Nobody is EVER in the office the sign says I’ll be back “whenever” that’s a lie they never come back. They shut your utilities off without you being late even though it’s actually illegal to shut off utilities for a child under the age of one. This is literally a lawsuit waiting to happen. Trying to buy my home was a nightmare and the original home I looked at the lady in the front desk sold out from under us after we started the process. This place is a joke we need better staff that can actually do their job

They lie about the price of the rent my rent is suppose be 850$ a month and I havent paid that since I moved in my rent has been over 940$ Im ready to move out of here

The property manager Betty, is one of the finest young women Ive ever met. They are really getting this trailer park together I love the way its a community. I absolutely love living here

They sell trailer and good jus fix and that all a new home to have and live plus the community is really quiet

My son lives there this wife but the pool is really dirty & on the 4th of July the lady from the office was so rude & obnoxious & send we couldnt throw fireworks.

For 3 years we have been told maintenance has the work order but the work that got done was minor things. Not done: mold/mildew; weather stripping; water leak that has some flooring iffy. They put plywood over it...told my son he was not heavy and would not fall through. Temp manager was great and really tried.

Bad and dangerous area. Cheap to buy homes but expensive for lot rent and once trailor is ur yours, you cannot move it from there

Water goes off all the time. Two mentally challenged residents have been with out heat all winter.. could not pay me to move back there

You see a lot of baggy pants wearing hanging out at the park at night type of kids that give the good ones out there a bad name and look. I love being able to see my family, and pool
