CHECK OUT THE YELP REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING FROM J&H asset property management!!!!They are truthful!These positive reviews are for only ONE location but the assets property doesn’t have any other business pages set up on google for negative reviews!!!!KEN IS NOT NICE HE IS A MANAGER WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT ONE LOCATION!!!NO OTHER PARK CONNECTED TO THEM IS CHILD FRIENDLY!!! Because of the tenants and future renters will NOT be warned!!!!

️Didn’t live at Hacienda but did live at desert pines mobile home park. ️Do not rent there!!! Manger does NOT care about second location because he doesn’t live there. Tenants are horrible!! Do NOT mind their own business and will force themselves inside!!!!!! Many with addictions who can NOT control themselves!! I have young children and was NOT advised of this!! Mobile home park manager took advantage when I said I would mind MY business(problems only occurred when another tenant FORCED herself inside and I had to threaten to call law enforcement!!!!!) and has offered no help! Any compliant I made was NOT documented until I had to call law enforcement!!! There are direct violations of the rental agreement STILL being broken and the company AND mobile home manager does not care!! No repairs are done on time and when they are completed they are not done by a professional.THE CHEAP RENT IS NOT WORTH IT!!This review is left for Desert pines because I can’t leave one on its actual business page.
