As a proud resident I can honestly say that the owners are great and Country Lane is a wonderful place to live. You honestly cant beat the rent for the amazing quality and hospitality. They really do put in a lot of effort into keeping things nice around here and making improvements for years to come.

100,000 for a mobile home are you nuts?

We have resided in this Country Lane RV Park for 1 year now (summer only). In short, if you are looking for an RV Park in the Show Low area that is the most reasonable price...look no further! If you are looking for a newer Park with amenities (pool, spa, gym, etc) then this is not the Park for you. For summer residents County Lane charges under $1,000 for the entire summer (all six months from May thru October). The owners (the Owens family) are long time Show Low residents that treat everyone well...not a Corporation that treats you like you are an account #. Our main home is in the East Valley of Phoenix but we love spending our summer months in Show Low...

The snow gets heavy up here about 3 feet on the road unless youre driving to it which you cant

This is one of the cleanest best maintained parks out there! The managment is really friendly it isnt like all of the other parks where there is trash and problems.

Pretty nice mobile park - some of the roads are poor quality, but other than that its a nice place.

Older facility where you can park your trailer or mobile home. Street appeal isnt very good and its a lower rent area for those that cant afford more.
