Would give this place 5 stars but menu is so overpriced and honesty not all that great. They scaled down the menu (probably due to covid) but they shouldve at least included simple and delicious entrees and Appetizers.To begin with, most of the Appetizers are either nacho, chicken strips, and French fries in 3 different forms starting for $8 to $13 which my nachos came out cold and lacking cheese even when I got there 30 minutes early on a slow afternoon. Appetizers are probably your guys biggest money maker, i would just maybe focus more on quality and cut down on the less popular variety item and add something special that everyone loves like a cheesy spinach and artichokes, bone-in Buffalo wings, and maybe fried mozzarella sticks.Now for the entrees, they are only 4 of them which two of them are literally like a salads(not including actual salad part of the menu) called cantina bowls which are supposed to be a Chipotle styles bowls that are surprisingly filled to the brim with lettuce and hardly have any rice or bean. Worst part yet, they charge you at least $3 for the protein and they hardly put any of it there. The burger are great here but honestly for $14 dollars I rather sneak in five guys burgers like I do at Harkins theaters. I hope you guys are willing to add something that would set you guys apart like a yellow curry which is simple and cheap to make, chicken N waffles or just add a one topping pizza (extra topping would be a 1.25 charge).Im willing to change my review but you guys need to put better items and have a better focus on quality.

This 24-hour movie house has good interior and ambiance. Its a nice place to relax and unwind. They have updated movies and their staff members are quick to address your concerns if you have any. The room is so big, clean, and organized as well as the toilet. They have different genres that people will surely love. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

This was my first and last visit to this movie theater. Why? Because when it came to the basics of being a movie theater, they failed.I wanted a ticket and a soda. If I hadnt had a credit or debit card, it appears I would not have been able to buy a ticket. Cash not accepted. A safety measure they claim.So, of the literally tens of thousands of businesses in the greater Phoenix area who manage to take cash without issue, this is the one place that is REALLY safe? Sorry, not buying it.And imagine this situation:I wanted to buy a large soda. Its a pretty basic movie theater request. Except the person standing in front of the soda fountain with a stack of cups... couldnt sell me one. She couldnt even tell me the prices, which... remarkably... werent posted along with the list of choices. The menu at your seat in the theater will have the prices, she said.Or maybe you can get your drink at the bar. (There was no one at the bar, at the moment.)Okay, I get it. It is a dine-in kind of theater, with food service and a fully stocked bar. They serve food and drinks right there in the theater. But does that mean they CANT also do the basic things that every other theater does?You know, like walk up and buy a ticket with cash, walk over to a concession stand and buy a large soda, and find your way to your seat in the theater.In their effort to be. special... they seem to have lost sight of the fact that some people just want ordinary.I guess Im just not their kind of customer. You know, just an ordinary, everyday movie goer.

Best gf popcorn!! Thats where it ends for Good food. Also pricey for food would of expected better quality food. Great atmosphere if they could get better food this would be a must go place. I left hungry after 3 attempts at nachos they never got right. Wasted time missing the movie just to get nachos right. They were horrible. House fried chips if so get a new recipe and ingredients with some flavor how do you manage?

The Movie Breakthrough was amazing. The theater was great as well. We are in town for the night. Great theater. Seats were comfortable. Food was great. We ordered Philly Steak, cheeseburgers and house salad. Everything was great.

Its really sad to see what they have done post-cpvid when reopening. They took what was the best spot to see movies in town that didnt screw around nickel and dining you like the rest and sold out. No more unlimited popcorn no more unlimited drinks. The menu has shrunk down to almost nothing and theyve really just kind of taken the spirit out of what they were. as someone who would bring the family here almost once a week driving 30 minutes each way just to go to this one specifically I think this weekend was our last visit well just watch movies at home.

We love this place and it’s our go-to for movies. Go on $6 Tuesdays and don’t forget happy hour 3-6. I love the gluten free menu options here and great wines by the glass, but the best secret is their gelato milkshakes!!

Amazing cinema, very comfy seats, and yummy ice creams. The movies were so good, and the staves were so friendly. Everything in this movie house was indeed great. I would definitely visit this cinema again and bring my whole friends. We will surely watch our favorite movie soon in this cinema house.

A very comfortable and quiet cinema with great selections of movies and good a like. The reclining chairs are great and love that you can order anytime during the movie. Their watermelon jolly rancher drink is delicious.

Always a great place. The rows are socially distanced before it became mandatory. Food here is great and the menu has a wide variety. The seats are wide and the seats fully recline.

One of the best theater experiences you can have. Each auditorium is intimate with great ambience, luxurious reclining seats, ample buffer room so you can sprawl out and clean. No sticky floors, no detritus from other patrons everywhere. They also have great food which you can enjoy during your showing or at the bar afterwards. Theres a gelato stand that takes extreme willpower to avoid not indulge because their selection of flavors are so tempting. The staff are friendly, engaging and generally interested in providing the best experience for you. Dont go to one of the chain theaters when this establishment has everything and more than you need or want.

Our favorite movie place ever! We missed it so much as we’ve been hiding out at home social distancing. We love the food and vibes at roadhouse. Staff is always very friendly. Comfy cool theater. Can’t wait to get back.

Roadhouse is one of my favorite things in Phoenix. A delicious dinner and a local beer while watching new movies is fantastic. Also huge reclining leather chairs. The Ghostbuster burger is my favourite.

I ordered the sample platter with chicken strips, fries, quesadilla, etc.I received rotten french fries that smelled sour like an old washrag. I reported it once we finally had someone respond to the service light. It took quite a long time for them to come over.The server offered either a discount, or a complimentary dessert.Then the manager came, and said he cant do anything since we ate the food around the french fries (since it was a sample plate) but the problem is they took 30 minutes to come over once I rang the service bell; of course we ate.Ill never come back.

I went to see a showing here yesterday and was very disappointed and DISGUSTED !!!!! 1st of all the lights remained on for the whole show!!! which was annoying and unenjoyable. 2nd of all I found a DIRTY USED PIECE OF USED GUM AND WRAPPER AS WELL AS A HAIR TIE ON MY SEAT!!!! UNSANITARY!!!!!!! DURING COVID I WOULD THINK THEY WOULD CLEAN THE SEATS!!!! I CALLED and they wouldn’t give me a REFUND OR COMPENSATION FOR MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Be careful! We decided to get out of the heat now that they are back open. We asked the server twice that it was so hot in the theater. He told us that the air would be turned back on. Well hour and half into the movie still was just sitting there sweating.This is unacceptable. Especially since you’ve been closed and you’d think they would have the air on when it’s 105 outside.Disappointed and try enjoying a movie when it’s baking in the movie theater

The service here has really gone down hill. Have been coming here about monthly for a few years and the last three times (Nov, Dec and today (1/12/2020)) we have been here has been horrible service. Rude staff both at the front where you get your tickets and the wait staff. This place use to be amazing. I pass six theaters just to come to this one, but today was the last time. I am throwing away gift cards that were given to me for Christmas by people that knew I love going here. This is the only theater my wife and I have gone to for years and this is the last time we will visit here. After speaking with the manger this morning I truly feel like she didnt care about anything I was saying. If you dont care about the customer then dont work in a customer service role....Update: Got a response to my review on here and the company supplied me with an email to follow up with. I did that and got ignored after waiting over a week. That means they are responding to peoples reviews, but only doing that to look better to other people that read these, but in reality they are just going to ignore you. They are doing it for show and dont really care about fixing their problems.

I visited this place for a friendly get together, not for a movie. I was surprised by the many food choices and beers. The atmosphere is cool and there are plenty of places to sit both inside and out. For cooler or colder evenings theres a fire pit outside. Great place to visit.

The best movie experience. The Carmel cheese corn, fries, and the huge pretzel are out of this world.

Great local specialty theater. Meeting resteraunt in the theater. So plan on making it an evening. Local IPA beers and a nice menu of salads and sandwiches. Oh yeah. It shows movies too. Great salad.

We ordered our food before the movie started. Over an hour later our food arrived. We did have time to finish it however. My wifes sandwich was cold. Chairs were comfortable. Waiter was okay. I guess for a $70 movie night, I was expecting better.

Saw a movie during lockdown recently and everyone had masks on outside the theaters and I felt very safe and wore my mask in and out and had a good time seeing a classic on the big screen again. Will be back.

Really good spot for movies. Yes, you could occasionally get a seat that hasnt been bussed (cleaned up), and food/drink service to your seat can be slow sometimes, but seats themselves are very comfortable. If you get your drink etc in lobby you wont wait. Clean restrooms, easy parking.

This is the best movie theater I have ever been in! We loved it!! The seats recline. They have a restaurant inside as well as concessions. You can order from the full menu in the theatre and they bring it to you!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back, before we leave the area.

Pretty decent place, maybe more like 4.5 stars in my book. Food is on the higher side, but its part of their model. Food is 4 stars. Drinks are fine, but get 3.5 stars just because of markup. Staff were fine, too. From an out-of-stater.

If you are looking to watch a movie, this is the place to do it. The powered recliners are incredibly comfortable, the food including ice cream is delicious , the staff is friendly, they have booze, and last but not least, the best popcorn in the valley. Ive been to another theater like this in the valley, but there is no comparison. Even Peter Griffin likes it. Roadhouse.

My wife and I went to see a movie with our newborn sleeping in a car seat. We walked up to the stand to buy the tickets and they told us we weren’t allowed in with a child. We were turned away quite rudely with no explanation or apology. Hopefully your policy changes :/

Amazing place. Watched a movie and ate wonderful food. Had the Philly cheese and it was awesome. However service was not very good still waiting for that soda refill and almost didnt get any of the popcorn I ordered. Overall a great place to go.

My go to place to see a movie! Whats not to like when you can have a beer, burger, and watch the newest release! Endless bowls of popcorn and great desserts. A must visit if you havent gone.

Consistently bad service. I mean like every time. I’m literally in a movie right now, ordered two beers and a popcorn 45 minutes ago...nothing. Red button has been pushed for 5 minutes...nothing. They should give away tickets to entice people to tolerate the service. Read the reviews, you’ll see more of the same.

Reasonable ticket prices. Senior pricing available. Seats recline & are so well padded you have to be careful not to fall asleep. Food can be ordered & delivered to your seat. Popcorn comes in a bowl that is so much quieter than people rattling a bag trying to get out some popcorn. Plus the price of the popcorn includes refills & a bag to take home some after the movie is over.

Super comfy seats. The food is great and customer service was outstanding. So dont go so I can always get a good seat.

I have been coming to the roadhouse for about 4 years now and previously my experiences have been AMAZING. Great service that is fast as well as friendly. I recently came to a showing on 1/14/20 and was so disappointed in the entire experience and feel as though the Roadhouse has gone downhill. The greeters at the front are not as friendly anymore and when I tried to find my seats, the ones I had printed out on our tickets were different from the ones I specifically ordered online. I specifically chose a love seat so I could sit together with my friend however we both ended up sitting next to two complete strangers. This was not the end. I went out and asked if there was someone I could speak to when a man came out from a back office already looking annoyed that he had to talk to someone. When I explained the situation to him I told him how disappointed I was in the experience and how I would not want to come back to that specific theater because of what happened and his first response was “well since you won’t be coming back that won’t be a problem.” This was not how any “manager” or someone in a leader position should act. At this point I should have asked to talk to someone else because he clearly was in no mood to be of any help to customers. After explaining further to him that I have been a reoccurring customer for a very long time and choose to come to the roadhouse instead of other theaters closer to my house he said he could give me a free popcorn which is of no help since I already have a popcorn shirt. This experience was by far the worst I have ever had and i hope that they will fix these issues as I would prefer not to come back and have another bad experience.

This place is not really all that busy for the great product that they put out. Full leather reclining chairs with waiters taking your order throughout the movie. Bottomless popcorn?? Its pretty decent popcorn too. And, to to it off, you can drink there as well.

The pretzels here are great and they have the comfiest seating in the theaters.

Awesome experience here. Love the food offered. Very reasonable prices. Had I known about the reasonable lunch options, I would have eaten at the theatre rather than elsewhere.

Disappointing experience. Dinner inside the restaurant seemed easy, nope. 45 min for our food and only 1 other couple in there eating. Food was cold and mediocre at best. We sat at the bar and the bartender who took our order was scrolling on his phone the entire time we were there. Another waitress checked on our food, brought our food and even refilled our drinks while the guy who originally took our order and drinks had his face in his phone standing at the bar, rude. Lesson learned and now I know why it was empty inside the dining area/bar.

Favorite place to go see movies, not sure why it doesnt seem to get much love. The seats are comfortable and the staff have always been friendly, particularly at the bar.Although the selection of films is rather limited compared to other locations, I always go here whenever they are playing something Im interested in.The happy hour is amazing, too. Pretty good selection of beers on tap.

We go out to the movie theaters a few times a month and I have to be honest when I say this is one of the coolest movie theaters I’ve ever seen and there’s so much class and respect along with convenience in luxury that I don’t think I can see a movie anywhere else now. My friend AJ took me with his son this weekend, it was the best experience that I have had yet watching Birds of Prey.

Great way to watch a movie!Wife and I have been here a couple times. Its a bit spendy, but you get what you pay for. Food/drink prices are in line with what you would expect for a typical night out, and the movie prices are just a little bit more than the top price at your regular theater.The extra price for the movie is worth it. The power recliners are awesome.Be warned... the Ghostbuster burger is HOT. I love spicy food, and it was right at the limit of what I enjoy. Even with the heat, the flavor was excellent.The pub fries are likely the best french fry like thing weve ever put in our mouths.Not a cheap night out, but it makes for a great experience.

We stopped in the bar before our show started...our bartender, Sean, was friendly and informative!! He loved hearing about our takes on our fave flicks for this year! We saw KNIVES OUT..it was good but a little slow at times. It apparently takes a LONG time to pull all of the parts of this plot together!! Hubby liked the movie more than I did...I think I even nodded off once!! LOL

Had a great time here. Good service, very nice seats, and good prices. This might just become my go-to movie theater. Also, its not very crowded. The food was better than other dine-in theaters Ive been too, and so was the service. The seats are very large, comfortable recliners. The lights for reading the menu are not too bright, and they do not distract from the movie like they do at other dine-in theaters.

This is the most wonderful movie theater anywhere. Movies are under $10. The seats recline all the way back and are extra wide. You can easily fall asleep in one. Theres a swinging arm table in front of the seats to put your food, popcorn and drinks on. Servers will come to refill your drinks or popcorn or bring you food so you dont have to get up and miss any of the movie. Spacing between the rows makes it so that nobody ever blocks your view. This is the only theater we ever watch movies at anymore

Perfect venue for a flick! Food and service tops the other places we have been. We live next to AMC Esplanade and drive all the way to the Pavilions because its that much better!

The pizza and burger were ice cold when they came out. After tasting not being able to eat food, called service and they were apologetic. Food came back hot like it should be. Cheese was melting!!! Got bill and turns out they charge you DOUBLE for the item you complain about because its cold then credit you back about 80% of the meal they DOUBLE charged for (its a racket). So in essence, for getting a cold meal you end up paying 120% of the original meal price because you complained it was cold and they had to make you a new one. The cleanliness is sub-par. The mens restroom looked as if it had not been checked in on in quite sometime. We are local and come here a lot and have to agree with some of the other posts that the quality and service have gone down hill. Management can only be blamed. Beware.

I will never go anywhere else to watch a movie. The prices are inexpensive. The seats are amazing. The service is above and beyond and the food is awesome! Why go anywhere else?

We live in Gilbert and this place is ALWAYS worth the drive.Our family has been coming here for years and they are consistent with great food, great service, and great atmosphere.

The only con to going here is it will ruin every other theater you go to. The food is great, the gourmet popcorn is phenomenal, and the reclining seats are spacious and relaxing. The staff is responsive and friendly. The best comparison to a similar theater would be Alamo Drafthouse, and after going to both I definitely prefer Roadhouses overall experience.The seats are a a bit more comfortable (softer, seemed a bit bigger) at Roadhouse, and I definitely preferred the food and drinks from Roadhouse as well.

This is the coolest movie theater I have been to. Very comfortable seats that recline, good food with really fast service, and the movie and food prices are really good. There are a few theaters that are much closer to me but I make the drive to Roadhouse instead. You can buy tickets online and reserve your seats. The theaters are also small so they arent as crowded and distracting as larger theaters.

Came in for a movie and had a great time. The bartender, JB, and his assistant Jessa were very personable. Comfortable atmosphere. Would return again if I lived in Phoenix!

After watching a movie here you’ll never go back to basic theaters! It’s like watching at home with a comfy recliner seat, endless popcorn (white cheddar jalapeño is the best), and a waiter! You never need to get up from your seat unless it’s to the bathroom. There’s even a bar and restaurant menu. I mean with all of these services who would ever want to go back to other standard theaters. Definitely a place to check out!

Scottsdale Roadhouse is the best place to see a movie! My family only goes there to watch a movie. Everyone is so kind and attentive, food and drinks and desserts are nice also to have as an option besides snacks served to you or to get before the movie. Honestly I am amazed that they charge such a small amount of money for such an amazing experience. Reserved seating with a full resturant, a number of different drinks and a few flavors of popcorn. Everything you order you is brought to your seat by the staff.

Great theatre with food and drink service on request and great seats. All the theatres are small but they still have big screens. A lot cheaper than some of the other theatres as well. Just watched the last Star Wars here.

I just love the concept of food and a movie all in one convenient spot. Although I didnt have time to go to see a movie, I really enjoyed the restaurant side of this place.They had a lot of appetizer/bar food type of eats. There was a lot to choose from, but I got some fries and a burger while here. It tasted amazing, and the food came out pretty quickly.Very happy with my trip here.
