They are a 55 & up park most of the year. Their amenities are impressive. Showers & laundry facilities are immaculate. Beautiful & serene.
Very pleasant and has the forest type feel and atmosphere. Very nice and comfortable individuals to work with as well.
We rented a really cute cabin, nice location.
Lots of improvements going on and its looking good! Trees have been thinned and cleaned up. Park is all raked up (thanks to Dill) and looks cleaner than ever. Kudos to the new owners for all theyre efforts. Nice job with the new sound wall, it looks great! My favorite place to escape Tucson. Bodie at big lake, he too loves Rancho Mobile home park. Cant wait to get back up to Showlow.
Just be careful. They are not practicing ethical behavior when it comes to credit card transactions. Keep an eye on your accounts if you have stayed here in the past
We picked this place to leave our camper after doing some research of similar places in the area. I would have to say that hands down this is one of the best places to put a camper. The management there was always available and very hospitable. Our neighbors were very nice too.Space rentals are very reasonable for daily, weekly, or monthly prices. They have a laundromat on site as well as a club house. Events at the clubhouse are always posted well in advance.I would totally recommend this place if you are looking for a place to park your camper for a bit.
Gerard, the manager, is great to work with. The park is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants Seems like the park is always full during season. If you cant get in here, we DO NOT recommend Ponderosa in Lakeside (horrible general manager) but do check out the RV park at the casino.
We loved it! Unfortunately we were in Show Low working on our property but, enjoyed our evenings. Everyone was friendly, management was great (as were their rates) 4th of July evening there was a community dinner & band at the club house, coin-op laundry on site.
Joy is a pleasure to work with. The park is close to shopping yet quiet and surrounded by trees. The newly remodeled clubhouse is very nice with kitchen, seating and even a piano.RV spaces are well situated and neighbors are all very nice.Great place to get away from the heat!
I like this place so much that Ive lived here for 6 years! The residents and visitors are friendly and helpful. The manager provides a lively social environment and is and available to all. The environment is beautiful and well-kept and maintains the feel of living in a forest.
We stayed in an Airbnb tiny home at this park. The park was quiet and the cabin was very nice.
This was a nice quiet park to stay at.
Older park well keeped up FHUS, no fires, just enough trees for shad. Has room for some 40+foot rigs mostly smaller.
Great place for long or short stay/liveing
Linda was a pleasure to work with. Very lively environment. Nice place
Gorgeous park!! I love the cabins
I was referred here by the manager of Mountain Shadows RV and I must say that this park is amazing, I look forward to revisiting in the summer when I can really enjoy the mountain landscape.
New management has made the park a wonderful place to be! Lots of improvements to the park!
Wifi only works if your at the clubhouse. A neighbor cursed and threatened me for stepping on his property to take a pic of my trailer and manager said i couldnt walk my dog on the road behind his trailer. So he got away with it. Dont pay for a full month if you dont intend to stay because you will not get reimbursed for time not stayed.
Quiet and beautiful
Manager slow to get things done
Charming RV location
Hard to see the numbers
Nice and Quiet
Amazing. Love this place
