The place is very bad condition homes. But for those who have no where else to go lower income and or bad credit this might be a good choice. Otherwise go else where.

If there was a way to make it zero stars I would, its slowly but surely being bought out by a croock, it was ran ran by some money hungry Korean people who just think they are better then all... To get anybody to come out and actually fix anything (the right way) will take you 6 months. And then if u do the work yourself you will get evicted... The property manager will Rob you anychnce she gets through cash for rent or the recycling on your porch.. the owner will look through your windows and then send you letters saying your carpet is dirty and that your kid isnt allowed to run around in a diaper even though she is inside and then serve you a 30 day.. while you are living inside you are not allowed to talk to other people or have friends who live inside or youll be told you will get kicked out of here..... These people only want your money they could care less about you.. they play a great game to you though and once they have your money the script will flip and you next will be the bad guy... Now you have been warned and Im sorry for anybody who ever falls for the traps of these true Scumlords...
