My son had his 7th birthday party at Skyzone and let me say it was the best experience EVER!! My kids have had birthday parties pretty much anywhere a kid can have a party and it’s not always smooth sailing. Our bday hostess was amazing. She helped with everything and was there the whole time making sure everyone had what they needed. The room was perfectly set up and decorated. The play space is big enough for everyone to run around but no so big you never see your party guests. This is the place for a fun, easy, stress free party!!

Check in and purchased was efficient, workers were vigilant and one in particular was very energetic and engaging. He played tag with the younger children and appeared to enjoy his job! Only tiny fault was having the start time before our bunch took off shoes and put stuff away for $18 plus tax we want whole time. We did stay on for 10 minutes more.

Have a 3 year old, 2 months ago I b0ught a membership , took my child 2 times , after the second time my child got very sick the next day with fever of 104 that would not go down , after that and due to covid ramping up again i called to cancel , the person said they would take care of cancelling , well today i got charged again , this is not right, i am not taking my child to skyzone and i was told this wouldnt happen.

Very pricey, i toke my kid to play he is 2 years unfortunately he cant play by himself so i had to pay 17 more dollars just to wach him up there, no fair , the place smells very bad and no sanitize person cleaning for covid 19

Me and my family were guests from out of town. Eva and Daniel . made sure that our party was happy and that our needs were met. I would highly recommend this guy zone. And all the other employees or extremely helpful and you can Steve and sanitizing and mopping all over the place. I was really far away from the jump song and you can still smell that they were thoroughly cleaning everything.

Not for adults!! My wife and I went on a Tuesday to avoid kids, there was maybe 3 other kids and 5 employees. First time weve been to a trampoline park. We started jumping and three employees made a beeline to us, made my wife super uncomfortable. We stopped and moved to other stuff and the other two employees started following us. I can understand watching kids but were adults and we werent doing anything wrong. Tried playing dodge ball but the employees joined in and called some kids over. We paid for an hour and left in under 30 minutes, definitely will not be going back. I guess its just designed for kids, wish they said that before taking my money (I asked and they said all ages.)

If you are only looking for a fun place to take your child(ren) this is a great place. Our son is 8 and always has a great time. They have a variety of activities to keep kids of all ages having fun. However, if you value and expect effective and honest communication I wouldnt consider getting a membership. We had an elite membership for our son which included a discount for concession items, free parent jump, and unlimited Glow nights, among other things. One day my husband took our son for a jump and was told it would be an extra charge for him to jump with our son. I had a screen shot of the membership amenities that said otherwise. When our local stay-at-home orders started we received no communication stating when they would close. That was no big deal, as we werent going to risk going even if they were open. The problem is that we received no communication when they reopened and started recharging for memberships. When we noticed we were charged we called to cancel as two in our family are high risk. When looking at their website for the number to call I noticed they had added an Elite+ membership and Im assuming our Elite membership amenities changed when they added this new level of membership. Of course, we received no communication that there would be a change to our membership amenities. They send an email after each visit so I know they have a way of reaching out to members. We had intended to renew our membership once it was safe for us to do so, but I feel the purposeful lack of communication is a shady. We most likely will not renew for this reason.

Would give this place a zero star rating if possible.Checking in for my nieces birthday and was told that I would have to pay to attend my 2 year old on the trampoline. I was more than willing to sign a waiver releasing reliability but was not willing to pay if I was not going to jump and just be near by to attend if my little one got hurt.The front desk receptionist was very rude and made a snarky comment “isn’t that what the other kids are for?” I kindly let her know that they are not adults and are under the age of 11, no they can not attend to my daughters needs if she were to get hurt.I let them know that I had gone to the Edmond Sky Zone for another BDay party and they let me sit on the side all I had to do was sign the waiver and didn’t not need to pay.Then the supervisor shared that in order for the waiver to be valid I had to pay. I’m sorry but that’s just greedy and not great customer service considering they are a children’s based establishment.You not only lost my business but my family’s business for our birthday party and any future events.

Really fun place to have a birthday, or just chill with friends. A bit pricey but not too, too bad. Definetly get your moneys worth here.

Attended a childs bday party there. Not safe during pandemic. Children flipping flying landing and saliva everywhere. Snooty moses. Zero sanitizing stations. And I didnt the ventilation was adequate. Employees were wearing masks though but the only other masks I saw a couple adults had on. Places like this should not be open at this time.

I just came from a birthday party here. Food bar had very little selection and was overpriced. Besides the trampolines there was almost nothing else to do. Its also pretty expensive since most of the time you have to buy time. Time runs out and your kids want to jump more? Better pony up some more cash. Its also, as you can imagine pretty loud.All the kids had an absolute blast.Maybe Im just old and hate everything.

It was really fun and the staff was really nice so I recommend to go and have fun for kids and adults

I just LOVE Sky Zone, I bring a 4 year old and a 7 year old to jump, they just love coming here to get their excercise. They have so much for them to do, it is very bright, the helpers are wonderful they help my 4 yr old get in the swings, also they have a trapeze swing both girls love it. We have been to the other one but the 4 old always got hurt by the other kids they did not watch the kids very well at the other place.Thank you sky zone for having a fun and safe place for little ones.

Took the kids on a Sunday morning at opening and it was not very busy. It was well kept and clean. There were several employees there to watch over the different areas. You will have to purchase socks for 2.00 if you havent been before so be sure to hang onto them for return trips. My kids did the 1 hour session and it seemed to be enough time for them to enjoy the different activities. They place a sticker on their backs with the time their session ends.There are 4 main areas that were open while we were there. The giant foam pit seemed to be their favorite (6 and 7 years old). I imagine during busier times the 1 hour session might not have been enough.If it is your first time there you will have to sign a waiver but it was a painless process. They have kiosks setup to make it easy to register and sign the waivers.It is a great place to take the kids to wear them out and all in all I would say a good experience.

There were 3 older kids jumping and my 3 year old. We asked a few of the 5 team members working to open the toddler area. They wouldn’t open it because “they weren’t that busy”. I paid $20 for my 3 year old to jump in 1 area. We will not be back.

Sure if one was wearing covid detection goggles one would find the virus dripping from every post and smeared between every fiber of trampoline mesh, but still a good time. A little too expensive for what they currently offer.

It was amazing I brought my niece and nephew and they had a blast! Staff was great also, I met the staff rodney at dodge ball. Great with the kids. And this other staff I forgotten his name but he had dreadlocks and gave my nephew a dollar for his birthday.

One of the worst experiences I have personally ever been a part of at an establishment. The girl at the register told me my 1 YEAR OLD son could jump with his mom for 30 minutes after I signed a waiver for him and also paid for him and his mother. After jumping for about 5 minutes they came out and said that his mother could not hold him while they jump. Then the girl at the register am told them she didn’t say we could, they acted very poorly about the whole situation, never be back.

Busy place! Bit even on a busy day it was super fun! Lots of employees watching....good seating for parents.

Very expensive and you have to pay by the hour AND socks. Not as many activities for the kids to so as urban air. Staff at front were unhelpful and rude.

Weve experienced multiple trampoline places, and this one takes the cake! There are great options for all ages--mini challenge courses, rock climbing wall, basketball hoops at different heights, dodgeball, and more.My only suggestion is that the dodgeball area should be better monitored so that smaller kiddos like my 8 and 10-year-olds dont get clobbered by teenagers; perhaps allowing younger ones to have 10 minutes without big kids playing would be helpful.

Kids had a good time bouncing on the trampolines and diving into the foam pit. Service was good. Food and drinks were average, but a little pricey.

SkyZone offers hours of fun for my kids and me. The kids absolutely love it here!

My daughter loves this place! I love that they have a concession stand and ample space for adults to relax and watch TV while the littles jump! Will definitely continue to go as we have been many times already

We checked in told them it was my 1st time there, granted I was a 3yr old so we had an hour to 10:25 am. 11:00 am comes they close, I said hey I thought it was till 11:30 am (toddler time) one of the workers said no not even additional pay time. Which wasnt the overhead announcement? They should have told me at check-in & no managers called me back.

Reasonable prices are a great point for this place but not the main reason I like it. My main reason is that they are heavily staffed so there is always someone watching out for the kids that play there which makes it feel like a safe environment to take kids. Its pretty fun for adults as well and when you go you dont have to worry to much about your child accidently getting hurt because they take a multitude of safety percitions. Its great for birthdays but priced well enough that you can visit often

Excellent place to take kids and keep them active while having loads of fun! We were first introduced to sky zone at a birthday party and I was surprised by what all they offer. So we came back and played. They are heavily staffed in all areas. Cashiers / and trampoline guards. They have massage chairs for adults to sit in and relax while kids play. Clean restrooms. Snack bar. Arcade games. And a lounge area. Friendly staff that’s always alert to the situations going on. One staff member really stood out among the rest. Tyler. He was great with the younger kids and showed them how to do different things. Even played with my daughter when she challenged him to see who could do the best tricks. I really think this is a great option to take your kids and feel safe while they play. We loved it so much we even got the membership for unlimited jump time. Plus side for me she even gets a drink and snack every time she goes. If she jumps twice a month it’s paid for itself. So it’s a no brainer for us. Especially since it’s winter months and kids can’t always play outside.

Love the new stuff. I havent been there since they took the SkyFit away but all the extras, climbing etc makes up for it.

This is a really fun place. I went during toddler time and the kids had a bunch of fun. It is a bit pricey though, and they dont point out that you have to buy $3 socks for everyone that is going to jump. So for 3 adults and 3 toddlers it was over $60. You do get a lot of fun stuff though. Rock climbing wall, large trampoline areas with trampolines for walls, foam pits to jump into and more. So its really just a question of whether you are willing to spend some decent coin for 90 minutes of a really fun time.

Just had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here today and we had an absolute blast!! I appreciated the help so much and my party host was the sweetest, thank you Lynn and Skyzone!! :)

Skyzone holds a Toddler Time every Tuesday & Thursday from 9:30am - 11:00am. This time is specifically for children age 1-5. The price is reasonable and its really nice to not have to worry about the older kids trampling your kid. Children are $10 and adults are $5 (if they choose to jump). Definitely recommend Skyzone Toddler time as a fun activity for indoors when the weather isnt great.

This is great for toddlers on Tuesday mornings they blow up a huge slide and Paw Patrol is there well big costumes guys lol but the kids love it

My wife and I had a blast jumping on glow night. It was 20 dollars per person for two hours plus an additional 3 dollars for the socks. The park got crowded at some points but we never thought it was overwhelming. Overall we had fun. I would recommend that they expand the general jumping area.

Its a bit expensive for our large family; but, we enjoyed our visit and used a Groupon special. Clean location. Helpful staff. Be prepared to buy their socks and bring money for drinks. The kids will be tired when their time is up.

A fun place for kids of multiple ages to go burn off some of that excess energy! The facility is in good shape and is well maintained. The staff is nice and attentive. Located at Memorial and 61st St, its pretty easy to find, although the traffic can sometimes be a challenge. They are currently under minor construction adding new activities to keep the experience fresh. However, this does create some minor challenges to accommodate the change.

Although the place was small, the kids had a blast. I wish there were some more comfortable chairs for the parents or adults who arent jumping to seat on but other than that cool place to take kids with plenty of energy.Overall, the place is fun and it was clean as well.

Usually have a great time this last time, not so much. I tried to get an hour back on a 3 hour voucher I redeemed, they usually do it no problem even though the fine print of it states that its supposed to be used in one visit. I didnt mind the fact that they didnt want to give me a voucher since it was against the rules. I did mind being treated like I was dumb for asking about something that wasnt complicated by two of the girls at the counter. Bad customer service sometimes, great place to take your kids or a date otherwise. Still disappointed in the staff

An amazing place for kids to be active. I would say its completely safe, but there were 2 grown men that decided to play dodgeball against my 9- and 10-year old sons. They were amped up on protein shakes and Cialis and took things a little too seriously. Other than that, my kids had a blast. Theres a warped wall and other American Ninja Warrior-type obstacles. Well worth the modest price.

Im only able to give 3 stars and this pains me because we usually love all the sky zones we attend, and the one we frequent in Springfield has a much friendlier staff. My familys bad experience started the moment we walked in the door, with our waiver ready in hand,Groupon ready to scan, and socks in tow; She ask if I had the actual app to click Groupon used and I didnt have my internet on or the app downloaded, she rolled her eyes and had to walk a foot away to grab a tablet that took literally 5 seconds to scan, back with another dirty look and filthy attitude she threw their stickers and said, very hateful, put em on their backs I replied thank you (as I was polite the entire time) and she just snarled.. so back to happy ready to jump, my kids were trampled everywhere they went .. we drove 100 miles to have 60 minutes to jump and practice their gymnastics (my daughter just accomplished her back handspring) this place is usually (.. And always at the other location we frequent) safe , my daughter stays in front of the workers and this guy let every single child bounce and flop and knock over my daughter in her own square ..happened yesterday and today she is still upset about it.. aside from my cons, the place is clean, in a great quiet location, and they do a contest for customers (which I love when a company gives back to (actual paying )customers!!!

My grandchildren will love to go to Sky Zone and its good exercise I dont get to go very often because its cost money and its a good place for children

We went to toddler time to see at least a dozen kids far older than the listed age limit of five. Big kids were pushing, stepping over, and being incredibly rude to the little ones. When a member of our group mentioned this to the manager the response was, its ok we charged them more?????That helps no one but you! Are you kidding me. Not only that, they told the kid that was causing chaos to be nice and then left him to run around. He remembered our group (I was not the one talking with management) so he got up in my face telling me he was four (he was at least 10-12) and no one cares about the rules anyways. If your charging ten dollars to get in, plus 2 dollars for socks all with the written understanding that this is a time for toddlers, then make it toddler time! I will never go back to toddler time!

I had a Birthday Party set for my daughter today which was fun and they all had a blast... I was just dissatisfied with the host rushing us through the party so she could get the next party set up. They definitely need to give you more than 40 minutes for the party. They need to be organized and schedule the parties they have in between more than a 20 minutes apart. I paid alot of money and being rushed upset me!! Definitely will not have another Birthday Party there EVER again

Most fun Ive had in a long time. All ages welcome. Theres even plenty places to just sit and watch the kids jump around. They have American Ninja Warrior course, ziplines, rock walls to climb, trampoline dodgeball, and all kinds of different things to be a kid again. Its kinda pricey but well worth it. I was sore for about a week trying to keep up with my kids there. It was a blast though and they loved every minute of it. Definitely wore them out so bad we wasnt out of the parking lot and they were out. Good family fun. Amazing.

Workers are very nice and Im happy they are cleaning everything but i didnt like when they were closing some of the areas after I already paid for 5 children. So i had to tell them they cant do that.. There was 20 mins left but other than that it was great.
