Great place. Good people

Moorage slips are located on the Duwamish river, so the bottoms of yachts do not accumulate as much see life as it would with a saltwater moorage. Office hours are 3 days a week Tuesday through Thursday. Members of the club have access to sanitary facilities and clothes washing facilities and the modest clubhouse. Very small live-aboard community.

Lived there for going on 3 years now. Except for the occasional very low tide and living under SeaTac air traffic, wife and i of +30yrs love it.

This is an excellent place for boat owners, good location as well

Prime location on duwamish. Slips are affordable.
