we did get unlimited arcade games for the day.

Mia is an amazing bartender! She not only had good recommendations, but her drinks were A1 and she made the atmosphere comfortable and inviting. I will be back to visit her and play some more fun games!

Great place to celebrate a twelve year olds birthday! We loved the ambience, it’s kid friendly, it has phenomenal service and delicious appetizers, entree and dessert! It can be a bit on the pricey side and definitely adds up with more than one child, but it was worth the money. No one left crying and everyone had their fair share of fun and amusement. We definitely have every intention of visiting one day soon.

I love this place! I was invited to their Holiday Showcase and everything was awesome! The food, the games and the service was second to none! I will be going back to Dave and Busters again with my family!

The food was just ok but the service was incredible! From our amazing server Trisha to Sebastian who cashed in all of our tickets,, the woman who helped us with our game cards and the wonderful Manager who came and found me to bring me my sweater, every single person was fabulous!!! We had such a great time playing games for hours and it didnt break the bank! I wish the food was better, but because of the fantastic staff and the fun games, my family and I will definitely be back!

The food is excellent. The food plate presentation is like that of a 5 star resturant. This is a place to come to. Dont pass it up. Terence and Cynthia are awesome.

Its a fun place to go and all but their game prices have gone up really high. You buy the same amount of points but the game that use to be 5 points is now 9. So you play less games for the same amount of money. Their food is always good, the servers are nice but sometimes we are waiting on one order for longer than the rest. Other than that staff is always really nice and helpful if the food is wrong or game eats your points.Edit: I will say that they do have good deals like on Wednesdays when their games are half the points or Thursday with unlimited video games and wings so thats definitely a plus.

This location is AMAZING! The staff is wonderful and helped make a boys dream come true of having not one but two amazing parties with all of his loved ones. Thank you Dave and Busters!

Forgot to put a review last Valentine’s Day . Went for food and games we sat to eat and mind you there was not that much people eating that day and the service took forever to attend us and even then they ran out of one of the sides which was fine and got different I asked for chicken and broccoli . The order took literally more than 30 minutes to get to use and once it go to me the chicken was not cooked at all it was still all pink and cold like they put the chicken on the grill for 2 minutes and took it off and served it . Since then NEVER went back. I would not recommend.

I went to meet some good friends for their kids birthday party here and was about an hour late. I was starving and so was the party of 20 that I met there. I was told by my friends I better hurry up and order cause they had already been waiting over 45 minutes for their food. I waited about 10-15minutes for someone to come take my order. At that time some of the food was coming out for the rest if the party and the manager was apologizing to the rest of the party for the wait and gave a few free game cards to the party to make up for it. I played a couple games with my friends over the next 20 mins and everyone decided it was time to go. Still not recieving any food, I tracked down the waitress and she apologized and said she would check on the order. When she came back she told me that it would still be another 10 minutes. I told her to cancel the order cause everyone was leaving and went somewhere else to get food on my way home.

So much fun but very pricey. With 3 teens and myself $200 went by in a matter of 2.5 hrs. But if you are on vacation and it is in your budget go have a great time.

My grandkids had so much fun and my daughter and her husband got to enjoy a drink after work and I got to hang with the kids and drive them home safe .

Games,️ Food and Drinks I Love Dave&Busters.️️ I always have a pretty Dopetime every time I hit D&Bs up also it is in a Good location in general if your wanting to stop in before or after u go shopping️ or even to check out a movie, because the ️I-MAX movie theater️ is like right there in that same general location.. It is in the uptown mall area. So there is a couple malls in the area in general along with a Target in the area as well.. I say stop by when u get a chance for a date-night or even just to chill with some friends on a weekend ️night or whatever u know but it a Hella️ awesome spot tho for food drinks & Games️ (️I highly recommend #D&B if you havent already checked them out or somethingtwo thumbs up thay Get and stars if I could rate higher I would have.... Great staff and Hella Great on point customer service !!!!)

It was an amazing time. I havent been in years. Its my sons birthday and the variety of games is amazing! He had so much, plus on Wednesdays its half off games. So we will be going back very soon. We won so many tickets and the prizes are really good. The staff was also so nice and treated my son like the little king he is. Thank you all for making my sons birthday one of the best hes ever had!

Fun place but Way to expensive . We are and played games the food was not cooked all the way the bread was dopey and raw .The staff seems to be over worked.. not very attentive spoke to the manager she tried to make it right by giving us other options.

We went in last night for my birthday dinner. There was a big party of 32 guests. The 2 servers that split our table did impeccable work. My husband & I are part of the restaurant industry so we understand how much & how hard that work is. The manager even came around at one point to check on us. Drinks, food & customer service was great!! Good job on teamwork!!! And thank you for making my birthday dinner a good experience!!

Pretty loud inside but that shouldnt be a shock to anyone thats been to D&B before. Food is alright. Games are clean and the restaurant in general is in great condition. Location of ABQ is also one of the best. Ive done some team meetings here and the staff has been great to work with.

Love to come here and challenge my Dad to games! We love the VR rides, and Larry (who is normally manning the VR ride) is awesome!!

Had an amazing time at my local Dave and Busters last night! Rachel, our server, was so sweet and accommodating. The managers, Kiyomi and Julian, treated us great! The food was amazing and the virtual realty section was such a fantastic experience! I cant wait to go there again!

I Always have a good time at the location here at Winrock in Albuquerque, NM. The service I receive from here is always nothing short of spectacular! From Josh, Klaas, Marco, Mercedes, Mia, Nick,Tyler, Kaomi & Sharon they have always taken care of me & my family. Darrien Kapture the GM is running an amazing business! If you havent checked this location out you are missing out! Games & food always is phenomenal! Great job & 10 thumbs up from me!

I like the food and games. The only thing was when my wife had wanted a big stuffed animal all that was left was the display. Yet she still wouldnt give us the display. So we had to settle for something else.

Our favorite place to unwind and have fun. Every one there is very nice and wants you to have the most pleasant experience. We have been at this location multiple drinks. Beats most gaming places considering their prices. The bartenders are very good at their jobs and the drinks are yummy. Always a fun time here.

Very expensive. Food was mediocre to bad. 4 adults and 2 kids with 2 appetizers plus meals...one beer and cpl of strawberry lemonades and a coke. $147 dollars! Philly cheesesteak was horrible and very salty. Burguers were better at BK. Server was good and host was also good. And why in the heck do they sell you the game cards for 3 bucks?? Not going by back probably ever.

Great New facility with family friendly layout. Service was great and they were able to answer any questions I had regarding game cards purchased alongside our meal.

We had the most amazing time for my daughters birthday. We had never been here before but she saw the commercials and wanted to go here for her birthday. I would truly tell you that this place is a lot better than Chuck-E-Cheese. They have better prices and give more tickets for your money. They give you more tickets also on the games you play.

It took about thirty minutes for waiter to come get drink orders and another ten minutes to receive them. Placed an ordered for medium rare steak and came out well done.

Love the specials! Able to get two margaritas for 12 and some change! Was able to let the kids run around and have a drink! Definitely will be back soon. Have left over on our card again... have been a few times.! Definitely recommend!

This place was a great place to eat and game. We got to order our food and go play while they prepare it. My kids enjoyed it. The reason I have it a 4 star was because I ordered the Philly cheese steak and as I was eating I bit into a bone. So I took it out thinking that is it... but I bit into another bone. After that I was cautious about eating and I bit into at least 6 big and small bits of bones. I finally asked the waiter Are the suppose to be bones? He said No. He took my food to the back. And had the cook apologize to me and had me reorder my food. They didnt charge me for the bad food and charged me half price on the second

This was a very fun place to visit. We went for a birthday and it did not disappoint.We got a table and ordered food first which was very good and timely before hitting the games.There we at least a hundred arcade style video games available for play. You load up a game card with points and okay away.O would suggest this place for a kids birthday party and an adult party with beer and good food.Very fun time with my family this night.

Went here for my sons 21st birthday. If youve never been to a D&B, its a video game room with a restaurant and drinks essentially, geared for adults. We had an excellent dinner, which gave each of us cards with tokens to play the games as well as unlimited play on non- token giving games. There is an option to just play, but i liked the fact that certain meals also came with game play. Gluten free options were very limited, I think i had a choice of chicken or fish. The fish was really good. Portions are large. The ticket exchange room is better than other similar rooms more geared towards kids. There are still plenty of kid options, i just felt like the options here were better quality. Overall, great place for my sons first legal drink. :)

My 1st time here was better. This time not so much. Maybe caught them on a wrong day. Waited to be seated but host didnt seen like she new what was going on, had to be seated by someone else. Dont get the Philly cheese, too salty and fries were too crispy. Like I said maybe wrong timing.

The Albuquerque location is a very nice place and with an exception of one or two, all games work as theyre supposed to, everything is clean, and they have a nice selection of video games to play. The problem I had with this location was they did not honor the sales which they advertised. They did not have their all day passes as advertised because school started. As ABQ is a home schooling state, this feels very bias. They absolutely did not want to honor their advertising. It took a phone call to their main office to change their minds.The second thing to understand about this establishment is that this is a very expensive place to eat and play! To eat and play it will cost upwards of $80 for two people. $20 play tokens + $17 food (their special). Something to also know is that they do not offer sides to their entrees. This will cost you extra. The food is good but their drinks are over-the-top expensive! Then add a tip to the bill and one can see how expensive it is.if youre thinking budget-wise, Budget on 20 to $25 an hour to enjoy this place. Beyond about 2 hours, one can see theres not much more to play.

The food was great service was outstanding there is a Groupon for all day game play that is great but if your looking to score tickets Id buy one of the passes there. Teens love it as much as adults there are tons of fun games and cool prizes. This location has had some ups and downs since they opened but now it looks to be working great!!

Ive been to this establishment, Dave and Busters, many times throughout several states. Ive always loved this place. Food is pretty good, but not spectacular. On this particular occasion I had invited the owner of my franchise. I had told him what a good time I had the night before and he decided we should go there. After 2 drinks each and the whole table of 4, for a total of 8, we were cut off. We had not consumed a beverage prior to arriving. After 8 drinks between 4 people we were cut off! I was planning on having a client appreciation party there. After this terrible, uncalled for, and mis-managed experience I will never go to another Dave and Busters again. The management (Saygen), after admitting their error did not offer to compensate our party for their mistake. The server Josh and the manager Saygen should be fired. They have no concept of customer service or how to treat their customers. Marco the bartender is phenomenal and should take over the supposed manager role Saygen is paid to do. This guy Saygen will ruin the business completely if they allow him too. The place was dead on a Tuesday night with sports games on. This is probably do to the mis-management and poor employee behavior Saygen inspires due to his poor example of lack of leadership. I will not only bar this establishment for returning but will urge you all to do the same. Please see the attached photos for this review. My tab was only for myself and my date. What a terrible experience!

So much fun. Everybody enjoyed the atmosphere, games and food. This is a great place to enjoy and lose yourself for a few hours. We had the kids and didnt even realize we had been there for nearly four hours. The ticket games payout great, we won 1,000 tickets on games twice! Cant wait to bring the family back again. My family and I went here for my fathers birthday. I have been to many before and always have a blast. That was not the case here. While D&B is typically geared towards adults, this one had many more childrens games. There were only a handful of adult aged games here. A huge portion of the games were win tickets types of games. I mean the kinds of games where getting tickets is the only point of the game. For example, there were several games where a big wheel spins with different numbers on it, you hit stop, and whatever number it lands on is how many tickets you get. There were tons of variations on this type of game which is something you see a lot of in childrens arcades, but not normally at D&B. Of the handful of adult oriented games, several were out of order. Lastly, one of the games took my mothers money, but did not allow her to play. When I finally found someone to tell, they said they would send over a tech. We waited for ten minutes and then gave up. We never saw a tech come out the whole time we were there. I would not return to this D&B. One more thing worth mentioning, this has nothing to do with its quality, but this D&B is much smaller than the other ones I have been to.

D&B is my familys go to place . Its the perfect family place theres games for the kids,adults ,food and drinks (for mom ,dad). The atmosphere there is a great one for the family everone has something to do there. As for me and my family we will be going back often . P.S happy hour is 4-7 pm weekdays

I had great experience with my boys there. The food was good customer service was great also.. I tried to get a card for the games but the machine was down. so i had to get a run around trying to find someone to help me, took 20 minutes just to play.

Enjoyed the games. I felt like the prizes to choose from were good quality and well worth what you pay for in playing the games. My son spent the entire time playing the Halo game and said it was awesome. Had a good variety of games to play and the food was delicious.

We had a fantastic visit. We were moving from Maryland to California and the kids had been so great we decided to reward them. Our waiters were great. And when my husbands dish was not cooked correctly, it was fixed and without us asking for anything special, the manager gave us all night free play on games that dont give tickets for the inconvenience. We had a delightful evening.

Omg! First time weve ever been here!!! Although my food was pretty bland, the appetizers were super good! Our server took my food off after I let him take my plate due to I wasnt going to eat it. He kept our drinks refilled and the games were so much fun! Loved it. Definitely going back!
