Seems to have a large variety of venues and services. Some nice trails. Well kept. Clean. Really liked it!

Great little updated park. Lots of shaded seating.

My family reunion was held here and was fantastic! The building where the festivities was held had a full kitchen, bathrooms and a main hall that could accommodate 40 people comfortably.

This Park has history you should inquire about. Gypsy Hill Park was for whites and didnt want people of color there but allowed them to come in at strict set times of the month. Well people of color wanted a park they could enjoy as well and this was opened just for them ... But now we all of any race can enjoy all parks without discrimination against one another..

Playground, picnic tables, disc golf, softball fields, classrooms. Bicycle trails through brushy woods. Not really scenic but a convenient place to get some fresh air.

Theyve really made this park look good! Everything looks clean and well groomed. The frisbee golf course was getting a lot of action!

Montgomery Hall Park is an awesome place to spend time outdoors. Very family friendly with disc golf, tennis, basketball courts and more. Typically more quite than Gypsy Hill park which is nice.

This is a beautiful park. Its great for picnics or walking and enjoying nature.

Very nice playground and there is never too many people there. Beautiful modern park, also a hidden gem if you go behind one of the sports fields there is a tiny play area with cute little features made of wood. There is also a pretty secluded more rustic style play area towards the back of the park. My oldest son and I most enjoy the trails! Many different level, color coded trails through gorgeous woods. Natural blackberry, raspberry, and pears you can find. Perfect for a nature loving family, great for an educational walk!

Great playground. My 4 year old loves the guard tower where he can climb up a ladder and go down an extra long tube slide. Pool is also really nice. Less crowded than Gypsy Hill and the baby play area is on the shallow end of the main pool and not separated and cold. They also have a slide.

Decent enough park. The playground was definitely for bigger kids. Might try the park again when the warmer weather starts.

Great place to pick berries.

We have used the play ground and the pool. And I cant say enough positive things about the pool and the staff; everything from price, cleanliness, safety get an A+ rating. The play ground is also a big hit. Make sure you put it on your summer fun destination list! You will be glad you made the visit.

Great pickleball courts.

There is a wonderful African American open house at the park recreation center each year at Christmas given by the Staunton Augusta County African American research Society. This year was awesome!

Great meeting place for youngins to play and adults to visit.

Fantastic park! Love the disc golf, basketball court, baseball diamonds, and pickleball! My wife and our friends love coming here! Not to mention it is probably our dogs favorite place to come and run around!

The play ground was ok could use some repairs theres a couple of things that could possibly be dangerous for children the curve slide is cracked and the climbing wall is busted with sharp edges

Come here every christmas day with my brothers to play disc golf. They have changed up the course this year. Maybe it is better - I dont know as I am not a good golfer (only play once a year). Park is nice,. Never came here when i lived here in high school. The park is nice, quiet, several playgrounds and ball parks. Nice to walk along train tracks. Even a few geocaches.

Nice clean pool, relatively quiet and not busy. Friendly lifeguards on staff. Snacks and drinks only a dollar. Had a great time.

Wooded trails. Good for walking your dog. There are lots of hills. Playground, recreation fields.

Location is lovely. The pavilions are wonderful places to gather for family picnics or to have meetings for groups. The restrooms are clean. The only negative is the road conditions throughout the park which are full of potholes.

I enjoy the various wooded trails and they have a great frisbee golf setup. It looks like they keep things updated at this park. Well maintained.

Disc golf course is much nicer with the new tee pads and multiple baskets on most holes. Will be back for redemption!

We love this park! Between the Natural Playground, larger classic playground, trails, soccer fields and disc golf cages - this park has all kinds of exploration to offer.

Beautiful park!

My daughter and I went here together for the first time recently. Overall I can say that I was impressed with how well kept and fun the park was. We went to the pool first and it was really Interesting how they had the water jets set up for the kids to play on in the shallow side. Once the water got old for my little one we went to the park thats adjacent and played on the play-set for a couple hours. The playground is awesome because its unlike any in the area and it has 3 levels where the varying slides. This part is definitely fun for the whole family. My family and I will definitely be making a return soon!

We had our big family Fallp picnic here.at one of the Pavillions.It was clean and very close to the.bathrooms and had swings for the kids.Bonus was the fireplace cause ot was.rainy.and chilly so we had a.fire lit to keep us warm and cozy.Leaves were.pretty and will be our second.place for Fall.outings.aftet the.Blue Ridge Mountains.We kept.dry.and were able to still.have our function.

Nice place to just randomly show up to have a get together and not be bothered or harrassed. We make sure to have annual get togethers there for semi large groups.

This is a beautiful, under used park. The park has three trails that are great for trail running or mountain biking.

A great park for all ages

I have lived in the area for years and have never been to this park. Went for the first time today and my son loved it! It was huge and lots of shade thanks to the many trees, which was a plus because it was so hot today! Me and my son went to check out the Natural playground and WE loved everything about it! My son goes to occupational therapy and Id have to say this playground was major brownie points in my book for ALL kids to enjoy!

Always enjoy this park!! You have the choice of private locations for your personal family time. Or hang with the public at the pool or playground. Its beautiful too!

The natural playground is awesome! Keep an eye on your littles, though, because potty training accidents are super inconvenient with the bathroom so far away.

Cute little park they have a lot of sports fields. Walking trails and a disc golf course. Been several times and seems extremely well maintained. Cant wait to discover more!! Update soon.

Has great trails to walk, picnic areas, disc frisbie to play, swimming pool (during season) the baseball fields. Covered and open areas to have cookouts and birthday parties or whatever you would like. Beautiful place to just relax and enjoy with the kids while they play on the playground.

Beautiful park its just that not many people know about it. You can play disc golf and tennis, go hiking, grill out and have family fun.

They have taken the playground area apart. So the kids do not have anything to play with.

We love this park. The hiking and biking trails are fantastic. It is generally less crowded than gypsy hill park and they have just built a new natural playground for the kids.

Trashy Park with run down equipment.. Inattentive life guards at the pool who pick and choose which rules to enforce.. Couldnt bring my 6 year old son to the middle area WITH ME and floaters on... But let a bunch of damn Mexicans in with t shirts and non bathing suit shorts on blatantly against publicized rules..
