People were amazingly nice. Machines were clean and they were following basic covid protocols. Games were fun and easy to understand. Manager needs to lose the attitude but otherwise it was great.

Cant even explain how good our experience was as today 07/18/2020 even with COVID thing. Stuff was amazing. Drove 4 hours to get here. Way worth it. Too much fun. Cant wait till all the arcades and slides open up.

With COVID going on the park was quite empty;, which was great. We had a blast on the go carts, playing skee-ball, pinball, air hockey and some other games.

Its me and my son Robaires get away place if fun. I am looking forward to bring the rest if the family. The employees so rock, Eric was a blast, and another one, I didnt get her name, she helped us in the climbing wall...just a great time to be had. Miniature golf was such a joy! Super awesome place!

A little pricey but thats expected. We had alot of fun though playing games and people were sanitizing and wearing masks!

We did the golf and go carts and had a great time. This place has been around for years and is kind of showing its age, but if you are looking to get the kids out of the house for a couple hours it is a great way to go. They also have sanitizing stations throughout and wipe each go cart down after every rider which I liked.

The jungle kid area is the best for little kids. The place is contained and only kids up to 8 years old are able to play in the indoor playground. My almost 2 year had a blast running, climbing, and playing in the bouncy house.

It has all sorts of fun stuff for the family! Anything from laser tag, arcade, mini golf, go karts, and even a water park. Last time I went I just did go karts and mini golf, the only I guess thing I didnt like about the mini golf is that each hole wasnt really different or made it really challenging but I guess it makes it perfect and easy for kids!!

Had tons of stuff to do. We only played mini golf. The course was cool. The set pieces were good as well. Nothing particularly innovative, but good fun.

Fun place but games would take money and I would have to keep going back to the desk to get money added back to my card. Many games out of order. People drinking beer on the golf course then they wrecked 3 karts driving go karts. We are from Charlotte which is almost 4 hours away. We had an unexpected emergency to leave and the manager would only give us rain checks for the wrist bands we didnt use and we have only 30 days until they expire so that didnt help us at all. So they just got away with our money.

I was just at this business. Ive never seen such RUDE customer service.First literally less than 2 minutes after selling me 4 ride tickets announced track was canceled. Instead of offering to refund. I was told that their cancellation policy was just explained and would not refund my money. I had to demand a manager to get my money back. Then I gave them the benefit of doubt and sent my husband to buy us tickets for games. A different sales associate approached us and advised us we would have to leave the property if we did not buy tickets. How RUDE. Needless to say instead of spending $50 we left and because of RUDE associates. They could have asked nicer about purchasing tickets. I WILL NOT SPEND ANY MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

My daughter and her friends had a blast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I played mini golf and the course was in fabulous shape. Great fun was had.

Absolutely no customer service other than the manager who refunded our money. Walked in solely wanting to do the go-carts. As one of our party paid for nearly half of the rides, we were declined service due to the track getting rained out. When we asked for our money back, the lady told us we could get a 30 day rain check. We were leaving the next morning. She then got her manager and he refunded our money back. As we were leaving we stopped at the games where everyone was fooling around, one of us went to the front to possibly get tokens for games...we were then reminded of the lack there of customer service this place had. A worker stopped us from waiting at the games to let us know we needed to go pay....needless to say we grabbed the guy in line to pay for tokens and left right away.

Okay so I came with friends to do the haunted laser tag last Friday and it was lowkey TERRIFYING! I expected it to be weak, but it was really scary and a lot of fun! Nice job Jungle Rapids :)

Good place for the kids but to be honest I was not impressed. Thought it was a little over priced. $10 per activity per person stop for a family of 4 to play mini golf and ride the go carts, just once, and the kids to play in the jungle area was almost $100. The facilities was clean staff was friendly and helpful mini golf was somewhat challenging. The games are $1 to$2 a play so $20 on a card doesnt last 15 minutes. Water park might be worth the money but it was not open during our visit. The kids had fun so I guess thats what matters. Take a second to hit the like button, thanks for reading.

We went a did go carts and it was actually really fun and not that expensive! They also let us go a few extra laps since there was no one there!

Good place to go with the kids for a few hours .. we usually just do the indoor jungle which is fit for our little girls the only time it’s not so fun is when the indoor jungle gym is over crowded... I would say the best time to go is during the off peak time during the week .. overall it’s a pretty nice size place and there’s options for children and adults to be entertained.. I would recommend this place for some local fun!

Excellent place for families to enjoy a while day of fun. There is plenty to do between the water park, laser tag, the dry rides and the arcade. The offer food and plenty of eating areas inside and out. Definitely a place to come visit and enjoy a while day as a family.

Always have a great time here. Giving 2 stars due to the fact that they allow smoking while playing jungle golf - really? You have familys with kids out there. Not so family friendly with someone blowing smoke everywhere. Especially during COVID19, people are wearing mask to stop the spread, but people are expelling smoke that they inhaled deep into their lungs back out. Get it together jungle rapids. You can do better than this.

The place seems really tired. The employees were nice/kind but the games were old, the putt putt course was swarming with mosquitoes, and it just felt sad.

This place is absolutely fantastic. It has something for everyone from parents to children of all ages I had trouble finding things to do for both my children since they have a 13 year difference in age but this place was perfect they both just loved it. You can purchase everything individually choosing what activities you would like to do or purchase a game card that you can refill at any time for the arcades which you can also use to do things like the bowling or AirHockey. Everything is a little bit pricey so as long as you plan on putting some money aside for making a day of it and not a regular weekly events it works out great

So sad we couldnt go this year. I cant wait for next season!

Jungle Rapids is the best place to cool off in the summer time. Be prepared to spend some money though. If you want to do everything that they offer you will be spending a good bit.They offer individually priced plans as well. You can do just one activity or do them all. It’s up to you. The mini golf course is in great shape. It curves and cuts through the backside of the property. It’s an 18 hole course with water hazards on some holes.The go-carts are average. Nothing to special about them. The water park is great for this location. They have managed to squeeze a lot of fun into a small area.I would recommend this park to my friends and family.

Its $30 just to watch your kids have fun even if you not partaking in any activities i know this is a business but come on now , but over all its a good place to take ur kids in the summer on a mini vacay give them something to do

I wouldnt go back here if they gave me a free pass for the year. Careful with the laser tag. We paid, waited 2 hours past the said entrance time and had to leave because of a commitment and they would not refund our money. They gave us a rain check for 30 days. Our grandchildren live in New Bern

I loved this place! Due to COVID-19 my lil family was unable to place arcade games but we had a ball @ the water park for about 4 hrs. straight! My favorite was the waves coming on every 12 mins. The staff was pleasant, the lifeguards were very proactive and the environment was super relaxed. Ill definitely come back for more!!!

Was fun. Just pricey. Or maybe I miss the days when a $20 wristband got you all day access at these fun parks.

Unfortunately the slides were closed when we went, but the go karts and mini golf were both fun!

I went here on a Senior Fun day from my School. Everyone who ate the hotdogs at this place had gotten ill the next day however some of my classmates think it is from the Golden Corral we went to for breakfast. The experience is fun and great just do not eat the food.

Went on a school trip and lunch was included. Super understanding about gluten allergies. Had a gluten free pizza and made sure there was no cross contamination. Nicest staff I have ever had when ordering gluten free food. :)

We were all at Wrightville for a family reunion and came here for the laser tag. Everyone had fun, the kids loved using the preloaded swipe cards for all of the different games. I tried the pizza and fries in the food area, not bad for a quick bite on the run. The staff was cool, we the laser tag instructor made the kids laugh. I will definitely be back.

Jungle Rapids is a great place to have fun with the kids when theyve had enough of the sand and sea. There are go-karts to drive, arcade games to play, and even a mini-golf course to navigate. Our grandkids loved it all!

We didnt get a chance to experience the water park because it was closed due to COVID19 but we did get a chance to ride the go karts service was excellent and so polite we will def be back.

We had a lot of fun here! My young child enjoyed the water play area that was perfect for small kids. My older child was thrilled that there wasnt a height requirement and she could enjoy all the rides with her parents! That isnt always the case at previous water parks weve visited. It was a great place for a family outing! The staff is attentive and friendly.

Fun and enjoyment was all that I received for playing over at the miniature golf and arcade. It was an experience worth having on an April day in 2018.

Amazing place small park with big big fun. Had my sons Birthday party here and he loved it the cost was cheap and the food is great pizza pizza!! Now the was an issue with the bathroom but they took car of it very fast and it never interfered with the fun... come here for fun and amazing memories

My nephew had the most fun!!! As popular and busy as they are, he was able to zip right up the stairs with hardly any waiting. The most popular attraction had a maximum wait time of 5 minutes. The arcade is a fun mix of 80s old school and his current favorites. We look forward to our visit to Jungle Rapids every year!!

Fun water park for the kids, gets the job done. Decent food and pretty fun arcade. Mini golf course is great with go cart racing. This is a great place to host a birthday party or bring your children on a Friday night after a long week of school.

There are so many fun things to do. A great place to spend a rainy day IF you are made of money. I would of given it five stars if it wasnt so expensive. $1.50-2.00 for one arcade game??!! I spent $80 for my family of four to drive go carts for 5 min and play one round of puttputt golf. If their prices were more reasonable Id bring my kids more than once or twice a year.

We always have a lot of fun. The grass in the mini golf area needs to be fixed, but other than that its all good. Lots of fun games in the arcade and the water park is always awesome.

Go kart top speed 10 mph, pool water was brown, the golf ball shattered while playing. Staff refused to help.

My son LOVES this place!! We always have a great time. We have never had a bad experience there. The staff is awesome. At first I thought it was too expensive but it is definitely worth it.

Fun for about 30 minutes, needs a renovation the building is showing its age.

We bring our toddlers here and we always have a blast! The park and little kid play area are kept clean and staff is always around to help. Highly recommend!

The arcade has a good variety of games sized to children however about $1.25 per play. water park closed when we visited. We attended a birthday party and all seemed to enjoy it. Pizza was good. Checked beer prices, $6 higher than most sportsbars so needless to say overpriced.

Various activities included here. The go-kart track was excellent the arcade inside has a numerous amount of games . The latest and greatest arcade games were available. Additionally , the laser tag area was lots of fun for the kids . I must say this place is also very clean . The young man running the go-karts was very helpful and friendly . Will definitely try this place during the summer to take advantage of the water park . It looks like its well maintained and and lots of fun. Great afternoon had at Jungle Rapids!

Lots of fun but costs too much. Plenty of activities to do. I mean tuns of games. Does not come with food unless you pay for that, pay for a locker, pay to play the inside games. I mean its a money maker. Paid over $200 for 5 people and that did not include everything.

Fun place to spend the day. Plenty to keep the kids busy. Reasonable prices for concessions considering other amusement parks. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The dry activities were a little disappointing and not worth the extra money. Will definitely go back.

Laser tag is a fun time. The go kart track is also a really good activity for families coming here. I came during an intense weather event and this revealed the only bad thing I have to say. A member of my party found a rat and we all saw many leaks in the roof.
