Birthday Party Fun!

Always a good time, very friendly staff. Some of the equipment - padded mats, basketball rims, etc - are showing some wear (and have for the past few months). These may currently be or could potentially be safety issues in the future and as such should be addressed. Other than that, we enjoy the Toddler Time every few weeks.

We have Birthaday Parties here every year for both of our kids . We had yet another today, and another GREAT experience. Super clean, super friendly and attentive staff, organized, helpful, I could keep going! This year our host was Indira. She was amazing. Professional, proactive, and super responsive. Definitely an asset to their company. I cant recommend them enough for Birthday parties. Keep up the great work Altitude!

Prices are great, and the place seemed very well taken care of and clean! Will definitely be taking a ride back soon!!

This was thee worse!!!!!! I had to chase down an employee for everything just to have my daughters party flow correctly. The room had a smell to it, the floor was sticky and disgusting. There were signs above the door and prior to the party I did a visit and specified what name I wanted above the door well that didnt happen. I had been begging and chasing folks down most of the afternoon to get our daughters name up and then they told us the piece was broken only to find out someone had written on it with semi permanent ink. The employees said they were gonna switch the sign which never happened. Finally an employee comes with a ladder he cant get it off and next thing I know my husband is up the ladder. Now Ive called corporate and left messages and guess what happened....nothing

My son and I came here yesterday and he had a blast! One of the staff even pmayed with him on the inflatable air bag jump and encouraged him to climb the wall in the obstacle course. The entire staff as a whole were very polite! I definitely appreciate the woman who jumped with my son and interacted with him especially since I am currently 7 months pregnant! We will definitely be back again. The nachos were good as well as slushies and they mix flavors for you. We both had a blast, my son playing amd me...eating! Ha! Thanks again!

We had my grand daughters bday party there yesterday. First of all the person who was suppose to be there working barely came to see if anything was needed. They dont like to give ice with drinks. Who wants a drink with no ice. They were not friendly at all. And when my daughter wanted another pizza which she was paying for the employee gave her a hard time. I will never recommend this place.

Could use better springs, fun place to go with a toddler, but definitely watch them as most people dont follow any of the rules

This place was disgusting. Standing water(? Hopefully it was water) under the urinals in the men’s room. The floor was sticky everywhere. The staff was rude and lazily just blew whistles and didn’t move while kids were hurting each other. With better options so close there is zero reason to ever go here.

I brought my son here today for his birthday. He said it’s been his best birthday yet. It was super clean. Every staff member that was there today was amazing. From the woman checking us in, the guy who played with my son, and the guy who made our pretzels! Lisa the manager was super welcoming and friendly and very attentive. We will definitely be back and will probably choose this trampoline park over any other one after the experience we had today!

The trampolines were squeaking and lose and old. Although other altitudes are way better. Recommend anthoer alutide

It was a bit pricey but a lot of fun. The dodgeball can get a bit rowdy. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Wonderful place to bring your kids to have a great time and burn some of that extra energy! Guaranteed a good night sleep! The staff there is very cheerful and was happy to help with any questions , comments and concerns that I had. Overall clean establishment with decent pizza. I will be looking forward to going back soon!

Avoid at all costs! The place is falling apart and the employees are inept. Half the lights were off like they were trying to save electricity. Needs new ownership who care or just needs to close down. Its a stain on the Riverfront.

Wonderful place!. Brought my 6 years old son and we all enjoyed it. The staff from the cashier to the saftey attendants were very friendly and helpful. Nice place for afternoon fun. Looking forward to our next visit.

A fairly new trampoline park with awesome activities. You can bounce super high on the trampolines. My favorite thing there was the performance trampolines which you can bounce really, really, high! The people here are very kind and thoughtful. It is defiantly one of my favorite places to have fun!

Fun spot to let lil ones burn some energy

This place has beyond gone down hill since changing to Altitude . The front desk staff is so rude unprofessional and has no place working with or around children. (L. Miller) th management there is a joke and says one thing in the phone and another thing in person. ( Chardonnay and Lisa ) I believe where their names. The only worth while human there was a employee named Justin. Amazing for his work there! The place was filthy and disgusting. The Matt’s look like there is blood stains on them. When I inquired they said it’s not fresh just a stain. Gross get them replaced . You know how many diseases are caused from blood? Bathroom are so dirty I wouldn’t even go there . I’d rather have the kids go outside or find a porta potty. Massage chairs are broken. Changing table is broken. The place is not safe nor under good supervision. Just a shame all around to see a once good business for families to spend time turn into trash and a horrible experience.

I will start out saying my kids love this place and we go often since its convenient after school. They love the ninja warrior course and dodgeball. It is a bit run down, half the lights are turned off, the staff could be more professional although theyre friendly enough, the food is not so tempting. However there are great restaurants a block away, so its fun to have a few parents watch the kids while the other parents hit the restaurant! Would love to see this place get a big upgrade with an adult-friendly restaurant added in it Dave & Busters or Beer Garden style.

The staff has no care what the kids are doing. They dont limit people on the trampoline, or an of the activities making things unsafe. Staff is friendly but the kids rule the roost.

Today was the absolute last time that I will bring my son to this place. Four times in the last three years and every time the price continues to rise, today costing us $23 per person, without the bells and whistles of the LED lighting and smoke machines they have for night hours. Additionally the staff is made up of teenagers who were too busy flirting and joking with one another to attend to the place and the ninja warrior park that we could not use without sneakers (not mentioned before paying) equaled about a quarter of the activities taken away. Not at all worth the cost to get in.

Threw a birthday party for my daughter here over the weekend and the kids loved it! Lots of activities for the kids to burn off energy openly. The oven broke and the manager was on top of things, ordered out enough pizzas for the party and had them there in time to eat.

Service was poor. Was suppose to have a hostess but we never saw here. Cheese for nachos was cold. Manager did give a discount. Said he was working on his staff to be more efficient.

A wonderful change from other trampoline parks Ive been to. Helpful, informative employees that are kind and attentive. Very clean and offer quite an array of fun exciting things for the whole family. Love it! Even though its an hour away we will be making this a regular thing in our household! Its worth it!

We just tried this out and they were so friendly. It is very clean and the kids had a blast!!! Would suggest you try it...you will have a great time

This location was so dirty. The floors were sticky and trash was all about. The staff all hung around the check-in area and ignored the safety of the kids there. For 15 dollars I expected a lot more. The trampoline parks by me are cheaper, cleaner, and better staffed. Save your money go elsewhere.

This place has went downhill and is only gaining speed on its way down. They recently raised the prices while closing more and more jumping areas. They tell you that the grip socks are required and that you are not allowed to jump with out them so that they can extort $2 a pair from you but the minute that they no longer have any socks to sell you all of a sudden it is perfectly safe to jump in your own socks. The 1 star is because it is a good way for your children to burn off energy away from the heat.

Walked in and walked right out. You could smell marijuana as soon as you entered the facility. Luckily there is a childrens museum right next door that we were able to go to instead!

Could have more variation but its always fun overall. Usually pretty empty the 2 times Ive gone.

This place is great. My son loves going there and always has a great time. Its even good for adults too. I do wish you were able to get longer for your money because it always seems to go so fast when you get there.

My first time here and not very impressed with the staff or the facilities. Staff was not friendly or welcoming and verged on incompetence.After arriving it took more than 5 minutes to be recognized before being waited on. Once we we waited on it felt as if we were an inconveniencing the staff by being there!All in all not worth the time or money in my opinion! If you are going to have people working with the public... they should hire friendly competent staff!

A great experience - fun for both and kids!I have gone to Stratosphere twice - once with adult friends, and once with a group of children. The experience was wonderful for both groups - everybody had a blast! The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The facility was very clean and in great condition.Of all of the trampoline parks in the area, this one is definitely my favorite. Try it out!

Just as good as Skyzone but staff seemed less engaged. And some random patron was walking on the trampolines with shoes while he talked on the phone. Not as clean as I had hoped.

Its ok. The kids enjoy it. Bathrooms are dirty.

It took more than 10 minutes to be recognized and be helped, not to mention the horrible staff. One employee was on their phone while on duty. A group of high school kids came in and the a few employees seemed to have forgotten they were on the job because they went to go bounce on the trampolines with the group. I was completely ignored while waiting to be helped. One of the ladies working there took 30 minutes to refill our jar of water, then returned with lemonade. Not at all satisfied with the service here I will most definitely not be returning to this place.

This place has something for everyone! My son is only a toddler and loves to go (I dont mind so much myself either!). We have so much fun moving from course to course while taking breaks to hit the snack bar and play video games. Its so easy to get to from 95! A great year round choice for everyone!

If I could give this place no stars I would. DO NOT HAVE A PARTY FOR YOUR CHILD!!!!! This was our second experience with a birthday party at this location. The first time was when it was under a different name. It was one of the worst experiences for a birthday party. The only reason I did another birthday party is because I received a call offering a 25% discount to return and was told it was a completely different place now under new management so I booked my sons 11 birthday party. We booked a PRIVATE birthday party. First, the birthday package included socks and we were told they ran out of them, not to mention the unorganized front desk. How do you run out of socks that the children are supposed to wear for safety? Second, the female at the front desk was so unbelievably rude when I was trying to check-in for my sons birthday party that I already paid for and when I was talking to the manager about what happened the female came up and started to argue with me. Third, they were out of a few options related to drinks, how are you out of coke? Fourth, our party host (although very nice and was trying) seemed to have no idea what he was doing. We didnt have enough cups or plates for the kids and when we asked for more them, it took so long to get that we had to go up and get them ourselves. I had to serve the kids their pizza and pour their drinks (which in a private party the party host is supposed to do). I asked for something to cut the cake and was told they did not have anything. I had to serve the kids their cake as well. I had to make sure my party got the private dodge ball game which was a part of the package. The bathroom literally only had one stall with toilet paper and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. This place should be embarrassed. I will say the manager was extremely nice and did try to make things better and the party host was really trying.

Held my daughters 10th birthday party here. The kids had a blast and there is more to do here now that it is Altitude, rather than the old Stratosphere. However, they overcharged me by $100, the t-shirt that was included in the party package never materialized, they were out of most kinds of drinks, and I ordered but never received two bowls of chips. There seemed to be only one employee covering the desk and my party, and she was hustling, but still things were forgotten. A fun place for kids, but I would caution parents having parties here to be very careful to get everything they paid for, and not pay for things they didnt get.

Weve been to four local trampoline parks and this is my favorite. Its really easy to keep track of little ones and keep your kids together for easier monitoring (other parks have strict age restrictions for certain areas that exclude littler kids, making it hard to watch everyone). The kids love the mechanical bull and dodgeball. The air mattress pit is awesome!! Definitely a fun way to spend an hour or two! ***EDIT*** this review was written when this location was still Stratosphere! There have been renovations since, and I dont know how much of this is still accurate!

Very disorganized, waited a half hour (with no one on front of us) and were ignored while people just walking in were waived to the front of the line. Staff members just running about and answering phone calls while ignoring a line of customers. I attempted to use free passes and was given two different answers that did not correspond to fine print on the passes and not permitted to use them. Complained to manager and was offered another free pass that I could not use that day- walked out. DO NOT GO HERE!

We had a great rainy summer afternoon there. Lots for the kids and adults to do. Got a little crowded on the trampolines, some of the refs were better than others about maintaining the safety rules, but overall a safe experience. Fast moving, so the refs have to stay alert and maintain order. We had a great time and spent several hours jumping and climbing.

I have been to Stratosphere twice so far. Both times have been a BLAST! I love how they switch out some things every so often. It keeps it fresh and interesting. I recommend if it is your first time to Stratosphere or any Trampoline Park to get the lowest amount of time. It can be really exhausting if you arent use to it. You can always buy more time!

Took a group of kids, all mixed ages and they had fun. I like that the place is centrally located between the other surrounding states. Making it easier to reach for party purposes. Pricing is the same as any other kids entertainment place you would visit.We are going back with another group of kids.

Great place for kids.

My experience at stratosphere was very good. There is a wide variety of games, so you never get tired. One of my personal favorites is the rock climbing wall! The staff is very nice and is always willing to help. As much as I would love to go here more often, I do find that prices can be a little high which can be a bit upsetting, but other than that, stratosphere is a great place to hang out with friends and family!

My family and I chose to celebrate our sons 5th birthday at Stratosphere Trampoline Park in Wilmington, DE and had a wonderful experience! The staff was very warm, accommodating and professional! I was free to host while the staff was mindful, engaging and safe while looking after the children as they jumped/played in the rooms designated for my son and his guests. He will be turning seven in a few months and still talks about the details of his party at Stratosphere.I will definitely have another party at Stratosphere...soon!

Came here for my sons birthday party. We had a great time! Kids loved the giant pillow the best. They also liked the mechanical bull. We really want to come back and try out the ninja Warrior course. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Ill give it a 5 for fun and a 4 for overall experience. Heres why:5-star for fun: I love it here and am so happy to see this business expanding! Riding a mechanical bull was on my bucket list, and I have successfully knocked that off! 30 minutes is enough of a workout for me on the trampolines. Bring a couple of fun friends and get the endorphins going!4-star overall experience: Some notes for planning: fill out the waiver in advance so you dont have to wait in two lines. The lines can be long and arent well marked, so dont accidentally wait in the wrong line! When theres a crowd, the lines get backed up quickly. Definitely plan to get there 15-20 minutes before you want to start jumping.They have free cubbies for your shoes, but consolidate your personal items and plan to keep them in your pocket or car, or bring money (bills only, NOT quarters!) to purchase a token for the locked lockers... but you cant open them without having to pay again.They do have water fountains but they are pretty well hidden--in the back with the bathrooms.Once you are bouncing, lines move pretty quickly through the different activities.Overall, lots of fun. Cant wait to try out the laser maze and master a flip someday!

Great fun for a 10 year old

Great new entertainment alternative in this area. Facility is open and clean with plenty of room to move around. Check in is fairly easy. Plenty of seating, games and vending for non-participants (parents, etc.) I also attended a birthday party there and it was handled/serviced very well, with (from what I hear) very reasonable pricing. Also have online deals and coupons available. All-in-all, a great alternative for active and bored kids, tweens, etc. Will definitely return.

I was there with my younger cousins when they had a day off of school and we all had a great time! They enjoyed playing dodgeball and jumping around on the trampolines. It was a good workout for me too. I was exhausted after my hour of jumping.

Expensive and smells like funky feet but the kids seem to like it.

We are visiting from Montana and needed some fun for the kiddos to burn off energy and this was just what we needed! So much fun, awesome staff, and a great way for us to have fun as a family!!

While the people who worked there were very nice and attempted to be accommodating, it just seemed like a bunch of high school kids running a business. But what really is off putting about that place; the kids who just run amuck with no care for anyone or anything. When grown ups arent looking theyre little delinquents with bad attitudes and foul mouths. A place you definitely dont want your young ones to be without adult supervision.

Really bad experience last time we went. There were 2 people working. They refused to open the dodge ball area becuase they didnt have the staff, the large foam pit you jump into looks permanently closed. Staff was not nice or helpful when we asked questions and were unattentive even when they should have been watching areas. Manager was kind and apologetic. He said they were busier than normal at that time of day and had multiple call outs. I hope they can fix this place up and get better staff.

I used to direct a camp and took the campers there for a field trip. However, I found that it is not only fun for kids but adults. I had a blast! Great work out! Plenty of laughs and great customer service. I will be coming back again.

Our kids had fun here on a busy rainy Saturday, but I ended up waiting for 15 minutes in line at the un-staffed concession stand for a bottle of water. The staff members running the parties walked through multiple times saying “someone will be with you in a minute.” There were multiple birthday parties going on and they were not sufficiently staffed. They need to put in a snack/drink machine for such occasions or schedule extra staff. No apologies for the delay and it ate into our jump time. ️

I would give zero stars if I could. Upon arriving, the manager on duty told us he would help get us checked in and then walked away to take a call on his cell phone and didn’t return. Another attendant came over and asked if we were being helped. I replied that I thought so, but hadn’t been checked in yet. The attendant said that the “crazy a** manager won’t help us because he was mental” and proceeded to check us in. He also didn’t charge us for our socks because he “couldn’t deal with that sh*t right now”. I was appalled that he said all of this in front of 3 kids even though he did apologize for his language. Meanwhile, the manager was running around on his cell phone and the staff seemed very frazzled by the managers behavior. It was probably the most unprofessional experience at an establishment that I’ve ever experienced. The kids also complained of the dirty facilities compared to other similar establishments. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to Altitude and would not recommend it to any of our friends or family.

The place I assume was recently re branded but basically just your everyday bouncy and jumpy place for kids. They require you to purchase special socks only for those jumping. The part that is from a personal stand is there is a bug problem on the recliner chairs. Myself and my wife had ants crawling on us as we sat on the chairs. Was not a good experience for us. As for out daughter she had a good time so giving it 3 stars for those people that want to get your kids tired, but as far as a afult experience avoid the recliner chairs

It was a great place to hang and have fun with people

Place is a dump and highers kids for refs who want to hit on girls only and have no care on whats going on. If you want to go somewhere and hang out with no rules with worn trampolines this is your spot. If you want to go somewhere and jump where its clean, doesnt smell like an old bowling shoe, and has people who care so your kids are safe I wouldnt recommend this for your jumping park

Excellent way to burn kids energy!! Make sure you search for coupons or discount to strike a deal. I watched the batman movie and the used ticket worth half price at the door. They might have other deals from time to time. Check out their website before you go.

Great fun for the kids on the DE Waterfront. Lots of room for playing as well as birthday parties. The space dedicated for smaller children is extremely beneficial so that they can play and you can keep a watchful eye while they have fun.

It was a nice place. Snacks they sell were OK but were a bit expensive. Really fun. Admission wasnt expensive at all. I had so much fun i asked my mom to have my birthday party there. I will definitely return.

This place has totally gone down the drain from the Altitude Ive known in the past. Can you say HORRIBLE customer service. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes to buy a simple slushie and everyone was helped in line except for me. Numerous people who were behind me we helped before I was and nobody seemed to acknowledge that I was standing there, nor could I ask for help because apparently it took 4 people at a time to help one person!

Its a great place for kids. They played the night away. We had no issues and the staff was pleasant anytime we approached them.

Had my 9 years old daughters birthday party here . The hostesses were amazing . Everyone was friendly and helpful. They actually seemed to enjoy the party asbmuvu as we did . Will be visiting again very soon

I enjoyed my time and I did not. I went during college night which made it fun to see college students but the locker system is no good. Each time I opened I had to pay again, maybe just paying for a key to a locker would be nice so I open when I like without having to pay multiple times. I also was unable to eat since there was no one working the food station, really unfair. The place is clean so thats a good thing, but once its time to go and they clean the trampolines I believe the guy should have on special shoes not his everyday sneakers. Unless he is covering the bottom so its not on the trampoline right after he sprayed. Have a fun time doing flips.

Our boys have become regulars at the Wilmington Stratosphere Trampoline Park because it is SOOO much fun! They could jump for days! We have brought friends along who love it too! Always clean, well-staffed and FUN! Wish we had one a little closer to home!

I had my childrens birthday party here. My daughter is five, and son is too. They both had a blast with all their friends. Our party host was great. I didnt have to do anything. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Our son absolutely loves this place. They have a lot of staff supervising the children play areas. The place is better than about three others we have gone to.We get some great specials on Groupon and it works great.It is a lot of fun for them. His favorite thing is the Dodge ball competition. I like the supervision of it.We are so happy Wilmington brought Stratospehere to town

This place is fun for kids of all age, and grown-ups certainly can have a great time and some serious exercise too! Its clean and well maintained and we will be back for sure.

Absolutely amazing!!! The kids had a blast, and the staff were on point watching the kids!. Def. coming back more with the kids, great fun and very good exercise!. My boys were wore out by the end of our drive home they were sound asleep!.
