Horrible place. trash all about the property line. Sad place great location

This place risks peoples lives rather than fix its delapadated pedestals and bad wiring, and the damage that they cause to tenants property. They take $ for an llc that has been suspended for 2 years that isnt even legally allowed to do business in California hence their contracts arent even legal as far as I understand the law. They refused to comply with applicable laws as far as I can see, nor do they comply with the building department, as evidenced by their park license being revoked/suspended indefinitely as of May 2018 and currently. My advice: stay away from this hornet infested village of delapadated, abandoned , fire hazard, attractive nuisance, crime riddled, squatter infested, uninhabitable trailers and their lying and unprofessional so called management that fails to comply with applicable laws instead choosing to endanger its paying residents. Its not worth risking your lives to try and live here, trust me. Some things are more important than money. Try a park that actually uses the money it collects to maintain a safe park for its customers, thats not at all this place.

The place is for anyone that love to tan. the pool is open at all times , and your allowed to invite your family and friends ..Thats a AAAAA ++++++ for anyone who has lives in 29 Palms , knows (IF YOU WANT TO BET THE HEAT U GOT TO DIP YOUR FEET LOL ) ITS a DESCANT MOBILE HOME PARK!!! FRIENDLY MANAGEMENT !!IN PARK MAINTENANCEI LIKED I WHEN I LIVED THERE ..

Nice Friendly quite place to live shopping ,resturants within walking distance,beautiful veiw of the desert,people are friendly i like living here .the rentals a very reasonable.Nice size swimming pool.
