Decent course with a great variety of shots from wide open to trees that are tricky to get around but it was a challenge to find tee pad #1 and found myself throwing at the wrong baskets sometimes. And first time I have ever encountered bitting gnats!!

Nice clean park. Frisbee golf enthusiasts will love it. Some nice pavilions and grill/fireplaces. Bring your own grill grate to fit over the fireplace some have no grating. Nice overlook of the river too.

Great disc golf course, been playing a lot over the summer and fall season and its been fun everytime.

Lots of room to walk, play, picnic. Disk golf course, walking path, playground, BBQ grills, picnic tables, Historical Indian site, river view, fishing....

Nice big park with plenty to do. Has disc golf course, baseball diamonds, nice walking paths, playgrounds, plenty of picnic tables some with grills. My opinion the gazebo could use some touching up and the grounds could be better maintained. Overall a good park though.

This is a beautiful park filled with lovely mature trees and walking and biking trails. It also satisfies fishermen.

Ive loved this park since , I was a little girl back in early 70s. So Glad I get to share it with my children .

Really fun outdoor area, so much to do. Indoor bathrooms provided too, and plenty of play areas for kids and walking tracks.

Its a great Park to walk in, but this late in the year, they need a portable potty or something the bathrooms are locked at the pavilions. But otherwise a nice place to walk, it has a paved bike path/walking path.

Best park in sterling rock falls over 18 holes and some are very long must play

Great family picnic place. Play ground area for younger kids, frisbee golf for teens. Several of covered picnic areas with grills. As well as the trails with outstanding views to be enjoyed by all.

One of the best places around together with all of our people that we love for Easter every year and any other reason we can think of, two disc golf and just chat and hang out and eat a lot of food. Love this place its been in our lives for over 25 years

Large area for kids to play walk the dog and frisbee golf course is pretty sweet. Ground needs some maintenance but for the most part nice place. Oh and use the restroom before you come.

At least for today 5/05/19 there was a broken top of a ceramic toilet. In the pavilion when I visited. It was all in pieces inside the pavilion. So I am assuming thats why the Restroom was locked. I wish if they knew that happen they could have picked up the broken pieces so no one would get hurt. But Im not sure if they knew.Im happy we have this park in our area just want it to be attended when not safe. I am sorry I do not know how to report it. If anyone does please do. Very nice park otherwise.

I spent a little time visiting with one of my best friends said I went to Woodlawn school with Craig Bradley.It was nice to see him I will be seeing him the 17th of August at Garden stock 19 in Dixon Illinois

Disc golf course could be a little better designed to know where next basket is but fun course!

Has decent walk trail. A beautiful overlook of the rock river you can drive up and park.

Ive loved this park all my life. The view from the overlook is fantastic! See RockRiver & birds - lily pads in summer. Very peaceful.. but room to run & play. Even has a frisbee golf course!

Nice place to walk around. Nice bike/walk path area. Frisbee golf course is nice. Park like. Some of the buildings have been vandalized and there are some creepy types hanging around at times. Best to walk with a buddy.

Great park. Great play equipment. Shelters with picnic tables. Toilets available seasonally but for some reason no sinks. If planning an event at the park be sure to have an alternative way for people to wash their hands. Apparently sinks were less important than a new major indoor tennis arena addition at Westwood.

A hidden gem for frisbee golf and a great place to take your family. Its a large park with a lot to do.

Great disc golf course! Plenty of room to explore and roam with paved trails and great scenery. The river peaks at you through the entire length of the park with a trickling stream at the tail end. Everything you could want for an outdoor enthusiast.

Theyve got a great disc golf course and restrooms instead of port-a-potties. Beautiful views, ancient Indian mounds overlooking the Rock river.

This park is great for a walk along the river, family events or walking. Also, in the winter you can sled here!

If youre a Frisbee Golfer, this is one of the best places in the area. Hands down. 24 holes and some challenging holes at that. Nice area and best Frisbee Golf Ive played.

This place is a gem! One of the best parks in the area!

We enjoy raking the kids here but was very disappointed that they still havent gotten the water turned on for the bathrooms! Its June 4th and we had to rush all the kids back home.
