They have really done a nice job removing the Sabin Pond dam and restoring the area to its natural beauty. There are trail maps available, a nice big pavilion with bathrooms and a drinking fountain with really cold water. There is a small building with a green roof, with all kinds of plants growing on top. There is a lookout not far away where you can see a lot of the restored river.

Beautiful! Restful! Heartbreaking. Hard to see the area we fished in our rowboat & on the ice....gone. Brought back many memories The hardest was the 1st time I saw (from the road) the water drained from the pond by Cass Rd.
