Im biased because I live in this neighborhood, but I love this skatepark as both a place for kids to play and a place to skate. Despite the occasional remnants of a hobo fire and the sprinklers that flood the place in the early morning, it is well taken care of and has an impressive amount of obstacles. Ive been learning how to skate here and I couldnt be more proud of the neighborhood kids for helping an old lady learn how to skate.

Nice park but its BS the school teachers bring their very young students to run around in the park during recess. Its really unsafe and annoying. We have like 3 or 4 places were actually allowed to skate at in town but this gets turned into a playground during the day.

This place is pretty neat. Even for kids. Grass for dogs if you take them. Theres mounds / hills of dirt to ride on. We took our daughters little four wheeler and she had a blast riding on those. Lots of goat heads and stickers but overall a great place to ride with bikes, rollerblades, skateboards, etc... The teenagers and older kids that were there were very considerate of the littles riding around. Theres also a big bowl for older peoples and teens. I would say that part is not safe for littles because they cannot get in and out on their own and its around a 12ft drop getting down in it.

Very interesting park to skate. If you like features that mimic street spots this is the park for you. Lots of features to mess around on but the ledges are pretty chunky.

Main lights turn off, then secondary lighting system dimly lights up half of the park for the rest of the night. Was able to skate as late as I wanted!

Best bowl in Albuquerque, the large landscape rocks need to be removed because they get thrown into the bowl and damages the skatepark and houses next to the skatepark
