Kinda some annoying things about it, like the admissions, no summer pass, concessions were nightmarishly slow, bless those kids working it, but it took forever for basics. Slides are good, facility is new & nice. Kids working it were friendly. When its crowded it feels crowded.

Fun place for the family. Clean restrooms. Affordable concession stand. As expected, long lines at the slide.

The people here are so nice, I just met someone named Leah and she is wonderful, she and others make it a family place where you can bring your little ones and your older ones to have fun at a water park. They have just added a new slide, so now your children can race each other and get competitive. If you see this, see if Leah is there, she is the most energetic one that I have seen and she makes it a lot better for the little ones by counting down in a manner that is just more exciting after waiting in a line for a little while.There are also two other people named Nancy and a really good worker named Sorrell. All three people are good workers and make converse with people that they dont know, and are really friendly. There should be more people like them.

Perfect size for kids. Moms can lay out and relax a little without fear because there are ample life guards and you can see the entire water area from anywhere you sit.

Ultimately we enjoy Adventure Cove, it’s a good place to take the kiddos to swim in the summer. However, I would NOT recommend them for a birthday party.

The price is too high for the little bit that you get. Way too much concrete and not enough places to swim. The lazy river is too narrow and current is too fast to feel lazy. There is no deep end for older children or a diving board area. Another suggestion is to add a sand area which they don’t currently have. Concession prices are too high, no season passes available, and have to pay again to enter pool if you come back for second session. City should look at schematics for Pollock Pool in Oshkosh, WI to see how this one should run as they have A LOT more to offer and prices are reasonable.

This place is fun for kids and adults alike. Its got kids waterworks, and a lazy river for the adults, and the Waterslides are sooooo fun!! I Recommend for family fun in the sun this summer

I think this place should sell sunscreen, hats and locks for the lockers. they would make a killing because i forgot all of those things and definitely would have purchased them. my family and i had a great time today. definitely would recommend getting there right when they open because it got busy! everyone was friendly and safety was top priority. we noticed lots of bugs in the cove right as a lifeguard came to skim them all out. it’s was fine!

Great place for young kids. My 1 year old and 7 year old loved it last year. Its not a big park but its something to do in Abilene. I personally enjoyed the lazy river. It is a bit pricy for admission for what the park has and the food was pricy. And they dont have nearly enough floats for the lazy river. You have to wait for one to become available if there isnt any left. And there isnt a lot of shade but we spent most of the time in the water anyway. Its probably not for teenagers and adults who like to dive and splash around as much as it is for families with young children who dont mind a more laid back pool. There are better parks out there but for Abilene, its not a bad place and it has been a nice addition. We will be going back this summer.

Pretty good place to swim with the kids. Admission is overpriced. Management is needlessly heavy-handed with safety policies which makes private parties there not much fun. Could use more shade in sitting areas. Not recommended as a place to go frequently.

I had fun but it was expensive and it felt like I was paying more for concrete than anything else. every time Id look up lifeguards kept leaving their Posts to go talk to one another leaving their area unattended this worries me for so many reasons. Plus you were not allowed to bring food in which upset me because if you were going to be there for hours and all you have to eat or drink was there over priced concession stand even though payed quite a bit to just get inside . I did have fun and I do see myself possibly going again

As an 18 year old, it didnt really satisfy my want to actually go swimming outside like the old pool did. But for families, its a great way to spend an afternoon in the summer, but they need way more shade. There is little to no shade walking to the slides and it was extremely painful walking on the hot concrete, I swear I could smell my feel cooking lol.

I have never been there. Looks like a great place.

For the amount we paid it was our 1st and last experience. The staff r so rude they made my niece cry, they didnt even care about helping this little boy that got hurt, the price for food and stuff is outrageous, and just all around bad experience. We wont go back.

Kids enjoyed it very much. They did not want to leave! Hubby and I enjoyed it too, not much to do for adults but still a great place to go swimming and fun to go with the kids

The pools ain’t even that deep and always way to crowded. They only have one fryer and I’ve been waiting an hour for my food. They have no order to the things they do.

Love the lazy river. Kids love the slide. Very disappointed we do NOT have punch cards or season passes. Very discouraging. Would rate 5 star if we had that.

Lots of fun and not too busy. We spent an hour and a half there and it was definitely worth it.

Spent $26 to get in 7 for adults 6 for kids which is not what their website has posted, and spent less than 20 minutes there and they wouldnt give us a refund for our horrible experience. Would not allow my kids to wear water wings or ride on my back. My kids could not jump into my arms or sit on the side. They cannot splash or hold their breath underwater for any amount of time. The park itself could fit in my backyard and was just a glorified swimming pool. There were only two slides that you you have to be at least 48 inches tall to ride on. There were no park rules posted outside the park. Now we know that the extra 2 hours to drive to a real water park is well worth it. Would have rated 0 Stars if it would allow me to. I expect to see this park on the abandoned water parks in Texas on YouTube very soon.

Really enjoyed this mini waterpark! Was a great addition to Abilene. I only rated a 4 because I wish there was a bit more shaded areas and maybe a season pass of sorts. Wonderful fun park :)

Fun place, great family entertainment, awesome addition to Abilene. Easy set-up to monitor kids anywhere they are playing in the park. Cant wait to see what they add next! Highly Recommend for all ages.

Had a birthday party for my grandson, renting the pavilion area with cake only. Then after 30 minutes we had to get out of the pool due to inclement weather in the outlying area somewhere outside of Abilene. It was so hot and no fun for anyone at the party. The staff was rude and just a bunch of snot noses. Last summer we went all the time because we lived here. This time we traveled 40 miles to come here. NEVER again. We will travel the 50 miles to San Angelos Munipal Love pool. Its minus the lazy river, but the hospitality in this city & their public pool more than make up for that. This rating would get no stars from me if it were an option.

My kids just loved it as for me too. 10/10 would recommend. Keep up the good work

Love it here!! 4 stars only because when we got there, I asked the front desk if my 3 year old could wear arm floaties and was told yes. Was told by 2 other lifeguards it was ok too. However, third life guard said they werent allowed (rather rudely) and demanded she take them off. Im all for rules, but get them straight first.

The place itself was a blast! Its great for families with smaller children. The only downfall is that some of the life guards were very rude, but that wont stop me from returning.

We went for the first time today! It was a great time! I wish it was a little bit bigger because it got crowded, but it was still fun!

Had a blast here. Swam all day. Just be prepared to be a little cramped, and watch your little ones as alot of kiddos will just run over you. And the food and drink are a little pricey.
