Mavrixs is the best place to hang out with your friends and family. Lots of fun things to do! Bowling is our fun thing to do!! The atmosphere is super cool. The workers and servers are amazing! The pizza is delicious! If you have not been there, GO!

Probably an ok outing for the recreational enthusiast. However if you have driven karts extensively, you will be incredibly underwhelmed. The kart speed/track layout mean there is no real challenge. Not particularly suited for overtaking nor outmaneuvering opponents. So it’s basically a formation style precession with a few amateurs spinning out and causing the karts to slow down(understandable) however after 2 races I was bored and completed the following 3 because I knew I was unlikely to come back and had prepaid.Advice to management: increase the Kart speed by 10% or reconfigure the track. Maybe reverse? Change something. Or change the name to Fred’s fun land. (Or some equivalent carnival style karting)

Very organized . Staff was professional. Great place to go-to have some racing fun and watch sports.

We had friends visiting from Miami and the 9 year old has been wanting to drive a go-kart for years. He says he wants to be a race car driver when he grows up so we took him to Octane and he had a blast. By his 4th race he was taking that one corner like a pro. The staff was friendly and took care of him.

Super fast kart track and super fun VR game. Food was great Everyone was super nice and Iwas able to eat outside on a table under an umbrella with my drink. Super fun games... cant go wrong.

Way more fun than any other go-karting experience I have had. They are faster than you think trust me. They gave me a great deal for it being the month of my birthday!

Youd think with the incredibly low amount of customers, the last thing you would want to do is allow an employee on break to jump into a race and bump into and interfere with the only other two people on the track. Not only that, but have the 2 other track marshals try and say that the paying customer was bumping their friend.... Even though lord fahrquad was the one trying to aggressively overtake on the inside of a hairpin.

I left injured and went immediately to the hospital. I broke my sternum and have significant injuries. Please be carful if you value your health. I called to ask about video of my race for the doctors to help diagnose what happened. They said they wouldn’t release unless court ordered.

1st time for all my kids to be here all together since is hard to coordinate with their active lives, we had lots of fun celebrating our moment with our children laughing and enjoying themselves.

Fun place for all ages. Karts have full speed for adults and half speed for kids. Nice arcade while waiting for your race. Kitchen and bar as well. Will try the VR another time we go.

Good place for a good time. The go-kart track is clean with electric karts so you are breathing fumes while racing. A majority of the track is indoors but has a small outdoor section. Octane has a second main attraction in their virtual reality arena. Facing off against zombies is sure to get your heart pumping.

I wish I could put zero starts I went on a Sunday after noon and was very dissatisfied with the staff and racing experience. We went out on a couple races and there was a driver totally out of control he was running people into the walls and maliciously taking people out. We complained to staff and management and we were told they had a shift change so it was up to the discretion of the new manager to do anything about it and he didnt. I wasnt aware that management discretion over went corporate policies. they did nothing as a driver continually tried to hurt people and put other people at risk. If you care about your own safety or your familys I wouldnt recommend this place they definitely arent worried about your safety.

Although prices are high to the normal eye but TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! The machines are fast and fun and the staff is all about safety! Which is extremely important in places like this.

The go-kart staff have slow go-karts and the staff tell us random drivers to move over. Why do they signal us to move over. I didnt pay for them to tell me to move over. I understand bumping, but move over or slow down to the random people who pay. Dont go to this octane race way because the employees race after they get off from work and they signal to the random drivers who pay to move over and not to the employees who grab the fast go-karts.

A bit pricey but my kids enjoyed themselves so we will be back. If you all figure out a way to have kid race octane drivers license cards please let me know. They have an amazing VR experience as well so worth the trip up.

Go early and book online. My son and I had a great time it is not a every week thing for us. But a great deal of fun. Cost is what keeps me from putting another star, but that is not a knock on Octane racing it is just not a cheep date thing.

Races are about 14 laps long at about 30 seconds a lap. The track is quick. Cars are fast enough to be enjoyable. The course is designed to encourage braking, however braking is letting up early along with a little counter steering allows for the best lap times. The bar and grill is pretty straightforward with a decent selection of beverages. Overall the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and pretty upbeat. Great all around experience

Great place to take a group of friends for a fun night out! The karts are quick and the track is cool. Its definitely best when both inside and outside are open so try to go when the weather is nice.

The staff was so amazing, friendly, caring and helpful. This is mine and my husbands first time and we will be coming back. We did the vr game which was to cool and the go karts which were good but kinda got ruined cause of the other people being jerks. But the vr is something that everyone should try.

My son and I had a great time. The virtual reality was awesome and the race track was a blast....although I got lapped by a 9 year old...twice.

This place is super fun if you and your friend group are competitive. Ive been here a couple times and its always a good time. The karts go pretty fast which is always good. Plus they have a vr experience thing there too that seems cool but never checked it out myself.

Have been going here since they were the F-1 Factory on Washington. Always have a great time and all the karts seem to be even and running good.

Great fun! There is an art to being the fastest driver on the track.

This place is a breeding ground for covid-19. Helmets are lightly sprayed with disinfectant after each use. Their VR experience is 45 mins long and can cause a lot of perspiration but dont worry they wipe the backpacks down with a wet towel! Not mention several employees, including a manager have tested positive for coronavirus themselves. Its going to take a lot more aggressive precautions to ensure guest arent contracting covid during their experience. It’s quite sickening this place is still open during a pandemic.

I always enjoy Octane! They have a ranking system which is pretty cool. The track staff is safety oriented but wish theyd be more strict on slower drivers not letting you pass.I have yet to try the VR or the bowling but I hope to in the near future. The bar is great and they limit you to 2 drinks if you are driving.Great place, lots of fun.

Friendly and experienced staff, Karts are quick and with a straightforward track. Any skill level can hop in and have fun!Although, my heart misses the loud gasoline karts they used to run!

This was well worth the $25! These cars are very fast and the race was very challenging and the the Personnel was fantastic they are very nice and very helpful no one was rude or arrogant

It is not a particularly cheap outing for the whole family, however, I had a great time and I feel that it was well worth the money.

Im glad its electric and no longer gasoline go karts. Large space and pretty fun course. I just wish that you have the track to yourself if you have a group of 8 or more. Its hard to be competitive with your friends if you have strangers on all different levels racing with you. We had a beginner stop the cars 3 times in one race and I think it goes about half speed after that for a little bit which still counts towards the lap. So basically we only had about 11 laps of full speed out of the 14.

It’s fun to race in the cars, but if you’re I believe below 15, then you have to do “junior races” and being able to do adult races requires you to beat junior race in a specified time and without bumping into things. The greatest part though is racing in the adult races; the cars go extremely fast so braking is crucial and the thrill of turning and accelerating is so great! This place is the place to go if you want to race!

I have been here several times. Each time has been an awesome experience! They have a great track and the carts are awesome! The place is huge and they have lots of things to do while youre waiting for your race to start. My kids (10 & 11) tried it out for the first time and they absolutely loved it! They have lots of packages, coupons and deals available! Part racing is fun for everyone and its very safe! I cant wait to try out all of their tracks!

The electric race card are a ton of fun. I have been here a couple times once with my wife and this last time as a corporate activity. We also had dinner and it was actually really good. I was not expecting it to be as good as it was.Also want to brag that I had fastest time in my race :)

First time and it was fun! I have to give so much credit to Will, a really lovely young employee. I was scared and nervous and he was so, so polite and kind. He put me at ease. Great time!

Nice kart racing spot. Definitely made more for the kids and us grown kids.. I would say if there some changes to be made it would be more on the fact of making sure these young kids that work there need to be more interactive and hyped in the facility as its a fun place to hang out.. Young to Old.

Such a great time. Race around an indoor/outdoor track on fast electric karts, play virtual reality shooting games as a group, or sit at the bar. Very well maintained facility and equipment. I would recommend swinging by if youre in the area for golf/casino/spring training, for sure.I held a corporate event here and the entire process was seamless. The staff organized my group to race and play the VR game so everyone was well engaged. The food was pretty good, too. Wonderful for team building (or just pitting departments against one another in a race). Everyone on my staff gave positive reviews.

Did a team building event at Octane Raceway. Had an absolute blast. Cant wait to go again we did the racing & the VR zombie killing. I loved the VR.

Awesome ppl fast karts

This is a very fun venue. The racing is fun and well organized. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Checked in for a party of 5 at 7pm they said we could all ride together at 840pm so we reserved that time for the 5 of us. Came back at 830pm and they said only a 1 person slot was held for us therefore we were unable to race go carts.

Had a great time for my sons and husbands birthdays. It was our first time and Stephanie was awesome in explaining everything that we needed to do. We had appetizers at the Brickyard while waiting for our race to start. It was a wonderful day to spend as a family!

The employees are always great, and the facility is always fun and clean, and racing is always the best!

Little pricey but the arcade you can use at the bowling alley and well

We went as a group and this activity can really build up camaraderie! Cars are electric and go pretty fast for the indoor track. Cars speed is controlled for first lap, last lap and for emergencies. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. You can get a printout of all of your stats after your race. Very fun!

Had my sons 10th birthday party here. He enjoyed it along with everyone else. Great time.

We had such a great time at Octane Raceway for the Fathers Day Man Brunch. So worth it. Best if you schedule you race in the AM Sessions to get the best experience.All races are 14 laps which is more than enough and they are at $20 per adult race. Its really worth it. And since we were here for the event, for 40 bucks each the food, equipment rental, plus membership was included.We also bought a $25 game card for $20Which gives you 100 credits. Each game is about 4 cradits each some are 2. One card was awesome for 3 of us and we also did the mini VR for 8 cradits each which was really cool.One thing I would say they should have known better is that they only ordered 300 servings of food so the afternoon session from I think 11:30am - 1:30 pm didnt get to all enjoy the good food. They ran out of waffles which were the best waffles I ever had. But I dont eat waffles ever. These you could eat with or without syrup. They had cucumber water, orange juice and coffee to go with the eggs potatoes sausage, bacon and fruit all buffet style. They also include a gift bag for DAD which included 2 T shirts, a drinking glass and 5 off a race for next time.

Fun place to kill some time. We were here on business and decided to kill some time. Awesome karts and way fun track. Prices were about on par with all the other kart tracks I have been to. Good times.

Fun place to have some fun :-). The prices seem a little high but after you are done I think it’s worth it. Especially if you buy a package. The one negative is the inconsistent signs with no bumping or letting people pass.

Service was fast, fun and easy. Everyone working here was prompt and engaged to make sure our experience was amazing, and it was.The kart racing is better than other locations I’ve raced at. The track and cars are in amazing condition (like new). I rather prefer these electric rechargeable karts as the gas powered karts can leave you smelling like a nascar pit crew. The racing staff are friendly and efficient, and keep things moving in a safe manner that also allows you to let it rip on the racetrack.The arcade and gaming area is really awesome as well. Particularly like the small format bowling lanes, we spend over an hour bowling.The Virtual Reality zombie apocalypse shooting was so realistic and exciting that I am trying to find a place near where I live that has this. This game alone is worth the whole trip here. You must try this. It’s like playing XBox in real life, everything feels real and you can even see the other players. Very cool.The food and beverage service was also good, fresh and well done.I highly recommend for a group event like a team, celebration or other gathering. You will not be disappointed.

We had a corporate team builder event here.. the kart race and the VR game was awesome and the team had a very good time, the game on the arcade were also good. However the lunch (grand prix lunch as its called) turned out to be a big disappointment. I wish I had removed it from the package and taken the team somewhere else for lunch.My request to the owners is that if they keep lunch they probably should do it much better rather than keeping it just for the sake of it

Attend my company holiday party here just the other night. In house catering was amazing for dinner and the staff was very nice and informative. Good prices in the drinks at the bar too!

Junior race was fun for my boys, 16 & 10! They loved it! Then we did the mini bowling & food, both entertainment & food was great. The arcade has dated machines that steal the candy out of the grab machine, the air hockey puck doesnt slide quickly, & The Tomb Raider game had to be reset. HOWEVER, Mikey helped us out immensely. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the VR game. Thank you Mikey!

Well maintained track and karts. Races ran smoothly and safely. Track goes indoors and out.

It was fun. However there was a very long wait, I think you could call ahead of time so that you wouldnt have to wait. There are several other activities to do while waiting such as an arcade and mini bowling. Once I got driving I had tons of fun. We drove for about 15 for one lap.There is a once a year membership fee (I think it is $7), this is per person.One race is $20 (It lasted about 15 minutes for me).Shoe rentals are $3 (you MUST wear closed toe shoes in order to race. with the rental you get to keep the socks)

Friendly staff, clean facility and quick service. They have a restraunt, bar, out door seating area, bowling alley, game zone and the car racetrack. Its a indoor/half kinda outdoor race track.The websites a bit confusing if your trying to use coupon best to call to book. If its a straight transaction then book online. Otherwise if you book at facility you may be waiting an hour or two hours for your race.Bar tenders are nice and do best they can do w straight up drinks. They do not have blender for mix drinks so dont expect that.The racing was fun, only part I didnt like is the I felt like the controler employee at the stand held ppl back for maybe a friend on track. Because one guy named Leo went on every ride ours and ones after, and after that. And he seem to win 1rst place every time I looked at the score board for each race. When I talked w/other ppl in races he was bumping multiple ppl and the flag employes were not flagging him at all. He even bumped me right in front of employee and didnt even get flagged. I seen him hit 4 ppl in my race alone and never got a single flag or pulled off the track.For cost I was charge to race there and having to deal w that guy on the track I more then likely wont go back.

We brought my nephew (age 14) to do racing and he said it was everything he expected. They do 10 laps and it takes about 10 minutes. They are very efficient and organized. We would take him again.

Horrible. We showed up 5 minutes late for our VR experience and could not go for the remainder of our time. They lost money, we lost fun. Then the staff invited us to ride go carts and we all signed up for the 7pm time block. When it came time to pay it was 6:57 and they said sorry, to late after we spent time having all our group sign up. Horrible experience and horrible staff. Did not seem like any management or owners were present, they would have been very sad at their staff’s performance. Horrible experience, would recommend staying away until they fire their entire staff.

Fun place to spend a few hours or a full day. If you want the full VR experience, reserve it online. Walk in was fine for racing on a busy Saturday, but the VR was booked up.

The virtual reality experience Octane has in house was so incredible, we decided against racing and cashed in all our chips for the experience. Virtual is a bit of a workout too. The Octane Raceway facility is outstanding! Very Clean. Excellent sudo sports-bar area. It is plenty roomy and great TV views. The IPA’s are tasty as well.The only reason for a 4/5 ️’s was the young staff at the sign-in counter. Need a little better training in Octane’s processes which in turn translates - better customer service.

We had what seemed like a 5 minute race. They always slowed us down and the race in all was not even that great. It was also too expensive. Go to K1 Speed next time, they are way better.

I love this place

Its super fun, worth the drive, and $ you pay. It is even cooler if you can have a group so you can avoid unwanted slow drivers on your race. They sometimes have deals with unlimited races for a certain time period. You have to wear closed toed shoes but they have shoe rentals. They also have food/arcade/& VR experience (which I have not tried). If you are looking to get those kids off of video games.... Do this for sure. Its a winner. Have fun! Just bring your wallet

What a fun place! I have been here several times because it works great for all occasions. I took my son for his birthday, I came to a company team building party and also I have been on a date here. Each time the staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is hot and served on time and racing is just awesome!

This place is an absolute blast. Me being the adrenaline junkie that I am love to hit the go carts. I brought the kids last time and they had a good time playing in the arcade and doing some VR. The VR experience is absolutely amazing. Although I will say that the last time I went there were quite a few glitches with the VR. I’m sure that’s fixable.
