Beautiful view of the river and valley. Only a short walk from the parking lot. Very easy, smooth, paved trail for a half mile (with optional trail offshoots to make a longer hike). Bathroom at trailhead was well maintained, included a changing table and drinking fountains. Highly suggest stopping here for a short hike to take in the view! Autumn would be an especially beautiful time to visit!

Very nice short trail with a fantastic view overlooking the Cuyahoga River (which is where the name comes from ;-).Very easy and flat trail that is paved. There is a connector trail heading into the valley that will loop back as well.Almost entirely shaded, so a great trail on hot some days.This is our favorite metro park trail to hit with the family.

A half mile paved loop with a slight grade nestled in beautiful wildflowers and a stunning view of the river. Wonderful place for some gentle cardio. Lots of places to stop and rest or stretch.

Great place for a little hike. The overlook is already beautiful to see! The this side I think is more scenic than Cascade Metropark south side.

The Overlook trail is a paved 0.5 mile loop. Halfway through is a gorgeous lookout. There is a bathroom at the entrance, as well as supplies for dog owners. It is the perfect spot for a short walk with your dog. I would recommend for folks with limited mobility or wheelchairs as well. It’s beautiful and worth a stop even though it’s a short distance trail.

Absolutely beautiful trail. The path to the overlook is paved. Looking over the valley to the river below was just amazing. We also went on the dirt trails past the overlook which led down to the river. Well definitely be going again.

We went here as a fun little outing for a family day, the park is beautiful!! Very well maintained restroom and there where dog poop disposal bags readily available. We saw a lot of people walking and this is very wheelchair friendly and well.

Lovely, well maintained park. Overlook (paved) trail is easy, while Oxbow (dirt) trail is more challenging with a good amount of stairs. An area is accessible about midway through the Oxbow trail down by the river to have a picnic (also accessible from the pavilion entrance for a much shorter walk). Will definitely be back soon.

Another place I never knew Existed. I have driven past there a thousand times. Now I can’t wait to go back.

This trail is short and sweet. A multi-access trail meaning it is paved and flat so all types of people can walk the trail. You can also get a view of the Cuyahoga Falls River from the overlook dock/deck. Because of the paved trail, it is a trail that can be done in multiple seasons and all sorts of weather.

Great place to walk, flat, once around loop is a quarter mile. Dog friendly and if you go early or dusk, might see dear. Has a deck you can look over the park, nice in the fall.

One of the best views along the Cuyahoga River, particularly in the fall, the foliage is beautiful! There are a few trails for your enjoyment as well.

Love this place for a nice walk with my kids. Stroller friendly and its not too long although we end up looping around a few times since my son loves nature. The view from the over look is breathtaking.

Easy path paved nice view

I absolutely love this Metro Park!! The rangers keep it clean and safe, the pond and fields are full of wild life! The other folks enjoying the park are very well mannered and the animals are generally friendly and leashed. Im a faithful regular at this park and will continue to be as long as its like it is now!!

An all time favorite! Weather you have ten minutes or a few hours to hike, picnic or walk a simple trail, this is a very nice choice. The overlook itself is beautiful but can be frightening if you are leery of man made overlook situations. It is avoidable if you are not necesarily looking to view over a cliff. There is a portion of the trail which includes about 100 stairs which is off the main 1/2mile overlook loop. Great for glutes! There are several picnic tables at the bottom of the off the beaten path type trails, down, next to the river-beautiful and peaceful. Weve seen snakes and experienced the typical woodsy annoying gnats/mosquitoes, so Id recommend bug spray and maybe a hiking stick.
