The Neighborhood itself is pretty quite, its family oriented. I just wished they would maintain the property better, it used to look really nice, but now I have to call them to let them know my grass needs to be cut, which is crazy and the front always looks nice, but after the pool, it looks horrible!!!

My family moved to The Meadows so that we could save $$ to purchase a home. Management is pretty good and maintenance staff is great! However, I caution anyone reading this NOT to rent lot 223. According to long time tenants, each time a new tenant moves in the same things occur and tenants don’t stay long. In the last 7 months weve had 7 slashed tires, 3 broken house windows, and a slashed patio furniture cover. My husband and I have caught the same neighbor on camera several times walking into our yard and kicking in the siding of the house. We have filed 2 police reports and notified the leasing office. To date, no action has been taken. Today was the latest occurrence and we have arranged to be out by Feb. 1st. Decent community, just don’t move into lot 223.

Called The Meadows this morning to find out details of what and they said that they dont accept undocumented people .Thank youWill spread the word !!!!

The Meadows Managers and staff are the best. I manage the Bayhead Manufactured Housing Community which is also managed by Newby Communities. And when we need assistance they do not hesitate to help. Proud to be their sister property!

Child please....hot mess

Being that I was only there for a few minutes on business. I would say that it seems to look a lot better than it did a few years ago. It earn a reputation of being a bad place to live. Its cleaned up not bad. Nothing bad to about them.

I been living in the meadow about 2 months with my kids and I like the peace and quiet. One thing I can say I can sleep at night.

I would not even give them one star they never fix anything and are very rude

Always seems clean, take care of complaints in a timely manner. Not very concerned with how well things are fixed but it gets done. Rent is cheap.

My experience with the Meadows was ok. Then Ms. Gail the property manager change. She say one thing but means another. Rent goes up every year plus late charges. Yes i moved and moved in something very nice thanks to help from the VA for veterans. I will advice no one to go to thw meadows if u do u will see and find out what Im saying.

Clean grounds bball court for kids ..

Bed bugs and roaches from the neighbours to your place its infested. My Aunt moved because bed bugs were in her mobile home.

The pool not open on weekend (memorial weekend at that) , not friendly maintenance and security at the grounds...

I only stayed a year until my home was being finished. Not a place I would live longer in, it was just a quick temporary move, trust me its still in the bottom as it was awhile back. Management changed but how they talk to people. Its a revolving door new people all the time

Ive been here for over two years. The place is starting to go downhill. See all the drugs dealers hanging out at 2:15am. No security in this place. Have had a bike stolen of my front yard. Kids spray painting the house, Where is this community security that they advertise? Loud music playing all night long and a lot of drug deals going on. Tired of calling TPD, they are about worthless. This is got be to be lowest paying trailer park in Tallahassee. You try to get things accomplished by managers and you will end up with a run around,Most of the teenagers that live here are Thugs.Want to run the streets all day long with there pants showing there boxer shorts. Wake up people. Not the look of someone looking for a job.

The Meadows is improving more and more each day. I am loving the changes and improvements happening at The Meadows.

I have been here for almost three years. Within the past few months, I have seen major improvements. New management and new ownership seems to be working.

It is place where you cant do better but you got be thankful until you can do better and thank god for it some where is better then no where
