A great hike of about 4 miles and 1,000ft elevation gain. Great views, and if you get there a bit early, not too many people.Don’t forget your water!

What a beautiful trail! You will love the nature , workout and the beauty of views throughout your journey. About 4 miles round trip, although there are stops along the way. Information station at the entrance, and easy parking. A must to enjoy with family, children and out of town guests.

Very fun and scenic hike. Bring lots of cool water.

It is gorgeous, a must see when in Arizona. Bring a hat and water. Start early in the morning and take the time to enjoy nature around you. The park opens at 5 am. I got there at 5:30 and it was already warming up quickly

There are nice views of the surrounding community when on this peak- golf courses, housing, etc. However, because of that, it still feels like an urban hike..and being that this mountain is so close to the housing area, it does get crowded. Even at 8 am, I already saw a crowd and the lot was full.The trail is moderate. There are some stone steps carved in to make it more of a staircase feel, and this really helps make the downhill part much easier and doable.I also enjoy how well-maintained and clean the park is. Just come early. preferably when it opens at 6 am. It only gets busier as the day goes on.

Great return trail, with severals climbs, plenty of vistas and Saguaros. 4-5km

I love this area, and I love everything else about it!!! Everytime I come here I always have a very nice and peaceful experience along with a huge variety of places to go to and have a great time at as well. I dont think there has ever been a time that I didnt have a great memory, time, or experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone that want to experience a beautiful part of Arizona... 5 stars!!!
