My name is Hussain, I’m a well known barber in the area. The experience I had last night was heart breaking.I came to the club for the first time with a friend. I’m a quit guy, not the trouble making type. I was standing in the club and get a tap on my shoulder from a security guard that tells me to follow him. I follow him, up some private stairs. When we got to a door I asked him if I did anything wrong. He said “Nope, good luck” and sent me out. I had the worst luck. My house keys, wallet and phone where all in my friends car. Waited for an hour outside and couldn’t reach my friend. Had to take a yellow cab all the way back to EVERETT. Didn’t only ruin my night only but my whole day today. I couldn’t believe it. Again i am very respectful, I don’t argue and talk back. I just don’t understand how this could happen. I did not do anything but mind my own business. I am a business owner and this is not how things should be. So disheartening and so disappointing. The only thing that makes sense is that I was racially discriminated against.

A $10 cover charge to watch curiously generic mating dances set to over-clipped .wav files is a refreshingly modernist take on the a fool and his money are soon to be parted adage. Sadly, I was the fool, so you owe me, Alvin. Moreover, the humidity a la poor ventilation and gyrating bodies is reminiscent of Florida, and not in a good way. I guess if my self-esteem ever waned, Id find more reason to spend more time here.

I wish I had the option to give 0 stars. This place is by far the most unprofessional bar I have ever been to. Save your time and money and go to literally any other bar than this one.

Been here a few times and my friends and I have ALWAYS had some sort of bad experience. Dont get me wrong, it is a pretty cool venue with solid music and a lot of people on the weekends, but this place is very poorly managed. It seems they have taken the approach of hiring as many bouncers as possible, and then given them unlimited power with zero accountability. The first time I was here, my friend was downstairs ordering a drink, and the bartender accidentally spilled a glass of water near him. A bouncer saw the spilled water, assumed my friend was the culprit, grabbed him by the scruff of his shirt and kicked him out. No conversation. No chance for explanation. Just kicked out.Figured this might have just been bad luck, so we decided to give this bar another chance. Second time we were there, we waited in line for at least 40 minutes, only to get to the front and learn that BOTH our IDs had been permanently blacklisted from the bar. No idea why my ID was banned, given I just followed my friend as he was being pulled out by the bouncer, for something that he was not even responsible for. We tried to reason with the bouncer outside (Huge Hawaiian guy with facial tatoos) and get a real explanation for why we were banned, and he proceeded to shove both of us backwards into the street into oncoming traffic.Called the police on the bar and safe to say we will never be returning. There is a legal disaster waiting to happen at Rhino Room should the bouncers keep up their power-tripping mentality, and I can only imagine the bars liability for when something escalates beyond the managements control.There are lots of great bars in Seattle, but this is definitely one you want to avoid.

You would think with a 30 min line to get in and a 20 min line to get downstairs it would be decent, but it’s so overcrowded that you have to wonder if you are just waiting for their amusement. I’ll say I now get why they have barley 2 stars

We visited Saturday the 15th, waited in long lines paid our $10 cover, bumped shoulder to shoulder the whole time, on sticky floors and over priced drinks in tiny plastic cups. I will never visit this place again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible bouncers and staffs.They dont remember what they said, simply follow their moods, no set policies.My friend came outside for a phone call and tried to come back in. The bouncer told him to wait in the line as he was pointing at VIP line with his hand. Then my friend waited, but when its my friends turn, bouncer didnt let him in as he was saying that my friend has to wait in a regular line. AGAIN he waited in a long regular line which took about extra thirty minutes.When it is again my friends turn, the bouncer was saying you are banned tonightMy friend was so stunned because he just followed what the bouncer told.. we tried to explain, but in the end realized , it never seems to be possible to communicate with them. They just follow their moods, and quite discriminating. Never going back here.

Entry security only looked at my ID for 1/2 second while they looked at my queer friends twice in a row and refused him both twice while he is sober.

They permanently banned my friend because he was in the path of the bartenders... He moved but they didnt care, its been 6 months and we couldnt go back, its a joke

Came here with a friend after leaving another club. Bouncer up front told my friend she was “too drunk to come in”. As there’s all sorts of loud and unruly folks around us that got in. Your job is to check IDs. Period.

Terrible experience. After I got in and paid a cover charge, they didnt let my friend behind me in because apparently the doorstaff/security dont know that a Nexus license from Canada is valid ID. My friend showed them online from that it was indeed valid ID but they would not let me in. I tried to get my cover fee back and was told security would have to tell them (the ladies taking the fee). A fight broke out and security had to tackle a guy and deal with him, they then got to me and the other girl said I had been there for over 30 minutes and cant get my fee back. It had been AT MOST 15 minutes, half of which I was waiting for my friend to get in half waiting for security to deal with their situation. The then told me to leave, and when my friend asked to speak to the manager, they banned him for life. We were not drunk, very polite, and the staff was extremely rude. Every other bar that night let us in fine.

Wasnt high or drunk . They asked where I was at earlier and then kicked me out . None of your business where I was at before I came to your place and now you lost my business.

Sooo my sober friend got kicked out last night with EXCESSIVE force after “making the line too long” standing the line to order a drink. An absolute joke

Came here on a Saturday night (7/7) for the first time. Everything was going great and the bartenders were very nice. Later that night, I go the very end of the bar counter closest to the entrance, and order drinks for my friends. The bartender, (Caucasian male) tells me that the charge will be $24 and asked if that would be okay. I said yes. He asked if I had cash and I said no. None of the other bartenders asked me that, so I thought it was a little weird. He then proceeded to swipe my card, gave it back to me and said in front of the people that were near me that my card was declined and he asked if I had another card. I was HUMILIATED and UPSET! I didnt have another card to use. If I didnt have money, then I wouldnt go out in the first place! I had bought myself a drink 10 mins prior and my card didnt have any problems. I checked my bank account and there was nothing regarding suspicious activity, so there was no reason my card should be declined. I noticed that when I paid with my card earlier for drinks, there was no tip line to tip the bartender. I didnt know about this since this was my first time here, otherwise I wouldve brought cash. After the horrible encounter with that bartender, I went to see a female bartender. She was really nice, I ordered a drink with MY declined DEBIT CARD. She had no problem processing my card. I asked one of my friends about that male bartender and they did not have anything nice to say about him. Also, some random girl tried to fight me when I was trying to leave this place. Didnt know her, didnt do anything to her. Not sure if I will come back here again. If I do, never ordering drinks from that guy again

I came out to your place from work last night, ordered a double whiskey. I was sipping on it for probably an hour when I get pulled into a back room by 3 of your bouncers accusing me of being a problem and being too intoxicated. I hadn’t even finished my first drink, your bouncers suck.

Its not quite at four stars yet, but I definitely think it could get there. My friends and I came here on a Friday night. They just opened not too long ago so the bartenders seem unpracticed (we were watching them pour drinks) and it was a bit chaotic. The list of canned beer is the way to go in my opinion! We sat at the bar top, which is awesome--no matter where you sit, youll have a pretty entertaining view of the rest of the bar and its great for people watching. But watch out for people ducking in between you and your friends to try and wave the bartender down and place an order. The decorations arent anything special, which is kind of why I love it. No rhyme or reason, no theme, just a rhino statue, cool lights, and mirrors everywhere. The big windows are awesome, and I can only imagine how nice it looks in the daytime.I say give it a few weeks or months and this place will be a hit.

This place is great but the only issue is that it closes early

They discriminate against what you are wearing. If you’re wearing something in correlation to holiday, you are instantly discriminated against and not let in simply because you are in a holiday sweater. This place practices all types of discrimination and cannot be supported.

Terrible experience. Me and my friends were here visiting from Missouri, they let me and my friend through and then stopped our 3rd friend and wouldn’t let him in. After stopping him, they took his ID and wouldn’t give it back until we brought a passport. The whole ordeal took about an hour. Definitely not coming back here.

This bar is run horribly. The bouncers are rude and will not let you in for no reason if they feel like it. The vibes inside are not nice and it’s mostly weird dudes

Worst bar I have ever been to. The bouncer was discriminatory and called a group of friends of mine “dark trouble makers” while not allowing one of us at the club. He proceeded to harass us outside and slapped the water out of my friends hand outside of the club. NEVER have I experienced such hate from an establishment and I recommend you do NOT go here. It is not safe, the staff is horrible.

The super troopers top flight security took my ID and wouldnt give it back. So I came back with my passport. Got it back. Also, the same thing happened to a girl a few people behind me. The bouncers hands were shaking when we brought the passport btw...why? I would strongly not recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely the worst establishment I’ve ever been to. I’ve never been more upset. After midnight on the first of July me and my friend come back from Q to come back in and the people at Q told us we have to remove our tags to get in. No problem we just put the rhino room tag in our pockets. When we get back to rhino room and I Put the tag back on my wrist. The two guys in the front then accused my friend and I to have fake tags and then he scans my id and says you weren’t here tonight and we are banned for for life! What?! They didn’t even scan my ID when I went into the Rhino Room in the first place?! What the hell is this? I am Extremely shocked and upset. I understand they need to check for phonies but this was not the scenario. Just because those bouncers may have had a bad night DOES NOT give them the right to treat me and my friend the way they did. I used my bank card that night and I can show my statement if I need to but after the way I was talked to it seemed like those bouncers really just wanted to ban me and I don’t think I willEver come back again after being so disrespected. 5 of my friends were expecting us inside and they were also very upset. SoThis place my have more bad reviews coming. I highly recommend staying away!

Its got potential to grow to a much bigger venue for night life entertainment. A great place to hang out and meet people but the people working there seems un happy and rude specially the lady working at the front door taking cover charge. Dont ruin it! get another job elsewhere youre killing the vibe.

Busy AF! Great music that caters to the top 40, hip hop and sometimes dance music. Really busy so go before 11. I frequently see 30-40 person queues at 1AM.

Ive had variable experiences here. The dance floor is small, but cover is cheap ($5), and music quality ranges.

Im pretty sure they let under aged girls in. Some very young looking girls picked a bar fight last weekend, and the door man proceeded to let one of the girls back in the bar to drink some more right after the fight. Too bad, I used to actually like this place! Will not go back and will discourage my friends from going back, as it seems unsafe.

People that work here are great. But not worth the long line and cover to stand jammed in between the d bags that frequent the spot.

We got racially profiled here and they encourage such people here. A white guy abused my fiancé and my friend here. Also for 5$ cover this place isnt worth it!

They charged me a 400% cover when I went, everyone else on my party paid regular, I was singled out for whatever reason. After contacting the management I got refunded, so at least theres that.
