The patking area is in the south eastern point of the forest, as shown on the included pic. This gets one on the blue blazed trail, which leads uphill to the water tower. After the water tower, the blue trail continues down the otherside of the hill, eventually ending in the back of an industrial parking area. From here, I followed the water tower road back up, and then back down the blue trail, returning to my car with 5000 steps. I did see a yellow trail leading off of the water tower road, as well as another unmarked trail that appeared to lead to a local campground.

Nice for a quick stretch of the legs. Really buggy when I was there. Parking on Andover street. Not too interesting.

Nice local hike. Not too hard on my 9 year old.

A lot of hills so good for cardio but other than rocks and a big water silo not much to see.

Great trails for running or walking with loop options to extend your journey. Some small gradual hills, little wet areas even after rains. Quiet and will likely see a deer on occasion.

Went here with family and was pleasantly surprised! Lots of trails, places to sit and enjoy nature. Bring bug spray.

Great place to bike and XC ski. Dont know if the campground area is closed to the public in the summer months

The fire roads are maintained, but not the other trails. Its lovely on top when the trees have no leaves (so long as you face away from the graffitied water tank).

A beautiful place to be and hike. The trails arent always clear, but thats half the fun.

Most of the trails arent very well maintained, but those are the prettiest ones. During spring and summer the mosquitos are fierce -- bring bug spray. (If you forget theres a Target store a short way away.) Every time we go theres a bit of trash and bigger dumped waste like tires. There are parking areas on Andover Street and Research Drive.
