I live here and love it! Management has been on top of things that I needed fixed or didnt mind coming over after i got off work to help me out. Everyone looks out for each other. Very friendly place! Loving it here!

My husband and I have been there a year and a half already. We like it there. They are a little slow on ground maintenance, but all in all we like it. Weve made a lot of friends there and have gone to some of there Bbqs. We walk our dogs and everyone compliments on how beautiful and good they are.

The best little park on earth .

This is a very nice place to live. It’s quiet, clean and full of trees. Waling distance to the park and grocery. Residents are friendly and look out for each other. Very safe and never any trouble or rowdiness. Owner is responsive and kind, and she does her best to be accommodating to all requests.

Excellent location-- Show Low City Park, Safeway, Kmart, restaurants, gas, and access to Clark Road and Deuce of Clubs. Residential area. Well-maintained, affordable housing for summer or year round. Outstanding management-- Stan, Debbie, and Geri handle issues promptly and satisfactorily. Laundry facilities, clubhouse, activities. Tucked into pines and cedars. Friendly neighbors. We love every minute here!

Treat tenants like second class. Got rid of activities for people and do very little upkeep.

Should be renamed ScamTown of Show Low. Not much more than a slumlord. Dont expect anything to be fixed and expect to be treated like crap. Run like hell! They take your money and hope you leave (if only I could afford to) so they can take someone elses money. Unprofessional and uncaring people.

The manager Stan rented the trailer out from underneath me before I even got a chance to look at it I had an appointment and he rented it to some female so I just did a review on Camptown

What a crappy place this junk yard of old trailers has turned into since being sold to the new owner. Unresponsive, says anything to you, then does nothing. Attempted to cheat me out of money, until I got a lawyer, then paid. Very expensive experience for me. Stay away, or get taken!
