Today was the Celebration for my daughters 15th birthday!! She chose to have it at.... MAIN EVENT!!! It turned out FANTASTIC!!****THANK YOU KYLIE AND RYAN, our Personal Party Hostesses. They were AMAZING!! And everything turned out perfect!! Everybody had an absolute BLAST, here!!Thank you MAIN EVENT!!!

For my Family and I it was our 1st time visiting. I thought they could have had used a few extra employees, but over all my kids had a blast and thats all I really was hoping for. So thank you for awesome time tonight.

Our party was scheduled for 3:30 - 5:30. Immediately upon arrival, we were told pizza would be served, then gifts/cake and activities. Had I known that this was the order of activity I would have scheduled closer to mealtime. Kids werent’’t hungry at 3:30 and two of our three pizzas were boxed up in to-go containers. At 4:30 our group was ushered to the gravity ropes. There were 12 kids in our group and they only got 10 minutes on the course. With that many kids in a party, some of the kids barely got to set foot on the course. I would not choose this option again for a group as it was not nearly enough time. As the kids were wrapping that up at around 4:45 our party host informed me that we had to clear out our area because another large party was coming in that required use of our space. I questioned her that I thought we had the reserved space until 5:30 and she replied that is typically the case but since there was a large group coming they needed all of the space. I didn’t argue, the party host had no control over the situation so I obliged and honestly I just wanted to enjoy my kid celebrating his day with his friends rather than moving our party to a locker. The kid’s cups were thrown away and they had no drinks for play time so I had to purchase additional drinks on top of the $25/kid I had already paid. We were in the facility until 7:15 pm and no other group used our reserved space or the one next to it. We were not given our designated space for the advertised time. I really feel like Main Event didn’t provide everything that is promised in the package. Why pay for a two-hour party when I could just show up with 12 kids and actually take our time to enjoy the facility and engage with the guests and families rather than be rushed in and out? It didn’t ruin my kids’ party at all, the kids had a blast! But the parents hanging out were making comments about how rushed we were and for that, I was a bit embarrassed and immediately regretted spending $400+ on an organized event. Sent this information to Main Event following event and there was no follow up so posting here to inform other parents planning parties of our experience.

I am here right now and it is awesome! All the workers are super nice and very helpful! Monday nights for 10.95 you can either do all the activities or all the arcades all night. The activities include : bowling , Lazer tag, pool tables, and gravity walk. They also have a really cool vertical game.

I went to Main Event a couple weekends ago and it was a lot of fun. They have a bar and I got a couple Long Island Ice Teas which were good. We mostly played a variety of different arcade games. The games which were in an enclosed space were closed due to the virus. Only a single player was allowed to play certain multiplayer games due to the virus. The only reason I didnt give Main Event 5 stars is because there wasnt any way to know that a game was restricted to single player until you attempt to add credits to the second player and find that they were added to the first player. I will definitely return though.

Staff wasnt much help at all on the games (which half were broken or took your money) and since covid is around and theres no actual menu except the one you scan a sticker to get on your phone (which didnt work for half the people in our party for some reason). It was a bad experience over all I will not ne goin back to this particular location.

It was fun. Food was good. But half of the machines were turned off due to covid. And about 1/4 of the powered ones did not work well or at all... so not a great first experience. But will probably give it another shot.

The food wasnt quite worth the price but overall its a fun place. The rope course instructors (Noah and Terran) were extremely helpful and supportive, especially when it came to the kids, and all the other games and activities were well ran. Great place for family fun.

First time in. And was a very very good time. Some of the employees kinda rude but you can tell they was overwhelmed. So definitely will be giving them a second chance..

The family and I had a wonderful time! There was a bowling alley and a ropes course that the kids really enjoyed. Plus there was this worker named Terran and his service was exceptional! I recommend Main Event for any fun event (birthday parties, first dates, family night etc.). Whatever your expecting at Main Event, I promise you wont be disappointed.

Here today hanging out with my youngest son. He turned 15 last week. A post birthday celebration.

Very fun place. The bar has amazing drinks and whatnot. The only issue I have is some of the activities are overpriced.

Me and the boys were ecstatic to absolutely tear up the lanes on a humid Friday night; however, the lanes were dryer than the Sahara Desert and sand paper combined. I, a young Pete Weber, wasn’t even able to break 100 due to the horrendous dry conditions of the lanes. To make matters worse, I got bodied by my buddies who are STRAIGHT BOWLERS due to the lanes not being able to handle my superb spinning mechanics. I’m undisputedly renowned as the sweatiest bowler in the Tulsa metropolitan area, and after bowling here, my title is at stake.Nevertheless, the bartenders make a stiff double whiskey coke, and it was still a fun night out with the boys.4/5 stars because I genuinely love Main Event, but the lanes need some major oil work.

The kids had a great time on the ropes and playing laser tag. The $20 pass was the best value. There is a full bar and several billiards tables. The pizza was as good as could be expected from a place like this. The VR experience was definitely worth the visit! Clean facilities and lots of games and noise. Not much food selection, went somewhere else to eat for cheaper. Most of the games were down like last time or took our money. I don’t think they care to fix them. Bowling was fun though!

Took them an hour to make a salad. Unacceptable considering we were the only ones there eating. Then when the kids went to play their games, their cards didn’t work.

Its a cool place to your family and friends too

Most of the games the girls tried to play were not working. Some games would allow you to swipe your card and take the money but not start the game. After several ppl swipped on a few games the maintenance finally deactivated the swiper.Not a great experience for us.

Overall had a great time with family, but honestly, the service was horrible. The Workers could clearly see us sitting in Labellas pizza Mind you, we had just ordered. With no notice or even an acknowledgment, a worker with a man bun shut off all of the lights and machines. Im not sure if hed just expect us to move or what exactly was supposed to happen. Honestly, it was very rude and I would not recommend eating here if thats the case. Sept, 26th 2020 12:36 a.m .....

Good arcade, food and drinks a little high, but not bad. Come afternoon or early evening to have it pretty much to yourselves.

A few of the games did not work. We spent money on the game was not refunded the credit. They did a fantastic job of cleanliness and following the safety guidelines.

Great games. Loved the bowling alley. Had a great time.

Sunday (8/23/20) was my first time at Main Event. I was a little disappointed. Id say only about half of the arcade games were actually available for customers to play, the other half were out of service yet they were still plugged in and turned on. Several of the games that were available took points off our cards but didnt actually let us play. No one was working the concessions so I had a find an associate to get me a soda.On a lighter note, the staff was friendly.

Great place to take your family. They have bowling, pool tables, laser tag, like a jungle jim high wire walk. And video games.

2nd trip to main event. We planned my sons birthday party through the main event. The party went off perfect without any issues. The pizza was awesome, the birthday desserts were a huge hit. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We of course went during the covid times yet everything was well laid out and fun for all. The boys played laser tag and arcades. They loved the virtual reality games the most and spend tons of time doing that. The staff was night and day different this trip. We will definitely be back. One of the mothers signed up for her daughters birthday after coming to out party.The facility and entertainment was very nice and very enjoyable. The food was all great. We were a group of 8 adults that all had a great time, however... almost all the staff was very short with us and seemed very put out by having to help us. Game instructions were very limited and not clear at all, that was ok for a group of adults but my own children would have had issues following their instructions. All said I would still consider taking my children.

Great place to go for bowling and I loved the wrist band idea all you can play bowling pool and other stuff for 20 dollars a person not bad.

It was a fun place to go have fun with the family. The only problem is they really dont have very many things for the smaller children. But the staff was really good at helping us find things for them to do.

Fun, but lots of issues. Very pricey gaming and food. Some of the waitstaff is great, but Ive seen them turning off lights and cleaning floors early to get people to leave, the regular bartenders tend to ignore customers for long periods of time, the employees behind the desk are usually unfriendly and unhelpful. There is no recognizable manager presence, and there are tons of broken arcade games and laser tag guns for weeks on end. The activities are fun, going with friends makes it fun, but the rest is pretty bad. Hopefully they will work on these issues, I will keep going back and change the rating if they improve.

Great day. The all day pass for $20 is awesome.Just be sure if you are going to eat that you check out the menu before getting game cards. Can get meal and card for basically same price as the $20 card.

I am never dissatisfied with this place. Basically every day you can play any of their games for 7.99 each. I always have a girls night and go there. If you go after 10pm you can order off their$5 menu... Its hard to beat that! Would definitely recommend if youre looking for something fun to do.

Had our work Christmas party here. We had an hour to play games, thats not really my thing so that was so so. There was a vr game that four if its waited to play, but they couldnt get it booted. Many of our party bowled, but I didnt, so I cant say what that was like. I did do the laser tag, which was a while lot of fun, very similar to laser quest except we didnt get to choose the names on our guns. Our lunch was pizza, which was good. In all, a fun party, Id go back to play laser tag but probably wouldnt go back for the games.

Place is Funnish. Bowling lanes were packed and there was a two hour wait. Bar packed with only two bar tenders to work it, one of which was new and he wasnt great. Getting service took forever. The drinks were alright not great. But peoples kids seemed yo be enjoying the electronic games. We had a pretty good night all in all.

This place was cool because it had a lot of games and stuff to do and the chocolate gelato was my favorite. The only bad thing is the ladder tag room wasnt very big and not very well thought out.

Good place to enjoy.. We enjoy ti the max the laser and gravity ropes. Only thing we didnt like was the crazy evil videos they had in the screen at the bowling and Music was way too loud.

$20 for all you can play Laser Tag, Bowling, and Rope Course. Laser tag was what you’d expect and the food is mediocre. Not to say it’s bad or good, it’s just what you’d expect, but they cool it fast. Bar and Bartenders really make a big difference and earned this place it’s second star. 1/3 of the games are broken or out of service. All the games need a good Clorox wipe down. I spent about $60 here between drinks and the game pass and the arcade games.

The venue was really nice, but the young lady at the bar was prejudice and I was so disappointed. I shouldnt had let it bother me, but it did. Im from Houston TX there enjoying time with fellow educators after our day 1 conference and I didnt expect this. Not happy with that, but enjoyed bowling.

A little disappointed. We want May 19th a few day after they Re-open the store from the Covid-19 is shut down. I took my cousins and sisters here for my sisters birthday, the staff working the Gravity ropes and laser tag that day were so rude , setting up a time frame yet to be 30 mins late with an Attitude (Twice) . Most people would be grateful to even have a job back after reopening from this pandemic. It’s a family Environment, they should put smiles on their faces instead of looking Depressed, all and all they should have a small talk with them or hire others that will make this place a FUN Environment. The front desk people were very friendly and the bar service was Excellent . We spent 8 hours here and looking forward to coming back soon since the kids had soo much fun and keep talking about going back!Don’t forget to bring Hand moisturizer. The Hand sanitizer at main event can dry up your hands btw

Need a spot to kill some time after a wrestling tournament. Main Event provided a well needed distraction and relaxing time. 10/10 will come again. I just wish they offered timed arcade play more frequently.

TIts a fun place to go, but to me anything you eat or drink is very expensive. I recommend eat before you go. But it is a place where you find real size billiards tables. Its just hard to maneuver around them since they are di close together.

Fun place for family and kids

Great place to take the family for hours of fun. The wrist bands are a good deal and allow unlimited bowling, laser tag, and so on. You have to pay extra for games if you want tickets for prizes, otherwise you can add on an hour of unlimited game play to your wrist band for $10, you just dont receive tickets. Food is ok, kinda pricey, but what do you expect in a place that has everything?

The best place to have a birthday party, hands down. So much fun for all.

Pool and shuffle board are practically free... The place is clean as a whistle and tons of modern entertainment. it can be expensive but realistically (and Im a cheap penny pincher) the value for dollar is very good, and so many options in one place...

Family had a great time and my son may have spent the entire visit in the laser tag if he hadnt also found the VR!

Showed up for a party of 16 boys. The event coordinator on the phone got the date wrong - My fault for not checking details close enough. The manager quickly made arrangements for our party to continue as planned. Very impressed with the service we received!

Its a fun place. Sadly, I wasnt able to play the Beat saber game because it was broken, and missed my first game of laser tag because there was no announcement. Fairly recently, my brother went, and a good amount of the games were broken (including beat saber, sadly) and the only working ones were crane games and keymasters.

Took the family there, the wife and three kids and was going to eat then play. After waiting and waiting I had to flag down a server as we needed some help with our ordering. Then once we finally got to order the wait was one again and they was not even busy. A manager finally got our food for us and once they brought our food to us my toddler dropped his hot dog on the floor before taking a bite and the server said they would take it back and refry it to make it clean! I could not believe that, I said no way are you kidding me I just need a new one. Gross right! The food was not good at all either it all looked like some old leftovers and really dry. We got finished eating and played for a while and I decided I wanted some nachos and thought how can you mess up nachos well they was able to make the worst nachos ever. Cold, dry and just bad. I am not being picky either I promise you it was terrible. Anyway in conclusion, IF you decide to go to this place, eat before you go and then get ready to pay $1.50 to $3.50 per arcade game. My advice would be to just find a better way to spend your money, especially if your like me and can only afford to do something like this once in a blue moon. I should have taken some pics.

My daughter had a great time for her bday. The food and drinks were good. However, our server wasnt very attentive and came off a bit rude. Dont remember his name. He has a ponytail and seems to be in his late 40s.

So disappointed. We waited for five minutes to pay to get in. We were watching the guy count change after he had just helped four people in front of us. Then we went bowling. Our order took 25 minutes to get there. There was no staff at the bowling area. We ordered a water and then another 20 minutes later he delivers it to the WRONG table. We had no staff and the people were even kind when they decided to help us. I will not be returning to this location.

No sign saying seat yourself when you walk in. No one greets you or lets you know what parts have servers working at them. Finally went to the bar after standing around at the counter. Last working at the bar acted like we were making things inconvenient by being there. We asked if it was self seating or if we would be seated. The response was just tell me where you are going and I will seat you. Once we were seated we had to clean the sick table, menus, and kiosk. My wife ordered water and root beer for myself. Then Im told they are switching out the syrup. I can get that, but 10 minutes go by and its still not there? Ordered an appetizer and a side of BBQ. The onion rings came out (all 6 of them) that were ordered for 7.99 and no sauces it normally come with. As it was slammed down in my table and the bartender walks off I knew I was just about done with place. There is no reason for this when it is 150pm on a Thursday and there are only 4 people in the food area. So I walk up to the bar where she is serving the only other two people here and after she takes there money she walks off. I finally get her to acknowledge me so I can ask for a manager. After waiting another 10 minutes we get to talk to a manager and let her know what is going on. Her response is that sometimes it self seat and sometimes its not. She says she was sorry about the wait and that the onion rings only get 2 sauce. I let her know we have not eaten any food and we also have not drank any of the root beer that finally made it to the table so we were going to be leaving. She said ok.So ends my first and only trip to Main Event where the main event is a lack of service and care for its customers.

Had fun with family playing games

I will never go back. Service was horrible. Food came out stale after a long wait. We were told a 2 hour wait for bowling and we were still on the waiting list when we left 3 hours later. I had ordered a beer and then went to play pool, played 2 rounds, tabbed out and THEN got my beer. This place is a joke.
