Went to the Yacht Club for a wedding reception and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the seamless service. Chef made a special effort to make Persian style lamb and rice and it turned out perfectly. The seafood with scallops and shrimp was perfectly cooked, add the polenta vegetarian option was also excellent. Staff was very friendly with great bartenders and prompt table service. Kudos!

Its a very warning and well cared place which offer plentiful food and drinks, and of course the opportunity of sailing around Seattles beautiful downtown.

Really a wonderful time. Just waiting outside the door members walking in greeted me with a warm hello. Even as a guest the staff treats you like you own the place. A very relaxing environment to sit and enjoy good food and time with friends.

Had a DAR luncheon in a beautiful room with a flickering fireplace. The food and service was great. Loved the experience.

Was brought here by a close friend and member. The building is a historical site and very cool to peruse around inside. All the old nautical memorabilia was fascinating to take in. There are two restaurants there for members and their guests. The upstairs casual dining area serves solid standard faire while the downstairs steakhouse is a bit more scaled up. The true benefit of membership here lies in several boating properties around the sound that only members can use. When my time comes, Ill definitely be joining.

A boaters necessity..power or sail, you will find kindred spirits. A beautiful location on Portage Bay and the building is right out of a F. Scott Fitzgerald novel. Dining room has an excellent menu and service.

Great Christmas brunch

Absolutely amazing food, too bad you have to be a member or have an invite from a member to enjoy it. We had an invite with a few friends and I ordered the 12 ounce prime rib, it was probably one of the best meals I have had out in long time.As a chef I know how to cook, so I really dont like to be pampered and have the waiter tell me about the food or about how he was to make the table side salad or the banana flambe. Maybe they could ask, thats all I would say.At my age its too expensive to join, but I hope get a few more invites for dinner.

Love the Seattle Yacht Club dining is always a treat fun to come in after a day on the yacht for a bite of lunch or to get dressed up for a wonderful dinner we love to go at Christmas time to listen to the Dickens carolers and an amazing Christmas dinner buffet the entire Yacht Club is truly a Class Act and very beautifully designed inside and out

Its a nice location, but I could only find one womens bathroom and it was located on the 3rd floor. Also, there seems to be a lack of accessibility for folks with disabilities.

This historic yacht club provides convenient mooring and upscale facilities and dining, as well as being host to a fantastic summer sailing school.
