No one watching the kids on the climbing areas, kids were climbing unharnessed. Not enough “adult” supervision and very dirty. The virtual game was unattended completely and wasn’t working properly when set up. Not a good experience. This place could be great with a few more adults walking around making sure things were running the way they should. You’d also think with COVID they would clean and sanitize a little more! Maybe it was just tonight because I’ve heard great things about Urban Air?

My kids love this place and their monthly membership prices you cannot beat. We have already gotten our moneys worth after the second go around and we have been members for a little over a week. I have 2 daughters, one is 4 and the other just turned 3 in May and Ive gotta say Its a great place to get your kids out of the heat but still get their energy out since my youngest is like me and we get heat exhaustion really quickly. The manager, Kevin, is so kind and always has a smile on his face. The only time we had a problem was with an assistant manager who was extremely rude but corporate fixed the problem right away so thats why I am giving this place 5 stars still. So if you go I recommend getting the $6.99 or $8.99 monthly membership. They have a ton of hand sanitizer machines every where and every 30 minutes or it could be every hour they stop and remind all the guests to go to one of the many hand sanitizing stations and play the song Cupid Shuffle and all employees wear masks. Also, free refills when you buy a drink! Which is awesome because we usually get 1 and share between my husband and our kids and just refill it that way we save money. Ive tried their food too and its actually not bad whatsoever. Actually pretty yummy! I know my kids give this place more than 5 stars, they ask us every day if we can go to Urban Air and since we have memberships we literally could go everyday if we wanted. Tulsa Kids rated them #1 indoor park in Tulsa.

It would have been fun, but they only had one person doing harnesses and he was slow as Christmas! My son spent 30 minutes in line from the time he got in the harness line, then the line to the sky rider all for about a 30 second ride! And that is not an exaggeration! He also had to wait for someone to come work the rock wall area. They were just way under staffed for a Saturday afternoon Really I only saw one employee who looked like he cared about doing a good job. The rest looked like they didnt want to be there at all, and that was really disconcerting considering they were in charge of the safety of children! Other than that at least my son had fun.

We visited Urban Air on 6/25/2020 this was the best experience we have had as a family in a long time!! There was something for everyone to enjoy our family ages ranges from 2 being the youngest and 58 being the oldest and everyone had a blast!!!! The employees where very helpful Ms.Carla helped us with our check in and Mr. Jaylan and another party attended with our party room they where both really nice and followed directions very well. Ronnie, Jori went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great time out on the floor. It was nice to visit and just have fun as a family. Definitely recommend!!!!

Took the nephew for a 12 year, birthday gift. We both had way too fun and are very sore. This place is a legit workout. I am 42 years old and I was able to safely go nuts on the equipment without being in the way. Recommended.

Would give this place more stars if I could! I absolutely love taking my kids up here. I have been to other places in town and you just dont get the service like you do at Urban Air. All the staff is extremely nice and the managers Erica and Morgan were extremely helpful today answering my million questions LOL. I would come back just because of my interaction with them.

We first had our original plans at Sky Zone but they lost our business due to being snarky and having terrible management.Our trip to Urban Air was nothing shy of fun for everyone! We are so glad we went here and will be coming back again. Thank you to all the awesome staff.

Talk about a top of the line family friendly business! One of the few places I’ve ever been that has GREAT customer service. I called to book a birthday and ended up getting the most helpful person and answered all my questions and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me... come to find out it was one of the owners I believe! I was shocked, you don’t find that anywhere these days! We are now regulars and Love Urban Air! Great staff, great environment, great everything all the way around and adults have as much fun as the kids do! Would recommend to anyone!

This place was so much fun! Im the Youth Pastor of a church in Sapulpa and we got together with another group for an evening of fun. We had about 32 young people total with both groups. The prices we received so much better than we couldve hoped for! We were grateful and exhausted by the end of the day. They have so much to offer other than just trampolines. I dont think we even were on the normal trampolines the entire time. This place is loaded with so much fun. Check out there website to see what all they offer. We will definitely be going back soon. This place was so much fun! We had a blast! Its expensive but on a hot summer day to play inside in the cool air and have all of these activities to do was fantastic and totally worth it!!

The kids had a great time at Urban Air Adventure Park. They have lots of activities for kids and adults. For those not wanting to participate, you can still walk around and there is plenty of places to sit and watch. Plus there are some wonderful massage chairs that are reasonably priced! The only negative things I would say is its freezing cold in there....i mean... freezing! The other thing is that I ordered 3 things off fries and it took 40 minutes to get it and then they werent that great.

This place is fantastic it is way better then sky zone. This is our 2nd birthday party here and the kids love it. Its best just to pay to come play and not do the party that way youre not rushed.

This place has great attractions for kids to burn some energy off. There’s an indoor playground, trampolines, zip line, ropes course, warrior course over a ball pit, climbing walls, etc. The idea is incredible. I do have to agree with all of the other people posting that the customer service is seriously lacking though. When we first got there we did the self-service checkout because we assumed that would be faster. After you do the self-service you have to stand in line to get socks and wrist bands but we assumed that line would be super quick. There was only one group in front of us (they all paid together and were just waiting on wristbands and socks for them) but we still had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes because the cashiers had no system in place to deal with the two other lines. Plus every single person we encountered that worked there was incredibly rude. We hope that improves!

Family. Fun. Friendly staff.Parents pay $5.99 when they accompany a child. I met several parents that werent aware of this great incentive.We truly enjoy our visits. The facility is great with all kinds of stuff to do for most ages. We enjoyed the slam dunk and were worn out by the trampoline like wipe out game. The kids slept great, and Mom & Dad broke a sweat and enjoyed a wonderful workout both keeping up with the kiddos and playing ourselves.

Super super impressed! First time there was a birthday party. The kids had a great time & begged to go back.We went as a family last night. My husband & I got socks & jumped & ran & played with our kids for over 4 hours! We all had such a great time.Best part was the employees. Every single person in a urban air shirt we encountered was so nice! They seemed happy to be there, having fun, & also very gentle with our kids.They were attentive but not overbearing. My son attended a birthday party at the Tulsa location. He and all of his friends had a blast.As a parent, I attended the party. The staff did a fantastic job and worked great with the 11 year old kids. I thought pricing was reasonable for the party. I would definitely recommend Urban air for birthday parties.

They don’t answer the phone even if you call them over and over. we payed for someone we didn’t have time to pick up and tried to call to change the time slot but nobody ever picks up. it’s a waste of time and money.

As always this place is crazy busy but fun! I always enjoy all the exercise I get running after the kids and jumping like a child on the trampolines! Its a blast for a fair price. Check the current special prices for events online, thats where you save! Two thumbs up

I was in Sunday morning of January 26. This was about 12:15 right after open. My kids had an awesome time. The only reason I’m pushing three stars is because you had this manager, I did not catch his name. He was extremely rude to his employees. They would try to ask him a question or say something and he would tell them he did not care and to get to the spot assigned to them. As a mother I find this hurtful that he would act this way towards a teenager. I would recommend this place to anyone for a fun time. Maybe just work on those customer service skills, even if towards an employee.

Fun place for kiddos. Really works out their energy. I would reccomend parents to keep an eye on their children though, quite a lot were not following rules and restrictions. But they signed waivers beforehand so anything happens, its on them.

Have my likes and dislikes.Kids LOVED it and there is much more to do than just jump. And you dont have to select the most expensive package for the kids to have a blast. Most of the employees were courteous and kind. On the other hand. We wanted to order some pizzas we had a group of hungry kids..nope..signsaid no whole pizza orders but you could buy it by the slice..said they were backed up from parties. But the pizza by the slice never ran out...hmmmm. Then we wanted to buy a few shirts but out of 18 choices they only had 2..yes TWO choices in youth small.still had a great time all in all

We went to a birthday party here and had a blast! They have party rooms upstairs with birthday party packages to choose from. There are so many more things to do than trampolines! They have this glowing obstacle coarse that was so fun, they have indoor zip line, Balance Beam battle and more. Go check it out. Theis place has plenty of ample parking.

Just moved to Tulsa. Little cousin was in town visiting...decided to take the kids here for a test out since our kids were not a fan of another trampoline park they tried.They freaking loved it! Tons to do...found a discount online for the Platinum package ...kids stayed for 5 1/2 hours and had a blast. Nicely done. Will definitely be back.

What I expected when I came in last night was for my kids to have a exciting time, instead we come in and hear two of your managers a lady with dark black hair and the other a tall guy with glasses talking very badly about the employee’s. For a parent this makes me never want to come back to know your managers treat the kids working for this company so badly. Maybe it was a bad day for the employee they were talking about. No one ever knows exactly what someone is going through. Kindness is key. Teach the managers at your facility this or get some new ones. This place is suppose to be a family friendly place but with managers like those two it definitely is not.

My 5 star is completely based on my 2 boys having memberships. That option makes Urban air amazing, and we use those memberships all the time.

This is a family fun place and very many alternatives for all ages. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Nice snack choices and even have party planning options. General Manager, Erika is on top of everything and runs a great team and they are heavily involved in community outreach and paying it forward. Very much recommend!!!

It is impossible to cancel the membership. I’ve repeatedly made attempts to cancel and/or pause because of COVID and they just tell me it’s done and then continue to charge me full price EVERY MONTH. I’ve called. Emailed. Sent messages online. I will never do business with this company again. I mean, as soon as I can get this stupid membership cancelled anyway.

My daughter Attended birthday party tonite.. All had a wonderful time. I felt was overpriced private room 2 hours, 2 pizza, cake,10 passes 4 everything. Parents sd was worth it. Only critique was not really have play area 4 smaller kids. They have family of 6, cant leave one behind.(much as we may want 2) kids had fun so all good.

Neat place! Several things to do, very busy on weekends. Able to pay per visit or book a birthday party with private rooms and TV in each room. Not too bad on price.

I took my kids and their friends to Urban Air tonight. Each kid had purchased their voucher online and the girl at the front desk was so patient and helpful. I wish I knew her name to give her a shout out. The staff on the floor did an excellent job with all the kids. It was well staffed and employees were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean.Great experience!

My family loves all the cool and fun things to do at Urban Air. The staff are friendly and courteous. The manager, Derek, is very customer oriented, is always smiling, and is very helpful. We bought a platinum membership for my family of 6, which includes a slice of pizza and a snack. However, the pizza is not good, and our kids wont even eat it. What sucks, is that they wont allow you substitute the pizza for anything else of equal value. Also, it is difficult to understand why none of the packages do not include a drink. You would think that with the amount of money we spend we could trade something for a drink or it be included. Your only option is the water fountain or purchase an offer priced drink. Other than that we go at least twice a week.

Dodgeball was not open. If I am paying I need to know upfront what is open. My son was so upset. After driving 30minutes I was also annoyed. We would have gone to the trampoline park.

Great birthday party venue

I know we have to do these things for our kids, but it is extremely expensive in my opinion. There are so many people here. People seem to like it. My kids really enjoyed it. Its definitely sensory overload to say the least. So many different things to do for all ages. Ill be more prepared next time and bring headphones to drown out all the yelling. Was going to throw my daughters birthday party here, but changed my mind. Not something Im willing to tolerate and pay a large amount of money for. Everyones different though.

This place seriously is so big and has so many things to do that youre guaranteed to be wiped out by the time that you leave. Its best to get your waivers done online than at the park because it saves so much time. You fill one out for you and all other minors. The family pack is the best deal, its $64.99 for four kids and you get four water bottles and a pizza. The staff made things easy and took their time so I can see where a line can be formed. From the trampolines to the inside roller coaster to the wipeout and VR, there is just so much to do for all kids and adults of all ages. Seriously, do yourself a favor and get the family out there. Lockers are also free for renting so thats another plus!

Wow! Super fun! This place is such fun. They have an obstacle course, a zipline, lots of trampoline spaces, basketball and more. We had so much fun here.

Definitely a blast of fun for mom, dad and 12 & 9 yr old boys. Saturday nite. Plenty busy but the activities moved right along. All the staff practiced excellent safety considering most activities required a harness. Nice job Urban Air, well come back next time were in Tulsa.

Kids liked it, but we brought 13 people from out of state and then after we paid were told about a no re entry policy ( we wanted to go out to dinner and come back to play some more). On a previous visit I was allowed to come in and leave to pick something up at Dollar Tree and was allowed to reenter. The no reentry information is apparently available only if you buy tickets online. There is also a 2.5 hour time limit depending on which package you buy. If a cheaper package is bought its less time. Some of the staff was pretty great but they could only defer to the manager whos only training has to be just say sorry a bunch. Manager wasnt great or helpful but really should have at least tried to work something out.

My kids 6&9 had a blast! Lots of different games and activities. We did not get to do all the activites even being there 2+ hours. Much better value than a trampoline park since it is an all day price and not time limited. If you have small children then you may only get the 1st or 2nd tier since they may not be tall enough to do all the activites.

Our girls absolutely love Urban Air. We spend as much time there throughout the summer and winter months as possible. Such a fun indoor experience and is always neat to see my kids have such an amazing time. Food is good, too!

Took a group of 32 boys and the service was second to none! We were taken such great care of. The manager, Derrick is a true professional; he’s accommodating and had a plan to get all the kids checked in. It literally was the best time!

I bring my Grand kids here at least once a week. They have a blast. My son and his wife purchased a membership, so its a great deal. They get a piece of pizza and a snack every time we come here. The menu is limited, bit still something for everyone.

We usually love Urban Air, but I think it needs a little work. Some of the obstacles were closed or worn out. They needed a few more staff the day we went since there were so many children.

This is a wonderful place to take your children when it’s a rainy day or just when ever the staff is very friendly. I attended a birthday party for my niece. The party host was amazing she meet us at the door. They check in process was easy. She did everything for us. Taylor is the best party host !!

I went with my friend to go to her little brothers birthday party and went to do a yellow parlour thing with the cylinders and my foot started to cramp so I jumped down and got my hands cut because of the rope. I do understand a Rope Burn but the rope I was attached to I only assume it is supposed to go up as I go up but it did not for wear it was nothing to slow down my fall I guess is what you call it but it would help a lot if we are/were giving gloves to prevent cuts and stuff on our hands. Love the place but dont quite understand why we are not giving gloves to prevent kids like me to get cuts and stuff especially if it were a litterer kid.Maybe add gloves for an/a option.

We highly recommend Urban Air Tulsa!!! They run a great facility that many kids will enjoy. It’s a great location for parties. My grandson had a great time celebrating his 10th birthday in July.

Kids dont wanna wait for all that stuff, and Derek helped us whizz right through it quite easily so the kids could go right in and begin their adventures.He is very knowledgeable about the business details and very friendly and polite as well. Made us feel very welcome, thanks Derek!.My son loved the virtual reality, after the first game was over he peeled off the headset and exclaimed That was just FUN!Great place, we will be going back.

I had my son’s birthday party there this past Saturday and it was amazing! The party host was fairly new and it was a little unorganized at first (that happens when you are trying to wrangle 10 kids tho) but once it got going it went AMAZING!. I love how the kids can play until close if they want to even after the party ends, that is a HUGE bonus! The party host helped me transition from the party room to the table on the floor by carrying over left items. The manager Caleb, was awesome and helped with any questions I had pertaining to upgrading my party and he is so funny and personable and great with the kids. This place is a blast!

Urban Air is a great place! We took our youth group from our church and they loved it! Our staff was in on the fun as well. It is truly a place for all ages. All kinds of attractions they offer. There is no way for a person not to find something they like. The youth and adults were talking about how much they loved it and wanted to come back. I never write reviews either!!! Definitely will be back!

Me and my family came in one day, and one of the managers I’m not sure of the name but her interactions with the workers were very poor! I over heard her talking to another manager about the worker she was just talking to and I found it very unprofessional to talk about an employee in that manner. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day for the employee but I believe managers should be able to notice when something is up with their employees. I’m not sure how everyone works up there but that really stood out to me

This place is an amazing option for inside fun! The food is reasonably priced, the place is very clean, and there are many great places for parents to sit and see their kiddos playing. The Zipline is FUN - even for adults!

We had a large birthday party, and everything could not have gone any better!! All guests had a blast, the kids could not stop talking about how much fun they had, it overall was an awesome experience. The staff was wonderful and the place was amazing. We will definitely be going back, as will all of the guests. Only downside was not being able to get through on the phones, even when there were no guests in line the phones weren’t answered. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I attended a party at Urban Air and it was a really great time! The kids had a blast but the most awesome part was there was no stress on the parents! The party host was amazing! She was so much help and the parents hardly had to do anything. I am now booking my daughters party there and requesting the party host to be Taylor! We can’t wait!!

Kids all enjoyed the visit and had fun. I would have given the experience 5 stars if the lighting was adjusted. The constant multi-colored fast strobe lighting and loud music was challenging. If you have children with light sensitivity or sensory processing disorders, this is not the place for you. I just wanted to say pick a light color already! Fun idea for lighting - not so fun affects on kids with sensory challenges.

My daughter had her birthday party here and she had a blast! The little girl hosting her party was absolutely amazing. (Hannah) She goes to Booker T Washington. I can’t remember her name but she was a doll. She even let my daughter get on the overhead announcements to call everyone into the party room when it was time. She went above and beyond and I couldn’t ask for a better hostess.
